Mel Gibson Is Psycho!

Kelly Osbourne is back on the market. She's split with her 20-year-old fiance Luke Worrall, who reportedly was cheating on her. Kelly tweeted, "Luke Worrall makes me sick!" I guess that pretty much confirms the breakup right there.

Ryan Reynolds reportedly was injured on the set of "Green Lantern." Sources say he somehow separated his shoulder, but that it shouldn't interfere with filming. It's not like it's no big deal, though. Ryan's said to be in a lot of pain and is keeping ice on it whenever the cameras aren't rolling. "Green Lantern" is set for release next June.

Robert Shapiro has been hired to represent Lindsay Lohan, who's supposed to turn herself in on Tuesday to start serving her 90 days in jail. TMZ is reporting that Shapiro doesn't plan to appeal Lindsay's sentence, but will try to convince the judge to put her in a rehab facility and either eliminate or minimize the jail time. Shapiro's own son died of a drug overdose in 2005, so he has lots of experience with rehab facilities and reportedly has a specific place in mind for Lindsay.

Danielle Staub's lawyer says she is suing Teresa Giudice and Ashley Holmes for what went down at that fashion show we saw on the last episode of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey." Teresa started a fight with Danielle and Ashley ended up pulling out a lock of Danielle's weave. This happened several months ago and Ashley's already been to court over it and paid a $189 fine, but Danielle's not about to let it end there. Her attorney says they're going to use the footage from the TV show to prepare a case against Ashley and Teresa and seek assault and battery charges, defamation of character, and punitive damages.

While all this drama is playing out in the press for Mel Gibson, he's right in the middle of post-production on one movie and filming another! "The Beaver" -- directed by Jodie Foster -- is in post and Mel had to go back for some reshoots after those taped phone calls with Oksana started leaking. A source on the set says Mel seemed to be in shock and that everybody was walking around on eggshells, making it the weirdest set ever. Meantime, Oksana is now claiming that she has photos that will prove Mel hit their baby girl. RadarOnline says the pictures show baby Lucia with a bruise on her chin and are part of Oksana's sealed declaration to the court. Oksana is going to ask a judge to give her full custody of their daughter in court today, and ask that Mel be denied any contact with his daughter. Oksana has told authorities that on January 6, she and Mel got into a vicious argument and Mel ended up punching her in the face, knocking out her two front teeth. She claims she was holding their baby at the time and that he also ended up hitting the baby, who was only 2 months old at the time. A source who claims to have seen the photos says there is no mistaking that the baby has a bruise.
