More Mel Gibson Threatening Phone Calls!!!

Spencer Pratt says he's flat broke and has moved into the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood because he has not place to live. It just so happens that the Roosevelt Hotel is where tonight's finale party for "The Hills" is being held. Now, MTV didn't invite Spencer or his estranged wife, Heidi Montag, but Spencer is hinting that he might just have to crash that little party...

Last week, Bachelorette Ali sent home Justin -- aka "Rated R" -- after his two girlfriends back home were uncovered. This week, Ali got to visit the families of the final 4, and I don't know about you, but from the moment creepy dad asked Ali if she wanted to go down to his basement, I knew his son was a goner. And I was right! Kirk got a boot in the butt instead of a rose on the lapel and was sent back home to nurse his heart, which he admitted to Al had never been broken before. Awwww....Next week, Ali takes her final three to Tahiti. Meantime, what do you think about Casey James as the next Bachelor? Chris Harrison says he rant into Casey at a party last month and told Casey he'd be perfect for the show. Casey said, "I'll try anything once!"

Lindsay Lohan's lawyer quit, but then the judge told her she had to stick around until Linday hired a replacement. One lawyer named Stuart Goldberg met with Lindsay and her mom and he was looking like the guy for the job, but he sorta screwed that up when he was running his mouth about how the Lohans couldn't afford him. Now sources say Robert Shapiro -- part of OJ Simpson's Dream Team -- is in the running to represent Lindsay as she appeals her 90 day jail sentence for probation violations.

Is something brewing between Joe Jonas and Ashley Greene? Joe showed up at the London premiere of "Eclipse" and the two of them went to a Kings of Leon concert together recently. A source says Joe is smitten but that he's into Ashley more than she's into him, which is the PERFECT situation for her! Meantime, Joe's landed a gig on "Hot in Cleveland," where he'll play the son of Valerie Bertinelli's character. Look for that on TV Land sometime next month. Joe's only scheduled for one episode, but many are saying this won't be his last appearance.

More tapes are coming out with Mel Gibson pretty much admitting to hitting his baby mama Oksana Grigorieva and threatening to kill her. At one point, Mel tells her he he can put her in a (BLANK)ing rose garden "because I'm capable of it." The LA DA's office has subpoenaed those tapes for their criminal investigation. Meantime, RadarOnline is reporting that while she was pregnant with Mel's now 8-month-old daughter Lucia, he got Oksana to sign a cohabitation agreement that locked her out of getting any of his billion dollar fortune. The agreement does provide for Luca, but nothing for Oksana. But she says so far Mel hasn't paid her a penny of financial support for the baby and that she's forced to live on borrowed money and credit cards.
