Brittany Murphy's autopsy was concluded yesterday afternoon and it will take 5-6 weeks to get back the neurological and toxicology reports. Though her death was first listed as cardiac arrest, investigators are now considering the possibility of a prescription drug overdose. According to an investigator, Brittany had been complaining of shortness of breath and severe abdominal pain for the last 7-10 days.  The investigator also says he discovered a slew of prescription drugs including

Topamax (anti-seizure meds also to prevent migraines),

Methylprednisolone (anti-inflammatory),

Fluoxetine (depression med),

Klonopin (anxiety med),

Carbamazepine (treats Diabetic symptoms and is also a bipolar med),

Ativan (anxiety med),

Vicoprofen (pain reliever),

Propranolol (hypertension, used to prevent heart attacks),

Biaxin (antibiotic),

Hydrocodone (pain med) and miscellaneous vitamins.

"Wedding Bells and Jingle Bells for the Jonas Family!"

Brittany Murphy died early yesterday morning after she went into full cardiac arrest and could not be revived. A 911 call was made at 8:00 AM from a home in Los Angeles that is listed as belonging to her husband, Simon Monjack. Her mother found her unconscious in the shower and though paramedics arrived and performed CPR-she was dead upon arriving at the hospital. Though it was first reported that drugs might be the reason behind her collapse, sources are now saying that she was very ill the hours leading up to her death. Apparently, she was taking prescription meds for flu-like symptoms she had been experiencing for several days. She was vomiting early Sunday morning and told family members she was feeling very ill. Sources say a lot of prescriptions were found in the home -- written for Brittany Murphy, husband Simon Monjack, and Brittany's mom. Law enforcement has launched a death investigation even though they do not suspect foul play.

"A-Rod's EXes have joined forces!"

Bengals receiver Chris Henry died yesterday after serious head injuries that were caused by falling out of the back of a moving pickup truck. It was reported that he and his fiancée, Loleini, were having a domestic dispute which caused her to run from the home and jump in the car. Well, now sources are speculating that their recent arguing has been over costs of their upcoming wedding. Just one day before the accident, the couple met with a wedding planning company and the planner says Chris was annoyed and aggravated at the cost of everything. When they were discussing the price of everything, he became upset and bickered with Loleini until he finally walked outside and waited for her to finish.

 

 

Jennifer Garner has had a stalker for many years now but he has finally been arrested and charged with felony stalking. Steve Burky was arrested earlier this week when he was caught hovering outside of Violet’s nursery school! He was taken into custody and though he pleaded not guilty, bail was set at 300,000 dollars. Jennifer says since 2002, this guy has been stalking her by sending letters and packages containing delusional and paranoid thoughts.

The new issue of Star magazine has a picture of Jessica Simpson and Tiger Woods with the headline: The Shocking Inside Story! The article inside the magazine alleges that Jessica and Tiger swapped phone numbers, email addresses and maybe more while they were hanging at the National Pro-Am golf tournament last July. Remember this is when she was going strong with Tony Romo and he was there as well. A source says that Tiger liked what he saw and let her know it. Simpson is furious at the claims and she is possibly going to sue the magazine. Her rep says that she simply posed for a photo with the golfer. Yesterday Jessica tweeted, "Can't believe that I'm on the cover of star magazine with Tiger Woods, what a JOKE! 'The Shocking Inside Story' is (insert drumroll) A LIE!"

"The Tiger Tally is now up to UNlucky #13"

The latest Tiger count is..13! And even though Rachel Uchitel wasn’t supposed to let those emails come out, it has happened anyways. As if Elin couldn’t be more humiliated, he bashes her in the emails. Tiger wrote to Rachel, "I finally found someone I connect with, someone I have never found like this. Not even at home. Why didn't we find each other years ago?"It is being reported that the whole message will be released sometime this week and there should be more to come, as allegedly Rachel has HUNDREDS of emails and texted saved from Tiger.

 

All might seem well in Khloe and Lamar’s world but Lamar’s babymama is calling Khloe a liar! Liza Morales who has 3 kids with Lamar says that Khloe continues to lie about her relationship with the kids. She says any reports that Khloe has bonded with 15-year old Destiny are false and Khloe isn’t telling the truth in interviews. She says Khloe met Destiny for 15 minutes in NYC and it was more like a “meet and greet”. Liza also says that her 8 year old son doesn’t even want to meet Khloe yet. Despite all of it, she says she is open to the kids having a relationship with Khloe. Maybe they will get together over Christmas? Not all all. As of right now, Khloe and Lamar are going to be in LA and Liza and the kids are staying in NYC.

"Beyonce knows how to throw a party!"

Tiger’s sponsors have said they are standing behind him, but it seems that isn’t the case anymore. Gatorade has dropped their Tiger Woods drink called Tiger Focus. They claim that this has been a plan since before the incident, and they want to make room for their other products. In addition to Gatorade, all marketers have pulled every single Tiger Woods ad that is currently on TV. All commercials that feature Tiger have been removed from the programming!

 

 Billy Joel’s daughter is doing well after her apparent suicide attempt, but sources are saying Christie Brinkley is to blame for Alexa’s problems. Christie and Alexa just returned from a vacation in the Turks and Caicos where all they did was fight. Christie and Alexa have always had a rocky relationship because Christie constantly talks bad about Billy. Sources say that Christie tells Alexa that her father is an alcoholic and she is probably one too. She also nags Alexa about her weight and a former Brinkley employee says that Christie used to show Alexa how to eat things “without gaining weight”, which was just chewing food and spitting it out!

It’s time to announce the newest Tiger tally. The count is at 10! The newest women want to remain anonymous for now but we found out where they met Tiger! Mistress #8 is from Orlando and was working as a cocktail waitress at the Roxy, where she was working as a VIP server. Mistress #9 is said to be a “sexy” British TV presenter. At the time she slept with Tiger, she was single, but now, she is married. And finally, Mistress #10, who is being described as a cougar.

In an even sadder turn of events, Tiger’s wife Elin has reportedly moved out of the home she shares with Tiger. She is supposedly living in a house nearby.

"Don't you have to be 18 to get a tattoo?"

Tiger’s mistress, Rachel Uchitel was scheduled to have a press conference yesterday afternoon but it looks like the money won her over. The conference was cancelled at the last minute at sources are saying that her people and Tiger’s people were on the phone until the last minute trying to get the price right.

Even though he may have Rachel covered, another woman has come out claiming an affair with Tiger. She called into a Florida radio show calling herself Jenny, and says that she can prove that she has been seeing Tiger. Jenny doesn’t have a voicemail from him or texts, but she says he has an identifiable mole of his left butt cheek!



Tiger’s affair has really taken the spotlight off of Josh Duhamel and Fergie.  That doesn’t mean that all is OK in their world. They haven’t been spotted together recently and it seems Fergie is taking to the alcohol to forget about it. She was recently spotted hanging out with Kate Hudson at an LA bar and venting about Josh. Then A-Rod showed up and Fergie started downing drinks. By the end of the night she could barely walk and her bodyguard had to help her into a car.

"Adam Lambert get cancelled again!"

Tiger still seems to think that stonewalling the media is the best option for now. Lucky for us, inside sources don’t feel the same way. First up, Rachel Uchitel, who has adamantly denied sleeping with Woods, is expected to fess up today. Gloria Allred is going to do all the speaking at a press conference that’s taking place this afternoon. Turns out that she was the girl Elin Woods tried to call when she discovered Tiger texting her. That is when the fight broke out. Even bigger news is that Elin plans to stand by Tiger because she’s getting paid. Apparently, the couple are in intense marital counseling everyday this week.  Tiger has opened up his bank account and handed over a 7-figure amount into Elin’s personal bank account. Even more, the pre-nup is being completely REDONE in an effort to get Elin to stay. It’s being reported that previously, Elin had to be married to Tiger for 10 years in order to get 20 million dollars. Now that time requirement has gone down and the amount she is guaranteed has gone up dramatically.

 
Rihanna and her father haven't been in contact for about year and the singer revealed that she's tried to contact him but receives no response.

"When it rains, it pours...right Tiger?"

Now with news of Tiger’s alleged affair, another woman has come out of the woodwork claiming she also had a relationship with the golfer. Jaimee Grubbs says that she met Tiger in Vegas back in 2007 when she was a cocktail waitress. Since then, she claims that she has received over 300 text messages from Tiger to prove it. She says she has met up with him about 20 times in the last 2 years. If that’s not enough, she says that she has a voicemail from last week from a frantic Tiger. He says, "I need you to do me a huge favor. Can you please take your name off my phone? My wife went through my phone and may be calling you. So if you can, please take your name off that. Just have it as a number on the voicemail . . . You got to do this for me. Huge. Quickly. Bye”. The rest of Jaimee’s story comes out today in the newest issue of US Weekly. The magazine supposedly has photos and racy texts from Tiger.

You’ve probably weighed in on all the Tiger Woods' drama, but how do his sponsors feel? Tiger makes more money then any other athlete when it comes to endorsements but is that all about to change? Well, Tiger doesn’t need to worry about Gatorade or Nike.  The companies are happy to back their star athlete through it all. A Nike spokesman said that they fully support Tiger and they respect his request for privacy. However, there are some that he needs to worry about.  AT&T declined to comment when asked about how the incident would impact Woods' endorsement. And Gillette, one of Tiger’s other campaigns, commented to say they aren’t going to address the incident right now. PR experts are saying that coming clean is the best thing Tiger could do. They say that if he doesn’t clean, it will affect his image from this point on.

"Tiger Woods had a sub par weekend"

Was Tiger Woods hurt in a car wreck or did he get beat up by his wife? Reports surfaced Friday afternoon that Tiger Woods was in a single car wreck outside his home in Isleworth, Florida at 2:20am on Friday morning. Just as this news story broke, so did a story about his rumored affair with a woman named Rachel Uchitel. The first report said that Tiger left his home, hit a fire hydrant and then crashed his car into a tree where his wife Elin, had to break the back door of his Escalade with a golf club in order to get him out. The hospital said he was treated for cuts and released.

Well now police are trying to determine just how Tiger got all the lacerations on his face, considering the accident wasn’t bad enough for the airbags to deploy. Tiger and Elin just keep postponing their police interview.  Some people are saying they are doing this so Tiger’s cuts have time to heal.  If you believe a “friend who supposedly talked to Tiger on the phone”, then this is how it went down. Tiger and his wife were having a domestic dispute in the middle of the night about his affair and she started scratching his face. Tiger tried to leave the house and she beat the car window in with a golf club.  So Tiger decided to wreck the car and blame his injuries on that.

You know things are getting serious in a relationship when you get to meet the parents. That’s exactly what Kristen Stewart did. Robert Pattinson’s aunt revealed that her nephew is so in love with Kristin that he set up a dinner so she could meet his parents. When they were promoting New Moon in France last week, Rob took Kristin to dinner with his parents in Paris. The aunt said they had to keep it a secret but it seems she didn’t think it mattered anymore!

 

It seems Angelina and Brad fight all the time and it’s over the President! Apparently Angie is not a fan of Barack Obama. Friends go as far as saying that she hates him. She tell her friends that he is a socialist in disguise. Brad is a big fan of Barack and he even attended the election party last year in Chicago. The source says that the couple get in nasty fights about it and she no longer respects Brad’s political opinion.

Ever wonder how much Kristin Stewart and Robert Pattinson make for starring in the Twilight series? Since they were relatively unknown before this, you would think it wouldn’t be much. Well, think again. The stars were given a raise from 2 million to 12 million for New Moon and are projected to get much more for Eclipse and Breaking Dawn. Since both Twilight and New Moon made so much money, all of the money spent making it gets recouped and the stars get paid even more when this happens. When a movie is this big of a blockbuster, the actors get paid a percentage of the profits! This is why the kids who star in these movies can be picky with their roles afterwards. They don’t need to worry about money!

 

 A long while back we told you about the drama going on in Sarah Jessica Parker’s life. Police officers in Ohio were charged with breaking into Sarah’s surrogate mother’s home and stealing items as well as tampering with evidence. Well, the Ohio police Chief Barry Carpenter was found guilty yesterday of both charges and faces 10 years behind bars for what he did. He claims that he took nothing from her home and entered it when he saw a door open. However, he is accused of stealing files and photos which he gave to paparazzi. He is sentenced December 10th.

"Girls are going nuts for Justin Bieber!"

A fight broke out at a Long Island mall this weekend all over Justin Bieber.  1,000 screaming girls showed up to see the 15 year old perform in the mall but security lost control of the crowd, sending one girl to the hospital.  Justin’s record guy, James Roppo ended up getting arrested for not cancelling the event quickly enough. Abercrombie employees say that someone in the mall falsely screamed that Justin was inside their store which caused tons of kids to rush in and a fight broke out. Justin pleaded with his fans to leave by tweeting "The event at roosevelt mall is cancelled. please go home. the police have already arrested one person from my camp. I dont want anyone hurt."



Usually you make money when your album comes out, but Mariah Carey is spending 1.5 million to get people excited about her album! She is in London waiting to perform on XFactor and has already blown through 1.5 million dollars preparing for her CD launch party. $400,000 has gone to rent out the entire top floor of the Dorchester Hotel, $24,000 is for a Rolls-Royce and Bentley to drive her around.

"The world isn't ending yet, but the Oprah Winfrey Show is."

Steven Tyler’s Aerosmith band mates are saying that he needs help right now! Rumors are that he is out of the band even though he says he is not, however he is saying that he wants to take a break from the band and focus on something called brand Tyler.  Unfortunately, the band is concerned that his erratic behavior is the result of drugs.  Aerosmith drummer Joey Kramer said that Steven isolates himself more and more all the time and he’s very worried about him. He said Steven alienates himself from the band by going and getting separate management and advisors and hardly communicating with them at all. Guitarist Brad Whitford says that with Steven’s history of drug abuse, you have to be suspicious and he has a feeling that Steven is struggling badly. Regardless, the band says they plan on continuing with or without Steven!

 

Is Oprah done for good? You better believe it, because it’s true! The biggest talk show host of all time is planning her exit from daytime television. The final episode of The Oprah Winfrey Show will be September 9, 2011.  Her spokeperson revealed the news yesterday and said that Oprah will be speaking about it herself on today’s live show.
Of course the media titan isn’t completely retiring. She is preparing to start her own cable channel called OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network that will have programming she ahs decided on. It’s even been rumored that she would have her own talk show on their as well.

"Nicole Richie: Outta court and into the hospital?"

Is Lady Gaga not eligible for the Best New Artist Grammy this year? That’s right. She is considered to be a sure winner but she can’t be a part of the category! Pesky rules say that any artist who has been nominated in past years cannot be considered “new”. Her single “Just Dance” was nominated last year for Dance Record at last year’s show. Grammy regulations have also ruled out Kanye West protégé Kid Cudi as well as Phoniex. The French band just put out their 4th album which is one too many to be considered new. SO who is going to take the award home? The list includes, Zac Brown Band, Keri Hilson, Kevin Rudolf, Owl City, and MGMT!

 

 

Nicole Richie has been twittering that she has a cold that just won’t go away and now she’s in the hospital! Her rep said that she is doing well but was admitted into Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles yesterday with pneumonia. It was speculated that she had the swine flu but that isn’t the case. She’s been in court the last few days testifying against paparazzi who has been camping outside her home and her lawyer told the judge that she wasn’t feeling well. Luckily, she was granted the restraining order and can take care of her illness.

"Nic Cage sure did like to spend his money...when he had it."

We know that Nicholas Cage’s owes millions of dollars to the government but who is to blame? He says his former accountant was stealing money from him. However, the accountant has a completely different story. He says Cage is an out-of-control spender who never listened to his advice. His accountant says that by the time he was hired in 2001, Cage had already squandered tens of millions of dollars and owed millions in taxes. Apparently Cage needs to earn a minimum of 30 million dollars a year to live the lavish lifestyle he prefers. Some of his ridiculous purchases include 3 homes at 10 million each, 22 cars-9 Rolls Royces, and 47 pieces of artwork. This was just what he bought in 2007. Sources say that Cage also spent huge sums of money taking his entourage on costly vacations and threw enormous Gatsby-scale parties at his residences. By 2008, Cage owned 15 palatial homes around the world, four yachts, an Island in the Bahamas, and a Gulfstream jet. Surely poor Nic knew what he was getting himself into.

"Is the world ready for Speidi to have their own show?"

Ryan O'Neal may have been the love of Farrah Fawcett's life, but their long-time romance evidently didn't qualify him for rights to her estate. Fawcett did not name O'Neal in her will. According to the document posted only, the couple's lone child together, Redmond Fawcett O'Neal, will receive the most cash of any person named in the will: $4.5 million. Fawcett also left $500,000 to her nephew, Gregory Walls; $500,000 to her father, James Fawcett; and $100,000 to an ex-lover named Gregory. Fawcett's will was a source of conflict between O'Neal and his oldest son, Griffin O'Neal. Ryan O'Neal has said that he attempted to shoot his son at Fawcett's 60th birthday celebration but he missed!

 

Lindsay Lohan is having some serious money problems and she’s throwing a fit over it. Just last week she tried to put an expensive bottle of champagne onto Kellan Lutz’s card at a bar. But now she’s really crossed the line by trying to scam $15,000 worth of free clothes and accessories.

"Carrie Underwood may be off the market before long..."

Simon Cowell and Sting are in a heated battle! Sting had some unkind words for Simon Cowell and his shows and Simon is fuming. Supposedly, Sting expressed his outrage over all of Simon’s series claiming the programs were appalling and accusing Simon of humiliating contestants and degrading the music industry. He then referred to the talent shows as “televised karaoke”. Simon was furious after hearing this and took some time on Saturday night’s X Factor taping to reach out to Sting. Simon asked him to come on the show and prove himself. Simon says, “Sting said these contestants and past contestants are a bunch of karaoke no-hopers…I think this show and other shows have given people like Leona Lewis and Susan Boyle a chance. And I'm going to extend an invitation to Sting to come on the show and impart his knowledge."

 

Johnny Depp really might be the perfect man. Nicolas Cage is one of Johnny’s oldest friends and just happens to owe millions of dollars to the government right now. Johnny has supposedly reached out to Nic and told him not to worry about his debt and that he will help him sort everything out. Who knew that Johnny owes his career to Nicolas Cage? Johnny was just a struggling musician when he met Nic back in the 80’s and Nic set up a meeting with his agent and helped him land his first role in Nightmare on Elm Street. Sources say that Johnny has never forgotten what Nic did for him and wants to help him out.

 

This isn’t good news for JSI. It looks like Carrie Underwood is that much closer to being off the market for good.

"Is Extortion the new cool thing in Hollywood?"

They’ve been trying so hard to keep it a secret and then the director outs the. Kristin Stewart and Robert Pattinson have been trying to hide their romance for so long and now Catherine Hardwicke-who directed them in Twilight-has just admitted that they are together! That was so easy! She says that as soon as she cast Robert, she told him he better not even think about having a romance with Kristin since she’s under 18 and he would be arrested. But then she goes on to say that Kristin told her directly that it didn’t happen on the first movie. She says that it took a while for their love to blossom and she finally decided that she just had to be with Rob.

 

Is all not well in the life of the world’s most perfect couple? According to a new tell-all called Brangelina: The Untold Story of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie that is exactly the case. The new Us Weekly has the exclusive first look at what’s really going on their lives “supposedly”. The article says that they’ve broken up so many times it would make your head spin. It also claims Jolie "has a temper like a cobra." The book even alleges that she confessed to hiring a hit man to kill her in 1998 because she was so distraught. The article also predicts that they will be broken up by December of 2010.

"At least he didn't bite an ear off this time"

Mike Tyson has been arrested for getting into a serious fight at the airport. Apparently he was at a ticket counter in LAX when a photographer got very close to him. Tyson did what anyone else would do and punched him in the face! The photog fell to the ground and then ran off leaving a trail of blood. An LAPD spokesperson said the photographer suffered a minor laceration to the forehead.Cops say Tyson and the photographer performed citizen's arrests on each other and both are expected to be booked on misdemeanor battery charges. Tyson’s rep just released a statement saying that he was traveling with his 10-month old daughter when he was attacked by an overly aggressive paparazzi, and hit him in self defense.

 

Jon Voight back in Angelina’s life? Well that’s what he’s claiming. He said that he and Angie have reconciled and are a part of eachother’s lives again. He says that they are in touch, not regularly, but they love eachother and that’s the most important thing. Apparently, the 2 has a face-to-face back in February and have been in contact since then. He says that Brad Pitt was the determining factor in the reconciliation and that he urged Angie to get in touch with her dad. They haven’t spoken since Angelina cut off contact with her father back in 2001 when he pleaded with her to get help for her serious mental problems on national television.

Life must be special when it costs you a million dollars to DIE! That was the cost of Michael Jackson’s funeral a few months ago. Half of that million dollar price tag went to his crypt in the Glendale mausoleum. $35,000 was spent on his clothes. The guest invitations to the funeral cost $11,716. The bill for security came to $30,000. The florist's bill was $16,000, and the funeral planner charged $15,000. Shouldn’t people be donating these items for the King of Pop?!

 

 

Kristin Cavallari caught making out this weekend with another one of Audrina’s men! Kristin Cavallari went for Justin Bobby fist and now she’s moved on, to another one. Last summer Audrina dated a guy named Tal Cooperman but Kristin has moved in.  Friends say that it’s brand new but they hang out all the time especially when the cameras aren’t around. Apparently it’s not just for the show. Tal is co-owner of the DCMA Collective Clothing Line. How does Audrina feel about this? Apparently she says it’s laughable and that her and Kristin are actually on better terms these days. Audrina’s friends weren’t so kind. They say Kristin is just into Audrina’s sloppy seconds!

"Benji and Joel=not amused by radio hosts"

Well Justin Timblerlake was only single for a couple days it seems. He is definitely back together with Jessica Biel. After going to visit her in Canada, they were seen holding hands at the Jay-Z concert in LA. Also there? Justin’s rumored affair partner, Rihanna. Either nothing happened between them or he’s a genius at 2-timing. Bringing your girlfriend to your other girlfriend’s show?

 

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, one of basketball's all-time greatest players, has just announced this morning that he has cancer. This comes a year after he was diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukemia. Normally super private, he said he wanted to go public with the news because too often people don’t follow through with their treatment plans. He lost one os his closest friends to cancer and wants to make people aware of the importance of regular checkups. Doctors predict that his treatment will work and allow him to live a relatively normal life.



Benji and Joel Madden don’t seem to like radio hosts. The brothers were doing an interview yesterday for a FOXFM radio show and they walked out mid-interview.

"The Saint is Movin in!"

More news on Josh Duhamel's affair with the night dancer. She appeared on The Bert Show yesterday and revealed way to much information about their love life. His lawyers were so unhappy that they sent the radio station a cease and desist letter demanding that the interview be taken off their website. They complied at first, but changed their mind once they found Nicole's story and the polygraph credible. Though Josh keeps denying the story, Nicole claims that he begged her to take back her statements.She claims he said, "Hon, hon, you have to totally deny that you ever knew me," he begged. "I wanted to see you but now this has gotten way out of hand." She revealed even more juicy details, saying that she asked him after he spent the night is he was Fergie's husband and he said, "you know what you know" and gave her 100 bucks cab fare to get home!



Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush only recently reconnected, but they aren't taking any more time to move their relationship along to the next level. She told friends she's selling her condo because it's time to move in with Reggie. Both of their LA homes are on the market at this moment. Hers is listed for 1 million and his for 5 million. He just flew into LA after the Saints last game so they could go house hunting together. Kim says that the break made her think about just how truly compatible they are. Wonder how long before she gets pregnant?


Good thing Kevin Federline is going to be getting some money from his new reality show, because he is about to be a daddy AGAIN! It's being reported that his girlfriend, pro-volleyball player Victoria Prince, is pregnant with her first and his 5th child.She took a pregnancy test and when she revealed to him that is was positive, he didn't seem too thrilled to hear the news. This kiddie will be in addition to the 2 he has with Shar and of course Brit's 2 kids.

"Why would you cheat on your wife and then BRAG about it on set? "

Things aren’t looking so good for Josh Duhamel and Fergie. Nicole Forester, the woman who claims to have hooked up with the married man has taken a lie detector test and passed! TO top it off, she says that she has text messages from the actor as proof of the affair. Since she came out with her story, several other women have come forward saying that they have also slept with him. Though Josh is still denying the allegations, sources from the set of his movie are claiming he was bragging about the affair with the stripper. Poor Fergie!

 

Once a cheater, always a cheater?! Well it seems to be that way for Eddie Cibrian and LeAnn Rimes. Apparently he has started seeing that Scheana Marie Jancan again. That was the same woman he had an affair with while he was still married to Brandi.  She claims that Eddie told her he is only with LeAnn for the publicity it’s getting him and plans to end things with her soon. There’s also a woman that lives in New York who is claiming that she has been intimate with Eddie recently.

 

Stephanie Pratt is checking into rehab. She just got a DUI a few weeks ago and that has served as a wakeup call for her. Apparently she thinks she needs professional help for her drinking problem.

"Are Bella and Edward having an off screen romance?"

Let’s hope this cheating rumor isn’t true. Witnesses in a bar are reporting that they saw Coldplay’s Chris Martin making out with a blond that was NOT Gwyneth Paltrow. They claim they are positive that they saw him making out with a woman who turned out to be Kate Bosworth! It seems hard to believe since Kate is supposedly dating an actor from True Blood, but more than one person is reporting this.

 

Ashlee Simpson apparently wasn’t easy to work with so that’s why she was fired! Set sources say that her bad attitude was something they just couldn’t put up with. She was a total diva on set, late all the time, and deeply disliked by her fellow castmates.The insider said is was only made worse by the fact that she couldn’t act at all. Once Heather Locklear said she wanted to join the show, they had to remove the “unwatchable” Ashlee to make room for Heather. The source referred to it as, “trimming the fat”.

"Rihanna speaks after 9 months about Chris Brown"

It’s been 9 months, and Rihanna is finally opening up about “The incident”. She sat down with Diane Sawyer for an interview that will air on Good Morning America to talk about domestic violence. Not much of the interview has been released yet but Rihanna is heard saying, “This happened to me, it can happen to anyone”. She says that reason it was especially difficult is because Chris was definitely her first big love. The timing of her interview couldn’t be more perfect considering her album comes out in 2 weeks.  You can catch everything else she had to say Thursday on Good Morning America and Friday on 20/20.

 

 Just when you thought Jon Gosselin couldn’t get any sleazier. Hailey Glassman’s allegations against Jon Gosselin were all a sham. He made her go on the air and lie about the emotional abuse just to stir things up again because they need the money. He is low on funds and doesn’t want a real job, so he wants to pump as much money out of his 15 minutes as he can. A source says that “he owes his lawyers and mangers big money and they were trying to come up with something funny.

"Is Jude Law rekindling an old flame?"

A couple getting back together after years apart? Jude Law and Sienna Miller have been spotted out on multiple dinner dates in NYC this past few weeks. They are both living there while starring on separate Broadway productions. They broke up in 2006 after he cheated on Sienna with the nanny while they were engaged. A source adds that people don’t know how close they’ve remained since they were together and they are having fun right now.

 

Jon and Kate are out, so welcome the Hayes Family. The “new Gosselins” are being welcomed to TLC.  When everything started going wrong with Jon and Kate Plus 8, TLC immediately found a new family to film. The Hayes’ have 2 sets of twins AND a litter of sextuplets. They are from New Jersey and crew have been filming them since the summer. No announcement yet on when it will air, but the show’s name is Table For 12!

"Looks like the Burglar Bunch had big plans!"

Octo-mom had her eye on Jon Gosselin and she just might get him! In the world of ridiculous reality TV plots, this one might be the worst. Jon has agreed to star in a new show in which he will date Octomom Nadya Suleman. The producer of the show “Cheaters” is the one who came up with this idea and both parties have agreed to be a part of it. The pilot is going to be called, “Jon - Kate = Jon + Octomom”,will follow Jon as he contemplates what hooking up with Octomom could really be like. He's totally creeped out by the idea that if they got married, they'd have 22 kids. Even weirder is Octomom’s storyline. She is going to have an obsession with him and talk openly about wanting to marry him. Sources say Jon is desperate for fame and fortune and he will literally do anything to get it.

 

An exotic dancer has stepped forward and said that she had an affair with Fergie husband Josh Duhamel. The woman, Nicole Forrester is claiming that Josh was in Atlanta filming a movie when he came into her club and told her she was hot. He proceeded to invite her to his 820/night hotel room to spend the night. She supposedly passed a polygraph with her story, however Josh caught wind of this and is outright denying everything. His rep says that this is common for magazines to pay strippers money to claim they slept with an actor and this is exactly what happened.

"Andre Agassi has a chance to "Open" up in his memoir"

Maybe John Mayer and Jennifer Aniston aren’t together after all. Apparently John has been hanging out with Rashida Jones (The Office).  They were both at the Chateau Marmont having dinner Friday night where John played an acoustic set. Then last night they arrived at a Gala, 45 minutes LATE. Though they came together, she entered through the front and he snuck around backstage. Both of them performed at the event as well!

 

Tennis star Andre Agassi has a new book out next week and it has a serious surprise in it. He admits that in the late 90’s he started using crystal meth regularly even while he was playing tennis professionally. A sports journalist actually tweeted the secret yesterday then quickly erased it. The memoir called, “Open”, details his drug use, hair loss, and marriages to Brooke Shields and Steffi Graf. Agassi says he was worried about his fans would react to the knowledge of his crystal meth addiction but he wanted to tell the story.

"These two are LO-KO, getting tattoos on their hands!"

They made it official so now they’ve decided to make it FOREVER. It seems Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom want to make their wedding permanent because they got eachothers’ names tattooed! Khloe  wrote on her blog that they were at dinner and she just knew she had to have his name written on her hand. They went to the tattoo shop and decided to get eachother’s initials. She got LO in cursive on her right hand and he got KO on both hands. Obviously this was a terrible idea.

 

Who was caught doing the walk of shame? Joe Jonas was spotted leaving Demi Lovato’s house early Friday morning! They pair have been hanging together a lot lately and though they blame it on Camp Rock 2 film schedule, sources seem to think differently. Joe spent the night on Friday and of course Demi’s dad says he was the “chaperone”.

"Looks like JT needs a new alarm system!"

Justin Timberlake has a dangerous stalker! Justin was just granted a restraining order against Karen McNeil.  She is being described as an obsessed mentally unstable celebrity stalker. She has already broken into his home 3 times in the past few months and has placed in protective psychiatric custody by the police. When Justin reported the incident, he said that she is around 50 years old and appeared to be a transient. Just last week she trespassed onto his property and was trying to get into his house while claiming that she was good friends with the singer.

Even though Karina Smirnoff and Aaron Carter have been denying reports that they are hooking up, several insiders say they are definitely ON. Apparently they are flirtatious and touchy-feely on the set of DWTS. Katrina was ready to start something new since her engagement with Maksim Chmerkovskiy ended and now he’s out of the competition. Aaron is defending the “cougar relationship”(she’s 31 and he’s 21) by saying he’s much more mature than he used to be. He says that the reality show he used to be on didn’t portray him in a good way and now he is becoming a man.

Exciting Twilight news for all the fans out there! It’s just been announced that New Moon will be going on a 15 city tour, travelling to malls across the US. This will be similar to the last tour where the cast stopped at Hot Topic locations nationwide. The tour will feature Q&A's with cast-members of New Moon along with performances by bands from the soundtrack! And So Cal based Twilight fans are receiving something special. They will have the chance to see the whole cast along with performances from Death Cab for Cutie, Anya Marina, Sea Wolf and Band of Skulls.

"Lil Weezy pleaded guilteeeezy"

In a shocking turn of events it’s been announced that Ashlee Simpson was FIRED from her gig on Melrose Place. The producers are saying that this was the intention from the start.  Producer Todd Slavkin says that Ashlee’s character is heavily involved in the “Who Killed Sydney” storyline and once they move on from that she will leave along with another cast mate.  90210 wants to bring in a few more new cast members as well to lighten things up. He said Episode 12 was always the last one they had in mind for her character, but they lead on to say that if the chemistry was better they might have changed the script. Other rumors are insisting that they want Ashlee off their payroll so they can bring in other actors! Looks like it’s back to making music for her!

As we told you earlier this week, someone broke into Kourntey Kardasian’s home and stole about 100,000 dollars worth of jewelry and sentimental items. Well the family is speaking out because they think it was an inside job and want to find them. Kris and Khloe even claim they have a hunch as to who did it. They believe that it was a group who works for the reality show and are jealous and work around and In that house all the time. Kris said that they are currently filming the show so everyone knows their schedule and when they will or will not be home. Someone had a 2 hour window when we weren’t home and was able to get in without setting off the alarm and get out all without any cameras seeing them. Kourtney also noticed that they left laptops right next to the goods they stole, which means they knew exactly what they were coming for and that’s all they wanted. They didn’t even take the costume jewelry, only the real vintage jewelry that Scott inherited from his grandmother.

Oh, Lil' Wayne what are we going to do without a new song every week. It looks like we are going to have to wait a whole year to hear his voice again. He was in court yesterday facing charges on attempted weapon possession and he pleaded guilty.  He was caught back in 2007 with a loaded gun on his tour bus. Sentencing isn’t until February but he is expected to get 1 year in prison! Before he heads off for that, he is still facing charges of Felony drug possession and weapons charges from an arrest in January 2008.

"Wedding Bells for Joel and Nicole?"

Are Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel back together already?It seems he’s taking his friends’ and his mom’s advice and trying to work things out. They were spotted walking arm-in-arm while taking a stroll in Vancouver yesterday. This is following a date night the previous evening, when they were spotted cuddling in the theater while watching "Where the Wild Things Are".

Not that anyone cares about this but Jason Mesnick, who infamously reversed his decision after the finale of The Bachelor to choose Molly Malaney instead of original choice Melissa Rycroft, has asked Molly to marry him. The couple has been doing the long distance thing, him in Seattle and her in Milwaukee. They returned to New Zealand which was the site of his bachelor proposal to Melissa, and he "did it right this time". Jason proposed by putting a diamond and platinum ring in a glass of champagne and passing it to her — and he had a camera on a timer to capture the moment. Cheezy.

Did Joel Madden and Nicole Richie secretly get married? The latest issue of Star magazine is reporting that Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are already married. The mag says that they had a small ceremony at their home last week-however, Joel took to his Twitter of course to deny the rumors. He said he wanted his friends and family to know that they are definitely not married YET.

"It's not like Heidi to miss a party..."

Is Bethenny Frankel getting married because she is pregnant?! Well even though her publicist was swearing it wasn’t true, Bethenny has finally admitted that she is with child. She said that it’s premature to be telling people the news and she did not want it to get out considering she is only 2 months pregnant.  She said because of her age she didn’t think it was going to be easy to get pregnant but it happened right away.

The real reason Heidi didn’t attend her sister’s birthday party is shady of course! Heidi didn’t want to make the trip to the LA club because apparently she only goes places where she’s getting paid. Sources say that Holly Montag was really wishing that Heidi would just stop by and say Happy Birthday, and she’s kinda disgusted that Heidi puts a price on everything.

There’s a new duo on the horizon and you could call them GaGambert. Adam Lambert loves Lady Gaga and he took to his Twitter yesterday to let everyone know. He said she wrote a song just for him for his new album and he says that her songwriting is amazing. They pair spent yesterday in the recording studio to make the track that will be on Lambert’s first album due out November 27th! And if YOU want your own duo with Lambert, Details magazine is having a contest to win a professional photoshoot with Adam Lambert!

"Jon Gosselin and Octo Mom...REALLY?"

A 3 time Oscar nominee and girl from The Hills? This would be traumatizing if it’s true, but the rumor is that Leonardo DiCaprio is dating Whitney Port. Sources are saying that he is trying to get her to move back to LA and texts her nonstop from the set of his new movie “Inception”. However, another source has said that they are not dating but they did hook up when they were hanging out at a club a few weeks ago. Leo needs to get it together. He goes from dating supermodels to this?

It sounds like Justin Timberlake's friends are more upset than Justin about his breakup. They think that it was a bad idea for him to end things with her. Apparently his friends think that she is one of the best things that ever happened to him. To punish him they have stopped hanging out with him! He was expecting them to party with him as soon as he became single, but they say they don’t want to put up with him chatting up different girls every night. Even JT’s own mother is rooting for Jessica. She says Biel is perfect for him because she will golf with him, give him a hard time and stand up to him!

If you had to imagine the worst reality couple who would you think of? How about Jon Gosselin and Octo-mom? Well if Nadya Suleman has it her way, this would be the case.  She is on the prowl and wants Jon Gosselin. She has already said that Kate needs to stay single to take care of her brood. And then she says, “I have a crush on Jon Gosselin, I think he’s hot!” This could be a good publicity stunt. Jon and Nadya Plus 16?!

"There's a Pratt in trouble!"

Bethenny Frankel has finally accomplished her dream. She is engaged! She said that her fiancée Jason Hoppy proposed to her last week after 11 months together. Of Bethenny Jason says, “She is very much a handful but one thing she did say to me is she needs a man that can handle her, and that I can." Bethenny came home from work one day to find over a hundred votive candles and rose petals strewn across the hallway. Jason got down and proposed to her with a 6 ½ carat pear shaped stone.

The Hills star Stephanie Pratt was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving in Hollywood early yesterday morning, the LAPD confirms. The officer says it was a basic DUI with no issues or struggles. She was released on a 5000 bail at 10:30 am Sunday morning. Earlier that night, Stephanie was at Holly Montag’s birthday party at an LA nightclub. Ironically, she tweeted before heading to the club, that she was tired and the party pooper of the night. Guess things turned around for her at some point!

Kourtney Kardashian is the latest Hollywood star to be burglarized. While she was in Vegas celebrating Kim’s birthday party, someone broke into her house in California and stole a bunch of jewelry. $108,000 to be exact! So far that’s all the seems to be missing. Kourtney is just the latest female star to be robbed. Paris Hilton, Audrina Patridge, Hayden Panettiere, Lindsay Lohan and Rachel Bilson's homes have all been broken into within the last 10 months.

"Taylor and Taylor...new couple in Hollywood"

KANYE WEST has taken a sudden interest in Hinduism and it looks like he’s headed to India. After his MTV Awards meltdown and dropping out of his tour, he has announced that he wants to chill out at the Sri Aurobindo Ashram in Pondicherry, India.  Hindu leaders there are very excited for his arrival and say they hope he takes his time seriously. The leaders say that doing so will be crucial in finding the spiritual guidance he needs.


 Britney Spears has cleaned up her act and wants everyone around her to do the same. The Circus tour is headed to Australia and she has demanded mandatory drug tests for all of those who want to stay employed by her. This a zero tolerance policy-NO drugs and NO drinking at all. She is trying to maintain her shared custody of the kids and doesn’t want any temptations around. Apparently every single one of the 150 tour employees have singed the agreements to undergo drug testing.


There’s a new couple in town and they both share the same name-TAYLOR! Taylor Swift and Taylor Lautner weren’t helping the rumors that they’re together when they embraced at her concert on Friday. A Youtube video shows the Twilight star sitting in the front row at Swift’s concert in Chicago with his eyes locked on her. At the end of the show, Swift gives a few of the front row fans hugs and of course Taylor Lautner’s hug lasted longer that any of the others.  The crowd of course started cheering. The Taylors continue saying they are “just friends”, however when Swift was asked about their kiss in the movie “Valentine’s Day”, she said it was life-changing!

"No more Tweeting for Miley?"

Is Taylor Swift thinking about going to Notre Dame for college? She was spotted around the campus earlier this week and tweeted that she was looking at colleges with her brother. No word yet on whether it’s her or her brother that’s thinking about going to school. And some really good news for those of you that missed Taylor while she was touring.  She is coming back for another round! Starting in February, she will come back for 30 shows across the US. She said that they had so much fun on the Fearless tour, they decided they had to keep it going.


The unthinkable has happened! Miley Cyrus has left Twitter! Last night, Miley tweeted that her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth does not have Twitter and he apparently doesn’t want her to have one either! So, following her man’s orders, she deleted her account! Searching for Miley will pull up a blank page. The Cyrus family is also done. Her mom deleted her account shortly after!


Remember that fight we told you about a while back between Joe Francis and Brody Jenner’s girlfriend Jayde Nicole? Well she filed a lawsuit claiming he punched her and pulled her to the ground. Technology has a way of catching up to you these days, because the security video from the club, Guys and Dolls has been released. They say it is clear that Jayde targeted Joe. Jayde makes her way across the club and approaches Joe, then she proceeds to throw a drink on him and pushed him in the back of his head. He turns around and pulls her hair and they are both separated and shuffled to the exit.. Clearly this was all on her-it is impossible to believe that she suffered a black eye and bruised ribs as she claims.

"Letterman's extortionist wasn't looking for money after all."

It turns out that the Robert “Joe” Halderman, the guy trying to extort David Letterman, wanted REVENGE not money. Insiders say that he wanted to make Letterman miserable for sleeping with his then girlfriend at the time, Stephanie Birkitt. Stephanie was Letterman’s assistant before becoming his personal attorney. So the guy was just hurt about getting cheated on, and the money was just going to be a bonus. Now, it turns out that Stephanie Birkitt has been banned from the Late Show set. Though CBS is claiming that she is only on a paid leave of absence, security guards at the Ed Sullivan Theater have said that they were given orders to not allow her inside.
 

Sarah Palin must be thrilled about this news. Her daughter’s baby daddy, Levi Johnston, is going to bare it all. Literally. He is going to pose for an upcoming issue of Playgirl. He has been training 3 hours a day in Anchorage to prepare for the shoot. His attorney has confirmed the news and says that Playgirl came to him, offering him some good money for the photos. Sarah can’t be too happy about this considering she is still being mentioned as a possible 2012 presidential candidate. Her new memoir “ Going Rogue” comes out next month-just in time for the new issue of Playgirl!


So Tila Tequila never had plans to kill herself after all and she took to her blog to clear up all the drama. She says, "I am a bit embarrassed and ashamed that the whole world witnessed my very public meltdown about being suicidal. Suicide Is Not the Answer. Had I not spoken out for help, my loved ones would not have seen my cry for help, and I probably wouldn't be alive today. Had I not done what I did that night, I most definitely would have made the biggest mistake of my life, that I can never undo." She said the root of her meltdown is the post traumatic stress she has been suffering since the altercation with Shawn Merriman. She says that she is now seeking medical attention so she can put all the pieces back together.

"Looks like Miley won't be Hannah Montana for Halloween this year"

It’s always seemed like Kevin Federline was a pig and it turns out he is! The homeowners of the place where he lived up until this past May are furious. Not only did he skip out on the last 6 months of rent, he turned the home into a dump.  The owners are demanding $110,661 in unpaid rent and damages which include:

- Gutters full of cigarette butts and empty beer bottles
- Permanent spit marks on exterior paint
- Broken light covers
- Dead trees and plants due to failure to water
- Drawings all over the walls
- Dismantled smoke detectors
- Master bathroom windows tinted (without owners' permission)

"Unwanted neighbors in the neighborhood..."

Could a cat-fight be brewing amongst Disney's reigning princesses Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez? Twitter is definitely helping fuel these rumors. Last night, Miley posted a picture of her hugging Demi Lovato and wrote "Now this is what true friendship looks like. None of that hollywood crap. @ddlovato I miss you = ]"


This made people go crazy wondering what she could be talking about. Then Demi tweeted, “I love this. : ) very true. THAT is what a TRUE friendship looks like." But then a few hours later Demi tweeted again, with: "Yeah.. It's just kind of hard to miss somebody that I don't know anymore."


Who could she have been talking about? Well when people startedf speculating that she was taking a dig at Miley, Demi shot down that theory "Hahahahahaaha too bad that's not who I was talking about. Nice one guys". So, people then moved onto Selena Gomez as the one they don’t know anymore. And the girls have yet to deny that everyone is right!


Eddie Cibrian's ex-wife Brandi Glanville took a break from her divorce drama with a girls-only getaway to Vegas this weekend. It’s going to be hard to forget about her family problems since LeAnn has moved in practically next door to Eddie. Oddly enough, LeAnn didn’t move IN with Eddie but just nearby. Even more, Brandi is furious that LeAnn showed up at her kids’ school to bother her. Things came to a head between Eddie's former love and his current flame when LeAnn showed up at her son's school. Brandi says, "She waited until it was my turn to turn to pick up the kids and pulled out in front of me, waved, threw me a peace sign and smiled. Then she sent me a text saying, 'Just so you know I was doing a walk through of my new house.' "


Depsite DJ AM’s death, his latest project is going to happen. He was filming a TV show that was completed just 3 days before his death. The family has decided that they want to air the show because this is what Adam would have wanted. The series called, Gone Too Far, is an hour-long, eight-episode series hosted and created by Goldstein which chronicles young addicts between the ages of 20-25 in the grip of addiction who are offered a chance at recovery. They say that helping people who are going through recovery was a huge part of his life. His family hopes that it will be an eye-opener and save others from Adam’s fate. The series will debut on Monday, October 12 at 10 PM on MTV.

"Jon Gosselin...REALLY?"

Just when you thought Jon Gosselin couldn’t get any sleazier….he has. Just as he was making his appearance on Larry King saying he wanted to save his marriage, he was draining their joint bank account of 200,000 dollars. Kate has hired big time lawyer Marty Singer to get everything back. Jon is not allowed to do what he did because there is already an existing court order that requires both of their signatures to withdraw money from the account. Jon somehow sneaked around her back and took everything but 1,000 bucks.  Apparently Jon’s lawyer, Mark Heller, has a habit of breaking legal rules.  Khloe Kardashian might be Lamar Odom’s rebound wife! It turns out that Lamar was recently dating Taraji Henson just weeks leading up to hooking up with Khloe. Taraji is the actress that played Brad Pitt’s mom in The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. Even more surprising, there are reports that Lamar proposed to her as well, but she was scared away by his eagerness to get married! Apparently her response to Lamar was “Whoa, Slow down!” And then he met Khloe in the bar and now THEY are married! No word on if Khloe knows about this!

Kandi Burruss, one of the Real Housewife’s of Atlanta has lost her fiancée. Ashley “AJ” Jewell got into a bar fight on Friday night in the parking lot of an Atlanta strip bar and was beaten so badly that he was unconscious in the hospital. Well he passed away on Saturday from head injuries and the man responsible has been arrested.  Kandi said that she is devastated and she just lost her uncle so she is struggling.

"David Letterman + Extortion=Sting Operation"

Kanye West may be able to take time off to think about his life after all now that his concert tour has been canceled. Live Nation announced that the “Fame Kills” tour with Lady Gaga will not happen at all. They gave no reason behind the cancellation. Kanye did tell Jay Leno last month that he planned to take some time off in light of the VMA incident with Taylor Swift so this may be what he was referring to.The three-month, 34-show tour across the United States and Canada was to start next month. Tickets went on sale last week. Live Nation is offering refunds to all of those who bought tickets. Mediatakeout claims it’s Gaga who wanted out, not Kanye, but reps for both have not responded as of yet!

David Letterman made a shocking personal confession on his show last night, admitting he was the victim of a $2 million extortion attempt and that he had had sexual relations with female members of staff. A few weeks ago, he received a blackmail package from someone that claimed to have knowledge about him and relations with other female members of his staff. The sender wanted to 2 million dollars or said they were going public. Last night on his show he said he went to testify in court and admitted to the relationships despite the embarrassment. Letterman helped participate in a sting operation, eventually meeting with the extortionist and giving them a counterfeit $2 million check. Police made the arrest yesterday and CBS announced that the suspect was an employee for 48 Hours.

(He has a longtime girlfriend (from 1986) who he married this past March and they have a son together.)

As we know, Kevin Jonas is set to marry his girlfriend of a few year, Danielle Deleasa sometime this winter. Things are being held up by money of course and may halt the wedding completely. Kevin is supposedly getting a serious prenup drafted for Danielle to sign because he wants to protect his millions. Apparently she isn’t happy AT ALL. She still hasn’t signed the prenup and is taking time to “come to terms with the request”.  She is bothered by the lack of trust it shows!

"Ain't no thang but a chicken wang, Kanye. Calm down!"

It looks like it's officially OVER between Justin and Jessica.

Friends of JT's say the singer finally dumped his girlfriend of 3 years, Jessica Biel, last month over the phone. JT told his pals that "it's over" between he and Biel, even though other insiders (aka Jessica's friends) say that they can't be positive the two have split because "with them it's so hot and cold." Apparently Jessica is refusing to give up on the relationship, with sources saying the actress is in "severe denial and won't accept" the split.

AND

As far as things with Rihanna go, supposedly they were dancing pretty hot and heavily at the VMAs after party in New York and then took their own party back to RiRi's hotel room. Word has it that Jessica found out about their rendezvous within days.

A source told Star magazine (so who knows how credible this is), that Rihanna and Justin have been talking and texting on the phone nonstop since the VMAs. She asked him on the phone, 'Are you still with Jessica?' And he hinted that things were cooling off between them." JT and Rihanna are said to be heating up the recording studio lately, not only with working together on her new album, but apparently RiRi was giving out lap dances to Justin as well!

 As wrong as it sounds, the genius tome penned by Lauren Conrad will become a feature film! Temple Hill Entertainment, which has the Twilight saga under its belt, has purchased the screen rights to L.A. Candy. The bestselling book follows Jane Roberts, a 19-year old who moves to El Lay, finds fame as a reality star and is forced to deal with the repercussions of fame. "Lauren, who became an icon in that reality show world, came to us with a structure of how to tell the story in an interesting fashion that was separate and apart from the book," said Temple Hill partner, Marty Bowen. "We loved her take. Her book is an honest portrayal of what it must be like to set out to be normal, then sign on to become famous and eventually realize, wow, this isn't at all what I'd planned for myself."Her book has been on the New York Times bestsellers list for 14 weeks and, unfortunately, we can look forward to two more books from LC.

Kanye West threw a fit over the weekend at Common's charity concert at the Hollywood Palladium - all over some chicken!

"The $#@*! is Back on The Hills!"

Remember the rumor that John Mayer and Kristin Cavallari hooked up? Well not only did it NOT happen, Kristin is saying that John asked her out but she shot him down. She says that she didn’t want to be just another notch on his belt. She also came out and denied those reports of what she makes per episode saying it’s not true that she makes less than Audrina Patridge. Which likely means that Kristin makes far more money than MTV is admitting. The dislike the two girls seem to have for one another is all real. Kristin says, “I don’t NOT like Audrina. I don’t think she likes me”. It doesn’t seem to be just Audrina she is having problems with. Stephanie Pratt just came out and said that she might just have to leave the show midseason because she can’t take it anymore!

Jon and Kate Plus 8 has been renamed at re-cast to Kate Plus 8. Jon Gosselin has been dropped from the series completely. The show will be the same as before just without him and focusing more on Kate’s single life. The series wants to reflect what has been obvious for months, that Jon just isn’t into his kids. He whines about missing his apartment in Manhattan while he is filming a fishing expedition with his kids! TLC said they also want to keep it more family focused.

Lamar Odom is trying to make all the non-believers quiet. At a press conference for the Lakers yesterday he said, “Of course, it’s real it was a beautiful event.” He also said that it’s crazy how perception works in America when you’re looking at things from the outside. He didn’t want to talk about the wedding more than that but did confirm that there will be no honeymoon because pre-season training is about to start for him. Apparently lawyers for each are having a hard time working out the prenup as well!

"People from The Hills making dolla dolla bills!"

Now that Kourtney is pregnant and Khloe is married, it's about time for Kim to get back in the spotlight. Just one day after her little sister gets married, she's back in a relationship! It is official that her and former boyfriend Reggie Bush are back together. They've spent the last couple months getting their own lives straightened out and focusing on priorities that don't involve each other. Apparently the Bush family is close with the Kardashian's because they attended Khloe's wedding!

How is the recession affecting the talented reality stars? Not at all apparently. The Hills cast salaries have been released and they aren't doing too bad. Kristin Cavallari is raking in $90,000 per episode! Heidi gets almost 100,000 and so does Audrina. But poor Spencer is only getting $65,000 per episode. Producers say it's because he hasn't been on the show for very long. Even Brody who is hardly on the show, makes 45,000 per episode. LC is still the highest paid at 2.5 million a year. And she demanded that no other star could make as much as her while she was there. None of these numbers even include side jobs like fashion lines, books, and appearance fees!

Well Khloe actually did it-she married Lamar Odom. Things went as planned except for a big family member not showing up. That person was Brody Jenner. His excuse was that he had to be in New York to promote The Hills. He is blaming MTV saying that they are the reason he was forced to miss his step-sister's wedding. He then jokes that he is happy because he will be getting some good seats at the Lakers games this year. So is Brody ready to tie the knot with Jayde? Not yet, he says. He says he has trouble keeping up with his step-sisters because they move too fast for him. He says, "I'd have to get married right off the bat to keep up and I'm not ready for something like that".

"Maybe she forgot it was called Saturday Night LIVE!"

Well they did it! Khloe and Lamar actually tied the knot last night. Maybe it’s because E! said they would cover the ENTIRE bill if they got married yesterday and only yesterday. They need footage for Keeping Up with the Kardashians of course! That bill wasn’t cheap either…it was 1 million dollars! Cameras were rolling for the ceremony and reception. Many E! celebs were in attendance as well including, Khloe’s entire family, Ryan Seacrest, Chelsea Handler and of course most of the Laker team and coach Phil Jackson! Blackberries were banned at the wedding to prevent any sneaky pics from getting out!  What’s the biggest problem with the rushed wedding? No time for a prenup! Turns out the couple agreed to a non-binding ceremony which means both parties agree that yesterday’s wedding wasn’t official and Lamar will have time to arrange a “postnup”. Apparently they will sign the real paperwork after that!

 

The new season of Saturday Night Live kicked off this past weekend and it didn’t go as smoothly as planned. Megan Fox hosted and 2 new female cast members made their debut. Unfortunately Jenny Slate might be on probation after her first show. During a skit called “Biker Chick Chat”, the girls were trash talking but always substituting words for the not so appropriate ones. But halfway through, Jenny slipped and said the F word she meant to avoid. She puffed her cheeks up but the sketch continued. Fueling speculation that she might be fired, she wasn’t at the show’s after-party. Well NBC says they met about it and though they aren’t happy, will not fire her. Since it occurred well after prime-time, the FCC will not be able to fine them.

"Lamar and Khloe...for better or for worse?"

-Is this Kardashian wedding really just a sham?

So what made Khloe Kardashian fall in love with Lamar Odom?  A bar tab around $3,000 and that’s about it. On August 27th, barely a month ago, Khloe was hosting a party for LA Laker Ron Artest and she ran up a huge bill which for some reason, Lamar Odom decided to cover-and it was love after that. Life is only getting better for her when it comes to making money. Turns out OK Magazine has outbid the other tabloids at a ridiculous 300,000 dollars for exclusive coverage of the Sunday nuptials. Essentially, she is getting paid to get married.

Now time for the suspicious news, Lamar Odom backed out of that Vegas bachelor party that was planned for last night. He thanked Joe Francis and Khloe’s brother Rob, but said that we preferred to have a private dinner with his teammates and close friends.  And it seems that some Hollywood stars believe this is all a publicity stunt. Tuesday night the couple showed up at a GQ magazine benefit event making awkward displays of affection and Khloe still wasn’t wearing an engagement ring. Singer Mya was there and she was overheard saying that she is sure the engagement is “fake” and is nothing more than a “publicity stunt” so Khloe can get some attention, since her two sisters seem to be taking it all.<

"Have we seen the last of Captain Jack Sparrow?"

Is Johnny Depp backing out of the Pirates of the Caribbean for good? Well the chairman of Disney Studios, Dick Cook, has just announced that he is stepping down immediately. He claims it is his own decision but the CEO of Disney has spoken out about his disappointments with Cook. Well this isn’t good news for Johnny Depp. People in the industry say he is ridiculously popular amongst the stars and Johnny says he is shocked at the news. Johnny says, "He's instantly trustworthy. And you generally don't meet people at the studios you trust. He's a rare beast. Cook was apparently the only one who liked Jonny’s idea of portraying Jack Sparrow the way he did and fought for it. Jonny says that without Cook there, there’s a crack in his enthusiasm and he doesn’t think he will sign on for the next movie. From the start, Johnny has said that he does the movies for his kids so maybe they can talk him into it!

 

One of Jessica’s “friends” has spoken to People Magazine about her concern for Jessica since the loss of her dog Daisy. The Maltipoo was taken off in the mouth of a coyote last week and Jessica is finally coming to grips with the fact that she’s gone. Jess’s friend says that this is going to put Jessica into a tailspin and leave her in the worst place ever. This source says that Daisy was literally Jess’s best friend. She threw Daisy birthday parties, and when she talked about having a "girls' night in" with a video, she was talking about herself and Daisy.

"David Hasselhoff can’t stay away from the booze! "

Spoiler alert if you didn’t watch last night’s Emmy’s yet. There were only a few surprises when it came to the big winners. Both Mad Men and 30 Rock won the top series categories as they did last year.  Tina Fey thanked NBC by saying " thanks for keeping us on the air even though we are so much more expensive than a talk show." Then Alec Baldwin won for best comedy actor for his role in 30 Rock.

 

 

The surprises came when Toni Collette beat out Tina Fey for best comedy actress for her show “United States of Tara”. John Cryer for “Two and a Half Men” beat out actors like Rainn Wilson from “The Office” and Tracy Morgan from “30 Rock”.  Weirdly, Kristin Chenoweth won for her show “Pushing Daisies”, which was cancelled after the first season. For her acceptance speech she said that she is unemployed and would like a role on Mad Men if it’s available!

"Avril said See ya L8r Boi"

Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley are divorcing. Avril took to her blog and wrote "Deryck and I have been together for 6-an-a-half years. I am grateful for our time together, and I am grateful and blessed for our remaining friendship. I admire Deryck and have a great amount of respect for him. He is the most amazing person I know and I love him with all my heart. Deryck and I are separating and moving forward on a positive note." He wrote a similar message on his blog claiming the decision was amicable. However, people close to the couple are saying that SHE was the one that dumped HIM because she wants to move on. This isn’t really surprising considering they have only appeared once together in public in months. He was apparently forced out of their 9.5 million dollar home a while ago.

 

Someone trying to kill Ryan Seacrest?! Well that’s what it looked like. Ryan was at the Children’s Hospital in Orange County this weekend making an appearance. He signed a few autographs when he walked outside, one of them was for Chidi Uzomah. However when Ryan walked to his car, Chidi jumped between him and the car. Ryan’s security guard immediately got between the two and that’s when Chidi began attacking. He grabbed Ryan’s bodyguard and began choking him.

"Jon Gosselin is a cheatin' machine!"

 Jon Gosselin busted for cheating again! In a new interview, the family nanny has sold her story to the tabloids about what went down. Stephanie Santoro is her name, and she reveals that her and Jon were intimate multiple times and had a secret affair going on. It all started one evening when Jon called Stephanie over to the house and asked her to massage him. For whatever reason, she obliged, and they made their way to the hot tub, where Jon said this charming pickup line-"Whatever you do, don't fall in love with me, because it's going to be impossible for me not to fall in love with you." He then apparently told her that she needed to cover up the relationship and lie about it to Hailey Glassman. He said that he couldn’t end things with Hailey because of the clothing line they are mutually involved in!

 

Megan Fox really doesn’t know when to stop. Maybe it’s because she is officially crazy.

"Patrick Swayze dies at 57"

Patrick Swayze finally lost his battle with pancreatic cancer at the age of 57. The family released a statement saying that they were all by his side and how tough he was throughout the last 20 months. When he first learned of his condition in 2007, doctors gave him just weeks to live and he managed to hang in there for nearly 2 years. In an interview earlier this year, Barbara Walters asked Patrick if he was afraid of dying. (audio)

Jennifer Grey, his Dirty Dancing costar said, “When I think of him, I think of being in his arms when we were kids, dancing, practicing the lift in the freezing lake, having a blast doing this tiny little movie we thought no one would ever see.

 Backstage sources at the VMA’s are saying that Beyonce wasted no time in finding Taylor Swift to make sure she was ok. Even Beyonce’s father found Taylor outside her dressing room to make sure she was keeping it together after her performance and he wanted to see how they could make it right. Taylor’s rep said that she was most upset because she couldn’t thank her fans at that moment.  An MTV insider is claiming that the network asked Beyonce to give Taylor the stage when she won because they didn’t want to lose Taylor’s fan base.  Would she have done it anyway?<

"Kanye apologizes in a blog...how sincere. Pfff"

After the little stunt Kanye pulled, he was escorted out of the venue and he took to his blog to apologize to Taylor. He wrote, "I'm in the wrong for going on stage and taking away from her moment. Beyonce's video was the best of this decade . . . I'm sorry to my fans if I let you guys down . . . I'm sorry to my friends at MTV . . . I will apologize to Taylor. I'm still very happy for Taylor. I really feel bad for Taylor and I’m sincerely sorry. Sources say that him and girlfriend Amber Rose were taking pulls from a bottle of Hennessy before the show and he was not sober. Taylor didn’t have a whole lot to say about it. She said only that she was really excited for winning, then she was even more excited because Kanye West was onstage, then she wasn’t excited anymore after that.

"John Mayer and Kristin Cavallari...secret lovers?"

Is Jennifer Aniston tired of acting?She is for now and says that she is going to take a break for the next 6 months or so. She just wrapped production of the film, “The Bounty” with Gerard Butler and says that other than promoting her movies, she is going to take some much needed time off. She says that she’s going to go on an adventure and take a personal vacation. She doesn’t mention anything about being single-she says it’s just mind over matter.

 

Paula Abdul spoke out about Ellen replacing her on Idol yesterday. She tweeted, “I think Ellen will b a gr8 judge on Idol. She is wildly funny, talented and I wish her the best of luck!”  Kara Dioguardi says she’s thrilled about the choice. In an interview yesterday she said, “I think she’s going to bring so much to the show. She’s somebody who loves music. She’s positive. She loves kids. She’s somebody who has watched the show from the beginning, knows everything there is to know about American Idol. And I think ultimately it’s going to be a great new energy.” Kara then adds that she’s just excited to get to hang out with her!<

Nicole Richie has given birth to her second! Her and Joel Madden named their son Sparrow James Midnight Madden. She had the baby at 4 am yesterday. She actually checked into the hospital over the weekend because she was due any day.  In other baby news Katherine Heigl and husband Josh Kelley are adopting a child. They’ve been in the adoption process for at least six months and the baby is going to be a 10-month-old girl from Korea. The baby's name is Nayleigh, and her nickname will be Leigh. Katherine has an adopted sister from Korea as well.

  

Here’s the way to get rich! Marry someone rich never divorce-even when you’re not together anymore. That’s what soon to be ex-wife of Hugh Hefner has done for the last 12 years. Kimberly Conrad Hefner has finally been served by husband Hugh. He filed for divorce on Friday and wants to pay her $20,000 a month instead of $40,000. To date, court documents reveal that he has given her 12 million dollars since they’ve been separated which was in 1998. Hugh shouldn’t have any problems with the payments. It turns out he makes almost 300,000 a month and has 50 million in the bank!

"Is Eddie Ciberian a serial cheater?"

Celebrity photographer Annie Leibovitz might lose the rights to her entire collection of work if she doesn't pay back a $24 million loan that is due Tuesday. This means that she could lose the rights to her photos of John Lennon and Yoko, Bruce Springsteen’s Born in the USA album cover, and photos of Michael Jackson. The lender, Art Capital Group, sued Leibovitz in July claiming she breached an agreement that authorized it to act as the agent in the sale of her photography and real estate. ACG is a Manhattan-based company that issues short-term loans against fine and decorative arts and real estate. ACG has estimated the value of her portfolio at $40 million and her New York properties are worth about $40 million. She’s taking a loan out against all of her real estate and work. If she pays it back the company still gets a 25 percent commission combined.

 

 

It seems LeAnn Rimes wasn’t the only one the cheating Eddie Cibrian had his eye on. A woman names Scheana Marie is claiming that Eddie’s relationship with LeAnn is just another fling. She says that they were having a 3-year long affair before he hooked up LeAnn. So he was cheating on the woman that he cheated on his wife with?!

"Khloe Kardashian has a new BF to show off"

We told you last week about the bar fight between Joe Francis, Brody Jenner, and Brody’s girlfriend Jayde. Well cops are looking into a 911 call to tell them the truth about what happened. Brody and his girlfriend are claiming that Joe punched Jayde and pulled her to the ground by her hair, then when Brody tried to intervene, he was tased. Well later that day it seems that Joe sent his ex girlfriend Abbey Wilson a text message laying out exactly what happened in his eyes and told Abbey the story she was supposed to relay to the cops when questioned. When she refused, he sent 3 guys and a moving truck to her home to remove over 100, 00 dollars worth of gifts that he had given her. He claims that he did it because she wasn’t going to tell the truth and back him up but she says he wanted her to outright lie. Joe says that he was mad because he has given her a Mercedes, a Rolex, clothes and even the house she was living in. Hasn’t Joe learned that money can’t always keep you out of jail. He should be worried because if he gets caught coaching a witness or lying to the Feds in any way, he could end up right back in jail. They would consider it a violation of the terms of his early release.

 

Khloé Kardashian isn't about to let Kourtney steal the whole spotlight by getting pregnant. She is bragging about scoring another athlete boyfriend. Her new man is, LA Laker Lamar Odom! They made their first public appearance at Brody Jenner's birthday party Wednesday night. And then went out to dinner together the following night.

"Kate Hudson is makin a move with A-Rod"

DJ AM was buried Wednesday and yesterday his memorial service was held. Though it was invite only, hundreds of fans showed up to show their support. Nicole Richie, Lindsay Lohan, Samantha Ronson, Eric Dane, Robert Downey Jr. and John Mayer were just a few of the celebrities there to pay their repects. Nicole Richie is supposedly minutes away from going into labor and she isn’t even supposed to leave the house. Adam’s girlfriend or ex-girlfriend Haley Wood stood up and spoke at the service saying, "He was my soulmate and now he is my soul. He is my amazing grace." The service lasted over 2 and a half hours.

 

  

Demi Moore and Perez Hilton are in a serious Twitter fight. It all started when Perez posted a picture of Demi’s 15-year old daughter Tallulah in a low cut top dancing with the caption, “Tallulah Willis, 15, dressing like a slut! Look at her boobs! Demi, Ashton and Bruce are GREAT parents!" Even though he said this 3 weeks ago, Demi is furious. Tallulah’s shirt is a little much for a 15 year old. She starts accusing Perez of advocating child pornography and not taking the child porn laws seriously!

"King Spencer vs. Ryan Seacrest"

DJ AM's final wishes will never be known. He had no will at the time of his death. His mother, Andrea has filed paperwork with the LA court system with the hope that she can be the sole heir of the estate. Court documents listed him as having 3.5 million dollars in property, 400,000 in assets but another 2.9 million dollars in DEBT. That leaves him a net worth of around $1 million dollars.

He was buried yesterday by close friends and family in Los Angeles and a private memorial service is being held today at the Hollywood Palladium. They are having it revolve around the 12-step program that addicts must go through in rehab. The family has invited Adam's friends both from his life in recovery as well as those from other areas of his life. They have asked only that everyone adhere to the tradition of anonymity and let what they hear there, and who they see there, stay there.

 

There’s a twitter war and a radio dj is involved! Ryan Seacrest had a phone topic on his show yesterday where he asked what celeb people would tase if they had the chance and he picked Heidi Montag.

"Let's hope Megan Fox doesn't go Marilyn Monroe on us..."

More news was released late last night explaining exactly how DJ AM died.  Authorities investigating his death have found that he had eight undigested OxyContin pills in his stomach and a ninth in his mouth.  They said that he swallowed the painkillers quickly and it was clear that he wanted to die. He was apparently going unconscious when he took the last one because he didn't even swallow it. In addition to the pills, authorities also found a card from Haley Wood, the girl he had supposedly just broken up with. The Valentine’s card read, "Thank God you're in my life. I love you." Next to the card were six or seven photos of the two of them together. There was also a mirror propped against the outside of the apartment and another against the door of the bedroom where he was found.  The paramedics had to break the mirror to get inside his bedroom. The authorities believe that he smoked a lot of crack, barricaded the doors and then killed himself.

...It turns out that friends close to DJ AM have told officials that the day before his death, he told them he would be going to rehab, because he had relapsed and was heavily using drugs. Apparently the day before his death, his West Coast manager and recovery sponsor flew to New York to discuss his erratic behavior in the previous weeks. When they arrived at his apartment, DJ AM only let his sponsor inside. Then, to the horror of his friend, he lit up a crack pipe and popped pills right in front of him. At that moment, he promised he would check into rehab after his gig in Vegas, but that obviously didn’t happen.

"Is she leaving 'The Hills' to to her own spin off? "

Chris Brown has done his interview with Larry King which is set to air tomorrow night. He is revealing that he is still in love with Rihanna. He says, "I never fell out of love with her, that just wouldn't go away”. Brown continues to try to rebuild his image, saying that immediately after the assault he was distraught and looked to his mother for support as he broke down. Chris' mother, Joyce Hawkins, was also a victim of domestic violence by Brown's stepfather, yet Brown claims he is different because his stepfather "enjoyed it. He was an abuser. It was continuous." He is also trying to clarify the false reports that were flying around yesterday about not remembering the incident with Rihanna. He told People magazine that was taken out of context. He says, “ That 30 seconds of the interview they used of me was taken from a one hour interview during which that same question was asked something like four or five times – and when you look at the entire interview you will see it is not representative of what I said.

Jessica Simpson missed her window of opportunity with Nick Lachey! It seems that he’s back on with former girlfriend Vanessa Minillo. "Chris Brown gives Larry King a visit..."

Search warrants for Michael Jackson’s home were unsealed yesterday and it wasn’t just prescription drugs inside. Two bags of marijuana and empty bottles of the sedatives lorazepam and diazepam were discovered during the search. They came across something originally deemed as tar heroin in the warrant, but after testing determined it was not heroin. Cops also found Benoquin in the master bathroom which is a strong bleaching cream. The affidavit also says surveillance cameras at Jackson's home captured Dr. Conrad Murray arriving at 1:00 AM the day Jackson died. They have concerns that there were many illegal drugs on the property and since Dr. Conrad Murray was absent for days, he could have disposed of many things.


 Paula Abdul’s future may not be as uncertain as we think. There are rumors flying around that she is headed to Vegas for something big. She wants to conquer a bigger stage and is serious talks to bring a revue-style stage show to Vegas. She still has the dance moves, but people say she would probably have to lipsynch. Hotels that are apparently interested in the show include The Wynn, The Venetian and The Las Vegas Hilton!

"Wedding Bells will be ringing this winter for Kevin Jonas!"

You would think that after being sentenced for beating up your girlfriend, you would keep to yourself for awhile. That is not the case for Chris Brown. After his sentencing earlier this week he rounded up a bunch of his friends and went directly to the club. After the hearing, Chris headed to Guys and Dolls with tons of friends and bodyguards to celebrate. He decided to put on a show for everyone, singing and dancing to Michael Jackson. A source who happened to be at the club in the middle of the day says that he didn’t care who was watching him-he was just out to have a good time and party. Nothing like a 20 year old felon toasting to his freedom!

 

  

Canadian media outlets are reporting that the woman who bought the hotel room for Ryan Jenkins may have been his half sister. Alena Jenkins is a photographer and model from Vancouver and a PT Cruiser that matched the description of the car seen at the hotel, was found sitting in her driveway. Sources are saying that the car actually belongs to Ryan’s father.  Police are questioning Alena, but will not be able to charge her with any crime unless they determine she was aware that he was a wanted man.  In a related story, Jasmine Fiore’s white Mercedes has been found in a parking lot not far from her home.

"LiLo with a reality show? This could get interesting..."

Chris Brown was sentenced yesterday and it has come to light that there were 2 violent incidents before the one that got him arrested. Court documents reveal that Rihanna slapped Chris in a heated argument 3 months before the fight in February. He responded by pushing her into a wall.  The second fight came just 3 weeks before the big one while they were visiting Rihanna’s hometown of Barbados. They got into a verbal argument inside a rental car when Chris got out of the car and smashed the driver and passenger side windows. We didn’t hear about it then because no one was injured. The court documents also reveal that the incident in February was instigated by Rihanna. Chris received a text from another woman which caused her to become enraged and she slammed her fists into the dashboard and he pulled over to try and get her to get out of the car. That is when the physical fight ensued. 

 

A&E has announced a new series that will feature Michael Jackson’s brothers. The show will be an extension of a documentary that Jackie, Tito, Jermaine and Marlon Jackson filmed prior to their sibling's death in June. It is not known when the show will air or how many episodes it will contain. It is also unclear whether Michael was filmed for the original documentary, which focused on his brothers as they prepared to reunite for a concert tour. Some footage from the original documentary was leaked and aired on the Tuesday edition of CBS show Entertainment Tonight.

"Hopefully Zorro can save his lead lady!"

Michael Jackson’s family members are looking forward to justice now that his autopsy is officially over. The doctors have ruled his death a homicide by Propofol. Dr. Conrad Murray is facing several charges especially obtaining the drugs illegally. He is the target of a manslaughter investigation by the LAPD.  According to TMZ, Murray reported Jackson wasn't breathing at around 11 AM, but a 911 call wasn't made until 12:21. Murray made 3 separate calls from 11:18 to 12:05 according to the documents. He also refused to sign the death certificate at the hospital. He gave Michael multiple doses of the drug because Michael just couldn’t fall asleep that night. 

 

 

Melanie Griffith has checked into a rehab facility. Her rep says that it’s only to reinforce her commitment to stay healthy. The actress in 52 years old and has checked in to the Cirque Lodge in Utah. This is her 3rd stint in rehab in the last 3 years. It seem her addictions started with painkillers she was given for an injury.  Now sources are saying that the main reason she checked in was because her husband was demanding that she get clean and sober. He told her that if she didn't get the help she needed it would be the end of their marriage.

Rihanna is out and Keri Hilson is in. Chris Brown seems to have his eye on someone else these days. Which is probably a good thing with that restraining order and all. Steven Tyler lives on the edge-or over the edge depending on how you look at it. He says that in thousands of concerts he's only fallen off the stage four times – but this last one was by the far the worst. He spoke out for the first time yesterday and said that he took a wrong step when he was doing the Tyler Shuffle, landed upside down which resulted in 20 stitches on the back of his head and a broken left shoulder. He said that he is grateful he didn’t break his neck. The trouble started because the sound equipment fuse blew and instead of running off stage acting like a diva-he was trying to continue the show on his own.

"Britney's kids have Potty Mouths? Not surprised..."

How would you expect the kids of Britney and K-Fed to talk? Well if you guessed swearing excessively by the age of 3 that would be right! Onlookers at the Teen Choice Awards were shocked by the vocabulary of the kids.  They were walking around backstage repeatedly saying, “Oh S*#t!”.  Some people thought it was funny but were wondering what Brit was going to do about it. Well she was too busy picking up swag to even notice!

 

 Oscar winner and “American Idol” star Jennifer Hudson gave birth to a baby boy yesterday. They named him David Daniel Otunga, Jr.,after his father. They didn’t know the sex of the baby in advance so they bought blue and pink clothes, just in case! Hudson’s pregnancy has been rather unusual because she never announced it, she simply turned up “showing” at a concert last winter and let the fans speculate for themselves.

 

Last week we told you about Michael Douglas’ son getting busted for serious possession of meth. Well now his girlfriend will likely be joining him in jail. She tried to bring him a toothbrush that was full of drugs when she went to visit him. Cameron Douglas is actually staying at the home of Catherine-Zeta Jones while under house arrest.  His girlfriend had the nerve to deliver the toothbrush to court since Cameron had a hearing.

Paula Abdul really was the most dispensable judge! According to ratings tracker Media IQ, Paula was the least popular judge on the show.  The most popular might surprise you.  Randy Jackson. The research company tracked second-by-second ratings from TiVo numbers and found that people fast forward through Paula's comments more than any other judge. The graphic shows how Randy Jackson is the most popular and then viewership falls as Kara passes to Paula and then spikes again when Simon Cowell begins to speak. This particular graphic looks at a single episode, but said the trend was consistent the entire season.Media IQ’s second-by-second data is used by TV programmers to assess the precise interest of viewers in particular talent.

Jessica Simpson just can’t catch a break. Early this morning in Japan (so yesterday afternoon for us) a 6.6 earthquake shook the region. Jessica twittered “thought I was hallucinating during a 6.6 earthquake in Japan, I have never felt anything like this in my life. Laying in bed watching Cnn.” According to the Associated Press, the 6.6 quake shook Tokyo and its surrounding areas, but no casualties from the quake were immediately reported. Jessica is in Japan to begin filming on her new VH1 reality show, “The Price of Beauty”. It seems Beyonce was also really shaken up by the event. She is with her sister to promote a line of handbags and also tweeted “omg omg omg tsunami watch?” Solange said she slept right through it!


Country music is losing a legend. Brooks and Dunn have announced that they will be finished after their tour next year. They released a statement saying, "After 20 years of making music and riding this trail together, we have agreed as a duo that it's time it call it a day". The racked up some serious awards over the years, taking home the Top Duo category at the Country Music Awards every year from 1992 through 2006 except for one.They have two Grammies and three American Music Awards. "The awards could've been at her house to make it easier..."

Billy May’s autopsy report has been released and it might surprise you. The 50-year-old info-mercial king died of a heart attack in his sleep after going to bed at his Tampa condo the night of June 27. His wife found him unresponsive the next morning. He had just been on a turbulent plane ride and bumped his head, so people assumed that he had some kind of concussion that resulted in his death. However, in his system, the doctors found a list of drugs including: Vicodin, Xanax, Valium, byproduct of cocaine, anti-anxiety medication and alcohol
 
 
Victoria Beckham made her first appearance as an American Idol guest judge over the weekend and it apparently didn’t go well at all. She flew into Denver on Friday and production insiders say it wasn’t good. She tried too hard to be nice but came off as icy and wooden.  The sources say that the contestants were deeply disappointed when they showed up and Paula was really not there.

 
The Teen Choice Awards went down last night and it seems like only Miley Cyrus and the cast of Twilight needed to be there. Miley took home 6 surfboards and performed live. She won the awards for comedy TV actress, TV show, and also for her single "The Climb" and the summer song "Before the Storm." Still, the biggest winner of the event was the cast of the vampire drama Twilight with nine movie awards. The Jonas Brothers didn’t do too bad either, they took home 5 surfboards!

"Vanessa Hudgens is at it again!"

Sources are telling E! News that the current owner of Neverland has drafted plans to take down Michael's former residence and move it from the outskirts of Santa Barbara to Vegas so it can resemble a Graceland-style tourist attraction.  Apparently Jackson's estate is seriously considering the idea as well.
An investment firm called Colony Capital-the one that saved the property from being auctioned off-is behind this plan. The idea is to transport the actual main house of Neverland and several other structures to an area in Vegas so fans could easily travel to pay their respects to Michael. It seems that it only takes the permission of the executors of the estate in order to go through with the project.  It would cost tens of millions of dollars initially but would definitely pay off in the long run.


John Hughes, the director of the 80's favorite The Breakfast Club, has passed away suddenly.  He was in New York visiting family and collapsed of a heart attack during a walk yesterday morning in Manhattan.  Molly Ringwald says she is stunned and incredibly sad to learn the news, as he was only 59 and such a big part of her life.  You may not know, but John Hughes also directed Sixteen Candles, Pretty in Pink, Uncle Buck and Home Alone.



Did Vanessa Hudgens not learn her lesson after this happened the first time? Maybe she has been set up? Well if you haven't heard more photos of the Disney star naked have been released online. Supposedly they came from her own personal blackberry. It isn't clear whether they are Photoshopped, from the same shoot as before, or brand new. Reps for Vanessa AND Disney have declined to comment. Then again, maybe it's just perfect timing for the star who is trying to break away from her teen Disney image now that she's the big 2-0.  She has a new movie in the works called Sucker Punch, where she plays a hooker with a foul mouth. She wants to be seen as more of an adult and these photos are the perfect way to do that.

"Good thing Oprah has deep pockets!"

There's lots of speculation about what went down with Paula and American Idol. Some sources think it's a publicity stunt-However others who claim to be close to the action told TMZ that the show made Paula two seperate salary offers and then she quit by tweet. Paula was making 2-3 million per year but wanted 12 million. Idol made her two offers that she didn't like at all. They just didn't want to pay as much as she was asking for.  When Paula twittered about not returning, Idol sent out an official goodbye.  They said she made it difficult by switching management twice during negotiations.


There have been rumors of an engagement with actress Penelope Cruz but it seems a baby is coming first. It has just been announced that she is expecting her first child with actor Javier Bardem. The Spanish stars have starred together in multiple movies, most notably Woody Allen's film Vicky Cristina Barcelona for which Penelope won an Oscar last year. If you aren't familiar with Javier Bardem, he played the bad guy in the Oscar Winning, No Country For Old Men.

When the one of the richest women has wronged you I guess this is what you do! Author Damon Lloyd Goffe is suing Oprah and her production company Harpo for stealing material from him. He is claiming that she took ideas from his work, "A Tome of Poetry" and published it under the name "Pieces of My Soul". In his legal documents he claims that the show admitted to thievery last year. He gets this trillion dollar figure because she sold over 650 million copies at 20 bucks each and thinks he deserves every last penny.

"Changes on the Judges Panel for next season"

Breaking news for American Idol fans. The rumors are true...Paula Abdul will not be returning to the show. Fox and 19 Entertainment have released a very short statement:

"Paula Abdul has been an important part of the AMERICAN IDOL family over the last eight seasons and we are saddened that she has decided not to return to the show. While Paula will not be continuing with us, she's a tremendous talent and we wish her the best."



Claims of infidelity are surrounding the new Bachelorette and her fiancee Ed. And it is of course HIM that is being accused to being unfaithful.. Two women, Lindsey Johnson and Bethany Steffen, claim that Ed, a Chicago computer software consultant, was stringing them along while he was on the show, and that he continued to do so even after he and Harris got engaged on May 24. The reports claim Harris feels betrayed and that her relationship with Ed is destroyed. Well Jillian is speaking out to People Magazine and says that she is not destroyed at all! She admits that there is a little bit of anxiety that comes with the news.


“My biggest concern is with everything that happened after the day we got engaged, and after we got engaged he has been so open with me. He’s told me all of this, every little text message and every little phone call. I use his computer. I know that any communication he had with the girls post-show was platonic. I’m not worried about it.’

Last month, Ed talked openly about his relationship with Johnson prior to getting engaged, confessing, “When I left for this show we were not dating, but I certainly still had feelings for her.”

Jillian claims that she's in a similar situation with exes still in love with her wanting to go out to dinner.  But she only has eyes for Ed. She says that everything is going strong and they are headed to Vegas for vacation this week!

"Kate 2.0 talks with E! News"

Nick Cannon has had enough of Eminem-and he's turning to his Twitter to get some feelings out.  Eminem's song The Warning, talks graphically about his relationship with Mariah and threatens to leak pictures of them together. Instead of rapping, Nick opts to quote bible verses on his twitter account saying how Eminem is going to be punished by God for insulting his wife. He says, "Never argue with fools because from a distance people can't tell who is who." He finishes with, "For it is written vengeance is mine, I will repay... PREACH! 'I will bless those that bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse.' Genesis 12:3." This is what people without any creative talent do.



Of course Kate Major was going to speak! It was just a matter of who would interview her. Well now the rather reputable E! News is is going to air an "exclusive" interview with Jon Gosselin's former fling. And who else is speaking? The very relevant Michael Lohan is revealing details before the interview even airs.

Lohan says that the couple are attempting to stay "low key", but are still in constant contact, even with her little trip to the West Coast this week. Lohan says, "She needed to get away. Kate has really fallen for him and cares about him a great deal. She called him when she arrived. She wanted him to know we all got here safely." Now there's a chance that Jon doesn't even know about this situation. Just last week he was proclaiming to the world he was single.What do these women see in him?!




We've learned that movie star Michael Douglas' son has just been arrested in New York City for possession of meth with the intent to distribute. Apparently he was found with quite a bit as well. This isn't the first time Cameron Douglas has been busted either. 2 years ago he was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance after cops found a syringe with liquid cocaine in his car.  He was taken into custody by federal authroities and remains in jail. He needs to get in together.

Paris Hilton has been out of the spotlight for too long and it seems her former manager is making up for it. Paris forgot to sign the ever-important confidentiality agreement and now the ex-manager has written a tell-all book. In the book is his claim that Paris was her own worst enemy.  She would show up hungover to photo shoots, commit numerous driving violations, and even spend hours posing in front of mirrors.  The book doesn't sound all that scandalous at all but he's still shopping it around.



Speaking of Paris Hilton, she has rekindled the flame with ex Doug Reinhardt. And in other couples news...DEMI MOORE is giving the greatest gift of all to her much younger husband ASHTON KUTCHER for their 4th anniversary. She's is going to take his last name as her own! The actress has so far refused to alter her name - but now she has decided to officially become Demi Kutcher. A source says Demi didn't want to change her name at first because it didn't seem right but now she finally feels ready.


The new Hills star is already being more interesting than L.C. She is making the Hollywood rounds with someone very unlikely, Jason Statham?! He starred in Crank and some other random action films but is now into Kristen. The two have been seen out a couple times cuddling up and friends say there is definite chemistry between the pair.  The source says that Jason thinks Kristen is really hot and it's a repeated hook-up situation. Meanwhile Kristen still has another guy on the side...

"Doesn’t Katherine Heigl get the concept of karma?!"

In case you weren't a big follower of this season's Bachelorette with Jillian, she is well-known for claiming that she can judge a man's character based on his choice of hot dog toppings. So since she has nothing else going on and recently said that she needs to get back to work because all she does is sit at the pool, she's pulling a Lauren Conrad and writing a book! She says that she doesn't know exactly how it's going to work but she is trying to come up with something cute and funny revolving around her hot dog theory and dating life. She describes it as a girls guide to how to dissect a guy and how to simply ask what his hot dog topping is and then you decide whether he's a keeper or not. Jillian says, "It'll be short stories about different guys I've dated and what you can expect with a sauerkraut guy or a ketchup guy...just something fun."

 

 

As much as they are claiming schedules were to blame-cheating might be the reason behind the breakup! A Latina model in Miami who goes by Ortega is claiming that she and Reggie have been hooking up for months and is responsible for the breakup with Kim.

"Good Ole Revenge Diets..."

MILEY CYRUS has a stalker.  A 53-year-old male stalker. His name is Mark McLeod, and he was arrested for disorderly conduct last month in Tybee Island, Georgia . . . where Miley is shooting her new movie, "The Last Song". Police say he was among a crowd of people who were watching the filming of the movie . . . and he was making INAPPROPRIATE COMMENTS to some of the young females there. During his arrest, McLeod gave police the standard stalker line . . . that he and Miley were MEANT TO BE.  He said, quote, "I will (effing) be with Miley.  We're supposed to be together and [the cops] couldn't stop it." He also claimed that Miley sent him secret messages through her TV show . . . and that she'd told him to come see her that day. McLeod also said he'd mailed Miley two $2,000 diamond rings, and other, quote, "special private presents." Police let this psycho go the day after his arrest . . . even though he has a history of showing up at Miley's events. Despite his bizarre comments during his arrest last month, police say there was nothing to indicate McLeod was a stalker, or might need a psychiatric evaluation . . . so they did nothing wrong by letting him go. But Disney isn't convinced he's harmless.  They've contacted the LAPD and asked them to be on the lookout for McLeod, just in case.<

"More breakups in Hollywood..."

This seems so dramatic to be true but it seems Jessica Simpson is banned from Tony’s gated community in Dallas. US Weekly is reporting that Tony instructed the security guard at his community to put up a sign reading this : RED ALERT!!! TONY ROMO HAS MADE SOME CHANGES TO HIS LIST OF PEOPLE ALLOWED IN....JESSICA IS NO LONGER ON THE LIST AND NOT APPROVED FOR ACCESS. Apparently it’s not like she wanted to come back there ever again, as she paid $19,000 on July 15 to ship 37 boxes worth of her belongings from Dallas to L.A. overnight, a source tells Us.  A friend of Tony’s tells the mag that it’s been a long time coming but Terrell Owens told Ryan Seacrest he thought they would end up tying the knot.

 

I didn’t see this one coming.

"Nobody nose where Michael's prosthetics are..."

This should come as no surprise, but friends have confirmed that LeAnn Rimes and husband Dean Sheremet have split up. It turns out they have actually been separated for the last few months.  LeAnn talked about the split this weekend performing at a music festival in Utah saying, "Sometimes you don't do anything, but sometimes you want revenge. Sometimes you don't, and that's when you just leave it in God's hands and know that He will take care of it." Shortly after her show, Dean did what all heartbroken celebrities do these days, he took to his Twitter! He wrote simply, "Thanks to everyone for all the support through a very difficult time!" His last post was “I love my wife” from back in March. Wonder if LeAnn and Eddie Cibrian will rekindle that affair?

 

Is Rihanna really taking Chris Brown back? Well it seems the two spent the weekend at the same hotel in New York and trying to hide it the whole time. They checked into separate rooms at the Trump International Hotel & Tower on Friday and spent the next 2 days coming and going in separate cars, even using decoy cars to throw of reporters. Though they were never spotted together, neither of them were in town for any career-related reasons. He would leave and go to the movie with friends and then she would leave and go out to dinner with her girlfriends. BUT no one knows what happened when they were inside the hotel?! Brown is still supposed to be following his restraining order or he faces jail time.

"Maybe Billie Jean was his lover after all...with his baby."

When 3 become 4! A rumor is out and not to be taken lightly. Apparently Michael Jackson has a 4th child out there. Omer Bhatti, a 25-year-old Norwegian dancer, is thought to be the the singer's child from a one night stand in 1984. Michael, who passed away last month, is said to have admitted to friends in 2004 he was his father. Omer is now believed to be seeking a DNA test to determine if he is indeed related. Omar was also given a front row seat at Michael's memorial service on July 7, sitting next to the star's brothers and sisters.  Omar’s mother and her husband both worked for Michael.  Though they refuse to comment, she has said that Michael was so much more than the King of Pop to them. Interestingly, Omar lived at Neverland for several years in the late 90’s and there is video footage of him playing with one of Michael’s children!

 

  In more Michael news, Dr. Conrad Murray is nowhere near being off the hook. Yesterday about 8 DEA vehicles showed up at his Houston, TX offices with a warrant authorizing a search and seize items that give evidence of manslaughter. They left with a hard drive and 21 other documents. The L.A.<

"Looks like Barbie will have to find a new Ken!"

Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick are separating? Well at least in their living situations.  Though they have just welcomed their twins who were born to a surrogate mother, Sarah wants to get out of Manhattan and raise her kids in Brooklyn since it’s much calmer around there. Friends of the couple say they are very surprised at their decision. Matthew doesn’t want to move and is going to stay in their Manhattan home since it’s near all his Broadway work. Sarah has already purchased a 5 million dollar 9 bedroom house in Brooklyn. No rumors of a breakup, but living separate from one another can’t be a good sign.

 

 

 This is a story we haven’t visited in quite a while but it’s heating up again! Eddie Cibrian has been dumped by his wife Brandi Glanville.  She gave an interview to US Weekly clearly bitter about the situation. She says, "Eddie and I have decided to take some time apart. "Paula is not a happy camper about the Idol contracts..."

It looks like an American Idol judge might not be returning. Paula Abdul’s manager David Sonenberg has made it very clear that as of right now, she’s not going to be back on the show. The reason is of course all about the money. He says he doesn't even have a proposal for a new contract from the production companies. He says he finds the circumstances unusual considering they haven’t made any effort to negotiate. He says that he has reached out to the head of Fox business affairs telling them that Paula would love to be on the show, but they haven’t called back. Of course all of this is coming after Ryan has doubled his salary for the show and Randy is signed on until 2011. Paula’s manager says, "She's not a happy camper as a result of what's going on. She's hurt. I think at this point we're going to be considering everything, including some kind of a competition show. She has tremendous ideas for a whole variety of shows.

 

Nick is speaking out about Jessica now that they are both single. Unfortunately it doesn’t look like they are going to get together anytime soon. Nick says that he thinks it’s fun storytelling but there’s very little truth to any of the rumors. He says, "I certainly have heard about her breakup and I wish her the best, as I’ve always done. Aside from that, there really is nothing to say. He goes on to say that he hasn’t spoken to her whatsoever in 2 years. He wants her to be happy but it pretty much ends there. Nick didn’t seem too torn up over his own breakup though, he says he’s in a good place and has learned a lot about himself through his relationships.

"Someone stole Orlando's Treasure!"

Tragedy on Madonna’s set yesterday! A stage being built for her show in Marseille, France collapsed on the workers. As of right now, two people have been pronounced dead, and eight other people, all part of Madonna's traveling Sticky and Sweet stage crew, remain hospitalized in serious condition. Firemen who arrived at the scene shortly after 5:15 p.m. Thursday described a nightmarish and chaotic scene inside the stadium, where one of four cranes lifting the stage set roof apparently snapped, sending everything crashing to the stage. Madonna released a statement saying, "I am devastated to have just received this tragic news. My prayers go out to those who were injured and their families along with my deepest sympathy to all those affected by this heartbreaking news."



It seems that Mischa Barton has hit another low point in her career. She is being held involuntarily in the psychiatric ward of Cedar’s Sinai. A friend tells People magazine that she hasn’t given up some of the bad habits that had gotten out of control and she has been dealing with a lot of personal issues. She had to miss the premier of her new movie Homecoming due to the hold. Her rep declined to comment on the report of her going to a psych ward, but says that Mischa has been hospitalized per the recommendation of her doctor and is resting in the hospital.

"Romo isn't the only one that's leaving his lady..."

It’s another last minute wedding cancellation! Spurs forward Richard Jefferson dumped his fiance, former Nets dancer Kesha Ni'Cole Nichols, the day before their $2 million Manhattan wedding. Out of nowhere he called it off and the bride notified her entire family immediately, however he waited until 2 hours before the ceremony to fill everyone in! A friend of his says that he got a call just a couple hours before and he never showed up at the hotel even though all his boys were there. Jefferson gave his black American Express card to his crew for the night. Kesha actually checked into the swank Mandarin Oriental in Columbus Circle on what would have been the day and location of her wedding. She was upgraded to a suite on the 45th floor with a king-sized bed and a Central Park view. It’s only been less that a month since Jon Gosselin announced his separation from wife Kate and he has already found love again. Us Weekly is revealing that Jon has proposed to his 22 year old girlfriend Hailey Glassman. The insider says that Jon presented Hailey with a $180,000 engagement ring featuring a skull surrounded by four black diamonds during a romantic getaway to St. Tropez on July 12. Christian Audigier, the creator of Ed Hardy helped them celebrate their engagement on July 13. They all went out to the V.I.P Room nightclub in St. Tropez after dinner and Hailey was flashing her ring around. Of course with this news comes some more bad press for Hailey. A former female lover of hers is talking about what a life-ruiner she is. Joy Lawlor dated Hailey for 3 years in college and she wants to tell Jon about Hailey’s past. She says, “The best thing he could do is get as far away as possible from her. She is toxic.” She goes on to talk about their own poisonous relationship, as Hailey brought drugs around often (cocaine and marijuana to be exact). It seems Tony Romo is handling the breakup just fine but Jessica isn’t taking it so well. A family friend is saying that she was totally blindsided and is mad and confused. She is laying low and spending time with her family right not. So with a newly single Jessica and Nick Lachey maybe we could expect a reconciliation? Not at all apparently. The source says that it has been too long and they are different people now. Not to mention that there is a lot of bad blood between Nick and Joe. The family friend goes as far to say that they have no respect for Nick at all!

"Jon Plus new GF = Party Time!"

Simpson and boyfriend Tony Romo reportedly called it quits just before Jess' birthday party this weekend.  Now it’s being reported that Jess’s ex John Mayer might be to blame. Sources claim that he broke it off with her after finding text messages from John on her phone.  An insider says that Tony flew in on Thursday for her birthday party that was going to take place on Friday and when he picked up her phone, he found the messages. He went ballistic and ended things on the spot.

 

Jon Gosselin's new girlfriend Hailey Glassman isn’t taking to the Hollywood spotlight too well. She’s learning that attention isn’t always good. Ever since Jon took the 22 year old to the south of France, her past has come back to haunt her. One source describes Hailey as one of those crazy party animals during her time at Indiana University. They added that, she would probably be that type of girl who would get on top of the bar and start dancing. They also reference her excessive drinking and dancing with strippers. And many of these pictures can be found on the internet. Her run ins with the police have also been revealed. In 2005 she was arrested for marijuana and she was also cited for illegal consumption of alcohol.

Some very sad news was announced yesterday. Tony Romo has broken up with Jessica Simpson.  A source says that she is heartbroken.  The rumors started when Tony showed up with 14 friends to a Hollywood nightclub on Friday without Jessica-the night before her birthday. Though a source close to Jessica says they decided to “part ways” because of their careers, many people are saying it was Tony doing the breaking up. What does Jess do when faced with heartbreak? "Kevin Jonas buys Bling for his fiance."

People magazine is reporting that the mother to Michael Jackson’s children, Debbie Rowe will indeed seek custody of Prince and Paris. She spoke to her former attorney yesterday and revealed her plans to file for custody. The lawyer says that she won’t have to fight since she is the children’s biological mother. However Michael’s 2002 will states Katherine Jackson as the guardian and Diana Ross as backup if anything should happen to Katherine. Debbie Row told an LA reporter yesterday that she “wants her children” and is going to do the right thing by “stepping up”. She even said that she will take custody of Blanket in order to avoid separating the kids.

 

Someone needs to learn that it’s never a good idea to bite the hand the feeds. Megan Fox is new to the Hollywood world and she needs to learn a few things according to director Michael Bay. She has been going around telling interviewers that she hopes she gets the opportunity to really act since Michael Bay’s movies aren’t about acting at all and just rely on special effects. Of course he has some things to say, "Well, that’s Megan Fox for you. She says some very ridiculous things because she’s 23 years old and she still has a lot of growing to do. You roll your eyes when you see statements like that and think, 'Okay Megan, you can do whatever you want. I got it.' Bay thinks the proof is in his track record of finding new talent.

"From Promise Ring to Engagement Ring!"

They’ve announced that a public service IS going to take place soon, but it appears that Michael Jackson fans will have to wait until the Fourth of July holiday weekend is over to pay their respects. The family is definitely intending on having a public service and it is likely going to occur at the Staples Center in downtown Los Angeles but not until next Tuesday. It is definitely not going to be held at Jackson's Neverland ranch. Also the family quickly ruled out a public viewing of the body. They still haven’t decided where he is going to be buried but that obviously won’t happen until the results of the second autopsy are in.

 

OK! Magazine is going lower than any magazine has before and other news sources are fired up about it. As all other respectable news publications are putting out tribute issues to Michael Jackson this one is going to stand out in the worst way possible.

"What would Michael have wanted?"

It was revealed officially yesterday that Michael was not the biological father of Prince and Paris. Now multiple media outlets are reporting that the father is Michael's dermatologist Arnold Klein. Sources tell UsWeekly that he and Debbie Rowe signed an agreement saying that they would never reveal the truth. The story goes on to say that Debbie was just a surrogate and they aren’t her biological children either. Let’s hold off on this rumor until we find out more about it. Something that HAS been proven is Michael’s net worth. Despite massive debt, Michael had $567.6 million in assets -- which includes Neverland Ranch and his share of the Sony/ATV Music Publishing catalog which includes the rights to Beatles songs -- but his net worth was listed as $236 million. The docs show Neverland was valued at $33 million and the publishing catalog was worth $390 million. His lawyer believes that everything will go to his children and mother Katherine but there is going to be a court hearing for the supposed “will” he drafted for Michael 7 years ago.

"There will be an answer, Let it Be."

More than 750,000 Michael Jackson fans can get full refunds for the pop star’s canceled 50-night “This is It” concert extravaganza OR they can have souvenir tickets instead. Hoping that some superfans will chose to keep their tickets as memorabilia, AEG is issuing actual tickets which will feature 3-D graphics inspired and designed by Michael himself. The company is looking to recoup some of their losses by doing this. Images of the tickets can be viewed on the Web site www.MichaelJacksonLive.com beginning tomorrow. Fans spent more than $90 million on tickets, which were priced between $82 and $124, though some went for hundreds of dollars on Internet auction sites. If fans chose to hold onto their tickets, they may be able to cash them in later as a collector’s item just like many did after Elvis died. It’s not just reimbursing fans that has AEG worried. The company has already spent tens of millions between paying Michael up front and funding the show itself. Concert promoters usually have insurance to cover things like this, however most policies can have a very low payout depending on the cause of death of an artist. If Michael did suffer a drug overdose, AEG will be entitled to far less money than if the death was an accident.

 

 Yesterday we learned that Michael’s mother Katherine was granted temporary custody of his children and it looks like she’s getting more than that. A judge has granted her limited control over some property in Michael’s estate after she expressed concerns about the control of his business deals and bank accounts.

There is a list of updates regarding the death of Michael Jackson. Michael’s personal doctor who the police were looking for, has been questioned and released at this time. The Jackson family met over the weekend to begin funeral preparations and they intend on having both a public and private service for Michael. The Jackson family also discussed introducing the kids to Debbie Rowe. Debbie has released a statement saying that she is not cut out to be a mother and does not want custody of the kids at all. She has even claimed that she was inseminated by an anonymous donor, not Michael!

There is some good news, Michael’s upcoming concert may still go on. Madonna is just one of the big name celebrities rumored to cover a song for the London show. Michael’s final rehearsal was recorded and will likely be released as an album and DVD.

"It's a sad day in Hollywood"

Many friends and family of Michael Jackson, have taken to their websites, blogs, and even twitter to tell us their thoughts-and some are in too much pain to say anything at all.

 

Madonna who is quite possibly a star of equal fame has said that she can’t stop crying over the news. She goes on to say, "I have always admired Michael Jackson. The world has lost one of the greats, but his music will live on forever! My heart goes out to his three children and other members of his family. God bless." Lisa Marie Presley, who was briefly married to Michael says, "I am so very sad and confused with every emotion possible. I am heartbroken for his children, who I know were everything to him, and for his family. This is such a massive loss on so many levels, words fail me." Elizabeth Taylor, who has been one of Michael’s closest friends was "too devastated" to issue a statement, her rep says. Whitney Houston, who is trying to make her own comeback, just as Jackson was, released a statement saying only, "I am full of grief."

"That would be one HOTT chick fight"

There’s bad news for all the Perez haters out there.  Polo, the manager of the Black Eyed Peas might be headed to jail regardless of the punch. He has a DUI charge from 2007 and was placed on 3 years probation. The D.A. could move to charge him with a probation violation and he could end up in jail for 6 months.  Of course this isn’t enough for Perez Hilton.  He has filed a civil lawsuit against him for battery and emotional distress. He wants payback in the form of $25,000.

 

Pregnant with her first child, supermodel Gisele Bündchen might be taking some time off from modeling. She just did an interview in Brazil talking about how crazy she is about children and how much she is looking forward to being a stay at home mom and letting Tom Brady bring home all the money. She said she only worked because she had to but she is really domestic at heart. She would prefer to stay inside to relax and cook meals. Gisele also raves about getting married to Tom Brady, saying she has met the right person, partner, and her companion. I already knew that we would get married a year and a half before we got married. We felt it. The heart spoke louder.

"No more Speidi...is Perez next?"

No jail time in Chris Brown’s near future. He pled guilty to the felony assault case yesterday and took a plea deal.

The labor may also include picking up trash, pulling weeds and cleaning fire trucks. He has been ordered to stay at least 50 yards from Rihanna at all times. If they are both at the same event, the 50 turns to 10 yards and this order last for 5 years! If Brown violates probation, he could get up to 4 years in prison. As for Rihanna, she was at the courthouse but never entered the courtroom while he was in there. She walked in after he walked out and the judge filled her in on the protective order.


 Ryan O'Neal says he and longtime love Farrah Fawcett are tying the knot. In an exclusive interview with Barbara Walters that is airing this Friday, Ryan tells her than he has asked Farrah to marry him again and she has agreed. He also admits that Farrah is fighting for her life but will wed as soon as she can say yes and nod her head.

"Perez Tweets for help!"

Lindsay Lohan and Ryan Seacrest have been spending quite a bit of time together lately and rumors of a hook-up have Ryan tweeting denials. He says that he is working on a new series centering around celebrities helping people in need and wants Lindsay to take part. Well their “meeting” lasted until 6 am so it must be some good material! The show is going to have celebs act as humanitarians and assist people that deserve a second shot at life. With all the negative media attention, he thinks that Lindsay would be a great choice for the pilot episode and it would help to rehabilitate her image.  How does Lindsay feel? Well of course she is very interested-it’s not like she has a whole lot else going on!

 It has been confirmed that Gisele Bündchen is expecting and "ecstatic," sources tell PEOPLE. Pictures released last week reveal an undeniable baby bump.  Gisele has talked a lot lately about how important family is and how much she is ready for a family. Gisele and Tom Brady were married in February and she is due early next year. Also expecting are Matthew McConnaughey and girlfriend Camilla Alves. This will be the second child for the pair.

Finally someone is giving Perez Hilton what he deserves. Beginning just after midnight last night West Coast time, Perez Hilton tweeted a series of messages alleging that Will.I.Am and his security guards had assaulted him:

"TR Knight has thrown in the towel"

Fans are still out of control for Edward Cullen. Robert Pattinson is in New York City filming Remember Me, and was hit by a cab when he attempted to run across the street yesterday. The cab driver slammed on his breaks quickly and only clipped him so Robert walked alway from the accident not looking injured. Who is to blame for this? Production sources from the new film say that mobs of fans are creating chaos everyday on the set, just trying to get a glimpse of Robert. They were chasing him yesterday and that’s why he ran from them.  Robert has even hired his own security team in addition to the body guards on set just to protect him!

 

More big news coming in about Grey’s Anatomy. Yesterday it was announced that TR Knight will not be returning but Katherine Heigl’s fate was still undecided.  Well it has been confirmed that the actress will be returning next season on the hit show.  After all of her comments about wanting to stay on, it seems producers have decided to keep her around. Pretty surprising considering she has put down the writers and then said her movie career was more important. Guess those roles weren’t coming in like she thought!

"Does JT have a new senorita?"

It was a scandalous night for Justin Timberlake Monday. He was spotted by a celebrity blogger at Avenue Nightclub in NYC supposedly kidding, holding hands and canoodling with an unknown brunette.  He’s supposed to be dating Jessica Biel! He was so over-served that he started dancing alone on top of a booth and treated guests to a break dance where he rolled around on the floor and ended up crashing into guests.  Lindsay Lohan who was there uploaded a picture of JT and the comment, “where’s jb…cheater?” to her twitter page.  This has caused the club to release a statement saying that celebrities that twitter about other celebrities will no longer be allowed in.  Of course Lindsay is denying that she did it and claims her Twitter account was hacked! Don’t cheat when people that twitter are around!

"Is Wild, Partying LiLo back? "

Usher’s divorce documents have been released and it turns out that he and Tameka Foster have been separated since July 2008.  If you do the math, that means they were only really together for 11 months. The documents read that there is no reasonable hope of reconciliation. An interesting fact, Usher has hired detectives to discover every document Tameka has kept during the course of their union-and this isn’t just money related. He believes that Tameka had hired a private investigator long ago when they separated, so she could watch him and catch any wrongdoings. He has his people on it since he doesn’t want any of that information leaked to the media! He is also filing for joint custody of the couple’s two children.

  

 I know the Jon and Kate Gosselin stuff is getting kind of old but there’s even more dramatic news from the family.  The latest issue of issue of InTouch Weekly is revealing that Kate uses physical punishment on her kids. A photographer caught Kate in the act of spanking her daughter Leah in the front of her home and sold it to the magazine. There’s no mistaking what’s going on in the photo.<

"Letterman apologizes for Palin comment..."

We talked yesterday about the joke Letterman made that didn’t go over well with Sarah Palin.  If you’ve been out of the loop, the late night host referenced one of her teenage daughters getting knocked up by Alex Rodriguez while on a visit to NYC. Well many people have been fuming about this and Letterman finally officially apologized on last night’s show.

Despite all the hostility, Letterman’s ratings may have gone up since the feud started. This would be the first time that Letterman has more viewers than The Tonight Show since 2005.

"Miley is scalping her own tickets...?"

Paperless tickets is new concept that Miley Cyrus is trying out for her upcoming tour and it’s not going so well. This idea is a way for ticketmaster to get rid of scalpers-and basically turn into scalpers themselves. SO, you call and order Miley tickets over the phone with a credit card, when you go to the show you have to show the card you used to purchase the tickets.  Sounds like a good idea but it’s not. Since the majority of fans don’t have their own credit cards they have to bring mom or dad along. And just in case tickets are sold out, you can still go by getting on I Love All Access Dot Com. There you can buy packages that includes up front tickets, backstage access, VIP treatment, stuff like that. Who owns that website? Ticketmaster. So Miley is scalping her own tickets.  Too bad for Miley, it’s not working out too great, tickets to more than 40 of Miley Cyrus’s concerts that went on sale Saturday are still available.  Just a note, when Miley toured in 2007, every single show was sold out and ticket scalpers made a fortune.

"Tamekas' got it bad for Usher still..."

Miley didn’t stay single for long! We mentioned this week that Miley Cyrus and her older boyfriend Justin Gaston had broken up and there were some rumors that it was because of Nick Jonas.  Well it didn’t take long to prove that was the case.  Miley is in Savannah for the next two months filming a movie and Nick flew down to be by her side.  The two were snapped by photographers, jet skiing on Tybee Island in Georgia yesterday.  Though Nick arrived back in New York yesterday, Miley found the time to tweet that she is In love with Savannah.

"Summer of heartbreak? So soon?"

Leonardo DiCaprio has broken up with ANOTHER Victoria’s Secret model.   A source says that they’re just taking some time off to do their own thing and it could be just a break or a split for good. It was certainly clear over the weekend when the supermodel walked a red carpet event and alone and Leo was seen at a club in NYC chatting with another girl the entire night. According to one of Bar’s friends, she wanted to get more serious and move in together which caused the actor to have doubts about their relationship. The friend goes on to say that Leo didn’t treat her very well at all, kind of like a second-hand girlfriend.

  

As he promised, Adam Lambert has cleared up all the speculation about his sexuality in the latest issue of Rolling Stone, saying it shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone that he is gay.  He has been living in Los Angeles for 8 years as a gay man.  He says he embraces his sexuality because it’s part of who he is as a singer.  He was hesitant to come out while competing on Idol because he didn’t want it to overshadow his talent.

"Lindsay's hangin out with her Favorite Favorite again..."

Sources are saying that Linday Lohan and Samantha Ronson are not only back together, but they are actually engaged! Though it seemed these two were definitely over for good, friends of the pair are saying that they reconciled over this past week in London and spent most of the trip trying to avoid being photographed together.  They were finally caught at the airport yesterday boarding a flight back to L.A. What was seen in that photo might shock you…a giant ring on Lindsay’s left ring finger! Lindsay decided to Twitter the occasion saying, "Leaving London but with my favorite favorite!!!-travel buddy & great news to share!! Maybe…." She is definitely leaving us guessing but one thing is for sure, an engagement seems like the worst possible idea for Lindsay Lohan.

"All Brett wanted was to have Nothing But A Good Time!"

 

Are Heidi and Spencer being tortured on the set of their reality show? Well Heidi was apparently rushed to a Costa Rican hospital and diagnosed with a gastric ulcer. Spencer is blaming NBC executives for her condition.  Heidi was convulsively throwing up on the set as a result of NBC's attempt to punish the pair for their decision to leave the show and then come back.  Cast members are claiming that the show producers kept the couple locked in a dark room for a full day and night, only feeding them rice, beans and water.  Even NBC's executive VP of Alternative Programming told Ryan Seacrest that they were holding Heidi and Spencer in isolation so they would really bare their souls. Even more intense, some cast members allege that Heidi was discouraged from taking an ambulance to be treated for her symptoms. Spencer says he intends on suing NBC for the incident.  Of course, NBC reps have come out saying this claim is completely untrue and that there are medical personnel on set at all times.  They say they only kept the pair locked up for 8-10 hrs.  Is this just another publicity stunt to get us to watch?

"Dear Tony, Happy Birthday! Love, Jessica"

Lance Armstrong and Sheryl Crow broke up over his resistance to having more children but here he goes having a baby with another woman. Lance and girlfriend Anna Hansen welcomed a 7 lb., 5 oz baby boy named Max last night. He announced the birth on his Twitter page saying, "Wassup, world? My name is Max Armstrong and I just arrived. My Mommy is healthy and so am I!" The post includes a photo of the baby in a cap and sticking his tongue out. He has three children with ex-wife Kristin which were conceived through in vitro fertilization with sperm frozen prior to Armstrong undergoing chemotherapy for testicular cancer.

 

 

Jessica Simpson’s country album isn’t doing too well but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t still have a ton of cash in the bank. She spoiled her boyfriend Tony Romo for his 29th birthday by buying him a speedboat.  What was the price of it? Just a meager $100,000!!<

"Move over Oprah, Angelina is taking over the Forbes list!"

There’s someone more powerful than Oprah Winfrey and it’s not the president! Angelina Jolie has dethroned Oprah Winfrey as the world’s most powerful celebrity, according to Forbes. Their annual celebrity 100 list came out and the actress grabbed the No. 1 spot from the talk show queen. "Celebrity bridezilla before she’s even engaged! "

First it was a cozy dinner in NYC last month.  Now things are really heating up between Kate Hudson and baseball player Alex Rodriguez.  A source says the pair are 100 percent dating-he’s even introduced her to a bunch of his friends. Kate was actually in Dallas all last weekend for the Yankees 3-game series against the Rangers.  Her and her son Ryder stayed in the Hotel ZaZa, the same hotel as A-Rod.  The couple was even seen working out together in the fitness center. For one of the games, she sent Ryder and his nanny to the ballpark while she stayed behind and watched the game from the hotel. However when Kate’s not busy with her new boyfriend, she’s trying to avoid running into Madonna! Is A-Rod really a guy to fight over? He cheats on his wife and abuses steroids-what a catch!

 

 It seemed as though things had cooled off between LeAnn Rimes and her alleged fling Eddie Cibrian but the drama is back.  Eddie’s wife, Brandi Glanville is spilling some juicy details to US Weekly and things may not be what they seem.  Brandi refers to LeAnn as a stalker-refusing to leave their family alone.  She goes to say that LeAnn can’t let go of her obsession with her husband to the point that it’s shameful AND scary!

"Kanye wont be a spokesman for PETA anytime soon"

If you missed the MTV movie awards Sunday night, then you missed Sasha Baron Cohen playing his new character “Bruno”- fly over the audience in a tiny leopard outfit.  He conveniently landed right on Eminem’s head and wouldn’t get off.  Eminem stormed out of the auditorium causing everyone to guess if the rapper was seriously mad or just part of the prank.  Turns out he was totally in on the whole thing, but he wasn’t Bruno’s first choice for the skit.  Paris Hilton was originally in mind but she said no way and after the show said she was quite happy with her decision.

 

 

Pete Wentz's and Kellie’s boyfriend have some explaining to do.  Their bar in NYC called Angels and Kings has been temporarily shut down due to reports that drinks have been served to underage customers.

"Octomom Loves the Spotlight!"

Celebs normally have a hard time keeping a pregnancy a secret for very long but Jennifer Hudson has been pretty successful. The Grammy-winning singer and Oscar-winning actress is 7 months along! She spent the weekend in her hometown of Chicago with her friends and family for a baby shower. Felicia Fields, a longtime friend of Jennifer's confirmed the event and the pregnancy.  Reporters asked Felicia if the gifts were blue or pink but Felicia said they were yellow! Apparently Jennifer doesn't want to know the sex of the baby until it's due!

 

Nadya Suleman, the mother of octuplets born Jan 26, has inked a deal with the British production company Eyeworks, which plans to begin filming a reality TV series based on the controversial single mother and her 14 children. Suleman's attorney Jeff Czech calls the series a "quasi-reality" show, explaining that instead of having a dozen cameramen tromping around her house 24 hours a day, film crews will only document select milestones, such as birthdays and other special events. Nadya knows she has to do something, but she doesn't want the constant filming because she feels that would be taking advantage of her kids. She's trying to find the middle ground and feels this approach will work best." What does think of Jon and Kate plus 8? A friend says that she's been watching them a bit lately and thinks it's boring," This week Suleman also finalized a deal with ghostwriter Wendy Leigh to pen her autobiography.

"Paris and her new BFF's go to Dubai?"

Rihanna has stayed pretty quiet since Chris Brown beat her up, but that's all about to change. The superstar has been subpoenaed to testify and must appear at Chris's hearing that's taking place June 22.

 

The court hopes that Rihanna's testimony will assist them in figuring out whether there is enough evidence for the case to proceed. Chris is facing a felony assault charge and would definitely face jail time IF he is convicted. 

  Just as they were reconciling, Candy Spelling is blaming the death of her husband Aaron Spelling on her daughter Tori. During a radio interview, she said that Aaron ultimately died due to the heartache he suffered from daughter Tori’s alleged decision to cut off contact from the family. During the interview Candy said:

She goes on to say that he just didn’t want to live after that. He had done everything he could possibly do for his daughter and she wanted no part of him once he couldn’t do anything for her. Meanwhile, Tori is claiming that there is no feud at all saying, "We simply never meshed. My mother is who she is. I've become who I am. At some point I realized those two just didn't go together." Surely she will have something to say after this.

"Someone’s being unfaithful to the star of Unfaithful!"

Youtube singing sensation Susan Boyle reportedly lost her temper at a screening of 'Britain's Got Talent' where witnesses say she grew angry when her favorite judge praised her competition. Many of the British tabloids are reporting that she flicked off the tv screen and cried “f-off” after judge Pierce told 12-year old Shaheen that he had given pound for pound, the best singing performance they have heard in the semi-finals so far.  Sounds like someone is a little jealous. Susan Boyle has admitted to having a crush on Piers, even calling him "Piersy baby" on Sunday's semi-final. Though show reps are denying the incident, the judges on the hit show think Shaheen has a shot at beating Boyle. Simon Cowell said he is absolutely certain they will see Shaheen on Saturday and he is a real contender now to win this competition.

"Ashton and Demi to take a Twi-atus?"

Before the season premiere of “Jon & Kate Plus 8,” Kate Gosselin’s sister-in-law Julie urged viewers not to watch the episode, because she claims that The Gosselin’s “reality” show is completely staged. She wrote a blog saying that EVERYTHING that you see them do or buy is completely paid for out of the budget for the show or traded for free advertising … The episodes are also staged. Here’s how it works ... there is a staff of people reading these blogs and they base the shows around what people are talking about.  This may not be surprising to those that know the reality TV formula but her sister says that the producers even tell the kids what to say in the scenes. There are plenty of painfully obvious reasons for an individual to not want to watch “Jon & Kate,” as is true with just about any show, but 10 million people tuned in Monday night.  The show had a bigger audience than the original High School Musical when it premiered on cable tv.

 

How do you motivate yourself to stay in shape? Some people join a workout class, some might look at an old picture of themselves.  Not Beyonce. The diva says that she stays motivated during strenuous workouts by staring at a painting of an Academy Award and dreaming of the day she takes home the statuette. She actually has a picture of an Oscar in her home gym.  She says she stay in shape just to be ready for the say she wins the award. Is it just me or should she be spending more time on acting classes so she might stand a chance at winning the statue? You don’t get a statue just for being fit B!

"Who wants to bet T.I. will have an album drop after he's released from jail?"

Seriously sad news from Mike Tyson’s home in Phoenix yesterday. The boxer’s 4-year-old daughter, Exodus, is on life support after she was found with her neck on a treadmill cable.  Her 7-year old brother was the one that walked into the workout room and found her with the cable wrapped around her neck. The boy told the girl's mother, who was in another room. She took the girl off the cable, called 911 and tried to revive her.

Responding officers and firefighters performed CPR on the girl as they rushed her to a nearby hospital, where she was in "extremely critical condition" and on life support.  You might be thinking, how is this possible? Well they say that she was somehow playing on the treadmill and there is a cord that hangs under the console which she either slipped into or put her head into for fun-but it acted like a noose and she was unable to get out of it. Her dad had been in Las Vegas but flew to Phoenix immediately after learning of the accident. As of right now she is still on life support. We’ll keep you updated!

"What's coming up for Kris Allen?"

Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn are really starting to look like Tommy Lee and Pam Anderson. Not in appearances of course, but with their on again/off again status.  We just told you a few weeks ago that the two had filed for divorce though they had briefly reconnected after separating.  Well now with just days before their divorce proceedings were to begin, Sean filed a request to dismiss the proceedings all together.  A lawyer working the case says that it appears they are reconciling again. This is the second time the actor has rescinded divorce papers. The pair started divorce proceedings in December 2007 after 11 years of marriage. Sean's people haven't made any statements and Robin is a member of the jury at the Cannes film festival that's going on right now so she cannot be reached.

"Get Brad Pitt drunk and he's easily persuaded...right Quentin?"

John Mayer is starting to rival Kanye West with his self-importance.  He took to his Twitter to describe what it’s like to be him everyday.  First he disses the guys in the world saying, "I love how some dudes hate me for dating their fantasy girl, as if they were going to if I hadn't." He then feels the need to give readers the definition of the showbiz type.  He says he is the type of person that grew up talking to himself alone until he found an outlet.  Once the outlet is discovered, everything just falls into place except the showbiz types never worked out why they still talk so much. He ends by saying, “Showbiz Types are an important part of our Nation's tapestry. I'm a Showbiz Type. But I am not a douche!!” Aren’t people usually exactly what they say they aren’t?

 

How do you get Brad Pitt to do your movie if you’re a director? Get him good and drunk.  Brad is currently over in Cannes promoting his new flick Inglorious Basterds directed by Quentin Tarantino and it’s getting pretty terrible reviews.  When he was asked in an interview how he was persuaded to do the movie, Brad says that Quentin visited him and they talked about movies.  Next thing he knows, he wakes up in the morning and sees 5 empty bottles of wine and something that resembles a good smoking apparatus.  He says he doesn’t know what that was about and apparently he had agreed to do the film.

For those that think Vogue is just a magazine about shopping and has no influence, listen to this.  Anna Wintour, the editor in chief of the magazine, had a few weighty words for Oprah Winfrey a few years back.  Anna was being interviewed for 60 minutes on Sunday night and she was asked if the stories were true about her telling Oprah to lose weight if she wanted to be on their cover.  Anna refers to the comment as a gentle suggestion. Gentle and Anna Wintour? If you don’t know about her, it might help for you to know that she is the person Meryl Streep’s character is based on in The Devil Wears Prada. And she actually said Oprah should lose about 20 pounds! How did Oprah react? Anna says that she was a trooper. She totally welcomed the idea. She went on a very stringent diet and it turned out to one of their most successful covers ever.

"Conan announces his Opening Night guests!"


Miley Cyrus has learned that Twitter isn’t just about posting her status, it’s also about opening herself up to criticism.  She twittered the other day that her are capable of jiggling for three Mississippis, and then all of her haters felt they were given permission to hate.  Miley has more than 600,000 followers-there’s no way all of them love her.  Fuming that people were agreeing with her, she typed a big 140-word rant complaining about the dangers of verbal abuse and how she thinks it’s disgusting that people would call her fat.  She ends by saying, “if your thighs don’t jiggle, go see a doctor”.  Of course saying that made everyone call her out for hating on skinny people and then she had to re-tweet by using her love of Nicole Richie’s body as a defense.

 Conan is just weeks away from taking over for Jay Leno on the Tonight Show and there has been a lot of speculation over who the opening night’s guests will be.  Well it has just been announced that Will Ferrell will be Conan’s first interview on June 1st. Pearl Jam will be the musical guest!

It has finally been confirmed that Mel Gibson’s Russian girlfriend IS pregnant with his child.

"Looks like Brit has quite the list of bills to pay"

Justin Timberlake’s restaurant Southern Hospitality isn’t so hospitable after all. A lawsuit has been filed by a former employee against the restaurant. Alison McDaniel claims that Justin’s business partners made her watch porn while locked in a room and made fun of her when she began crying. She also claims she was spit on and called various expletives. In the suit, Alison says that she complained about the incident and was then fired shortly thereafter. Justin is also named as a defendant in the lawsuit. However his people just released a statement saying that he is no longer an investor, owner or partner and has no idea what goes on in the establishment. You think your next door neighbor is problematic? Imagine living next door to Paris Hilton. You would think that it might not be that bad since she always seems to be travelling, however her Hollywood Hills neighbors claim paparazzi practically live outside the place she shares with BF Doug Reinhardt. They’ve only lived there for 5 days but the cops have already been called twice because of loud parties and vandalism. One neighbor in particular hates her so much, he’s willing to pay $5,000 more that the monthly rent, if the landlord will get rid of her. What’s 5,000 more than the asking price? 27, 000. That neighbor must REALLY want them gone. When he complained to Doug about all the trouble, all Doug has to say was, "This is what you have to expect because Paris and I are public figures." We all know stars that earn big tend to spend big. But did you ever think about how much their living expenses run? Well, Britney Spears' conservators filed legal papers Saturday explaining just how much she spends. From March to December Brit blew $447,633.69 on security alone. Six months of household repairs and maintenance ran her $49,387.22. Britney also has Federline Fees which cost her $625,000 just for his lawyers. This doesn’t include the $170, 000 in child support payments. Any guesses for her grand total living expenses between February and December last year? 10.1 million.

"Shia wants to Transform a friend into a lover..."

Shia LaBeouf is opening up about his celebrity crushes and how his dating “options” surprise him sometimes.  He says that he became completely infatuated with Rihanna and then found out she was trying to get in touch with him while he was filming Indiana Jones.  So he did what any normal guy would do and texted her to set up a dinner date.  Too bad for Shia-it never went past that one night because the spark just wasn’t there.  He quickly found a new woman to focus on though and it’s the one girl every guy wants-Megan Fox.  He claims they share a strong attraction to eachother and is holding out hope that they can become lovers in the future.  He says that he’s going to know the girl forever and when you make a movie with someone like that... you feel things. He then adds that their passion is clear in all the scenes they shoot for Transformers.  Hey Shia-it’s a movie about crazy robots and it’s called acting.

"A-Rod's going for a homerun with The Real Housewives"

What do you get when the President wants to add you to his family? Apparently a new home AND a new name. President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle have a new family member and they couldn’t keep it a secret!!  A Portuguese water dog is the newest Obama family member.  The Obama’s have been looking for a puppy for a while and they’ve taken advice from Senator Ted Kennedy. The Senator has purchased 3 Portuguese Water Dogs from the same kennel in Texas and found one from the same lineage for the Obamas.  The dog named Charlie, had actually already been sold to a private owner who then returned it when the kennel learned the Pres wanted it!  Now, the Barack and the kids have renamed the dog, Bo, after Bo Diddley. Though pictures of the dog have already leaked onto the internet, the pup is going to officially be presented to the Obamas by the Kennedys tomorrow.

"The verdict is in!!!"

The verdict is in! Donald Trump announced yesterday that he will allow Miss California to keep her crown.  There has been much speculation about her right to the title but he says that he didn't object to semi-topless photos of first runner-up Carrie Prejean nor does he care about her comments opposing gay marriage.  The main problem was that contestants in the pageant are required to sign a 12-page document that, among several clauses, ensures that they conduct themselves "in accordance with the highest ethical and moral standards" and avoid making personal appearances, granting interviews or making commercials without authorization from pageant officials. After Prejean won the coveted crown, she became the spokesperson for the National Organization for Marriage, without first consulting the Miss California USA organization. Shana Moakler has changed her tune saying, “We care about her. But she's only 21 and we felt like she was being exploited. She goes on to say that it’s a classic case of too many chefs in the kitchen pulling her in different directions.  They have apparently worked out all the issues!

"Doesn't everyone have an apt full of clothes? Or is that just Beyonce?"

Beyonce revealed some very diva-like behavior.  We all know that she pulled in around 80 million dollars last year but how many clothes does a girl need? Well an entire apartment worth apparently.  In a recent interview, Beyonce said that she has so many outfits and accessories that she had to do something drastic to keep everything.  She admits that she had her old apartment in NYC turned into a closet. She then says that most of the stuff she didn't even pay for.  Designers send her around 15 handbags a month, some are so expensive, she wouldn't even buy them for herself.

 

Donald Trump is holding a press conference at 11 am this morning to announce his decision on Miss California's fate.  Regardless of what he decides, Miss California executives held a conference yesterday announcing a new ambassador to the title since Carrie has not been fulfilling her duties. They have selected Miss teen California who is ready and willing to take over the title. Not fulfilling her obligations as Miss California and Miss USA runner up is the least of her concerns.

"Is Nick Cannon Wild N Out on Eminem?"

What do Vanessa Hudgens, Audrina Partridge and Rihanna have in common? If you guessed nude photos then you are right! Rihanna is the latest starlet to have naked pics released on the internet and her reps are taking action immediately.  The legal department of her label, Island Def Jam sent a letter to at least one website that published the photos asking that they be removed since they are unauthorized AND a violation of the artist’s rights. It’s not confirmed that she’s the nude one in the pictures but is it clearly her in the other two fully clothed ones. Interestingly, the letter from Island Def Jam does not deny that it’s really Rihanna.  Who would do such a thing?! Well Chris Brown comes to mind though he and his reps are adamant that he had nothing to do with the leak.

"Is Joe Jonas taking his purity ring off?! "

It's been days since Lil Kim was eliminated from Dancing with the Stars but the backlash from fans hasn't ended. Viewers have been harassing Ty Murray since he was chosen over Kim in the elimination. The comments have not gone unnoticed by Ty and he took to his myspace blog yesterday to write about it saying, " “I just want to be sure and remind everybody not to get suckered into all the trash talk on the Internet. Let’s not worry about it and, instead, we’ll just let it roll off of our backs.”  Judge Carrie Ann even took some time out of her day to try and put a stop to the drama. She says that she's been attacked by people asking her what the deal is with lil Kim getting the boot and why Ty is still in the competition.  Her response?  “It’s simple. Ty Murray embodies what the show is all about. He is the most improved dancer this season. Is he the best dancer? No. But he stepped so far out of his element to do this and that’s why he’s still on the show.”

"Jon and Kate Plus 8, Plus an affair"

So we’ve been talking about the rumored affair between the star of Jon and Kate Plus 8, Jon Gosselin and a 3rd grade teacher named Deanna Hummel. It’s funny how people start coming out of the woodwork when magazine come calling. The new issue of US weekly on stands now claims that 5 people close to the situation including 2 relatives have confirmed the affair despite both parties’ adamant denials. Now Deanna Hummel's brother, Jason, is confirming that they did INDEED have an affair, and even referred to instances where he heard them having sex. Jason, who is also Deanna’s roommate, says that his sister is NOT a homewrecker and is just trying to protect her. His story goes that Jon and Deanna met in January and Jon began pursuing Deanna relentlessly. He even regularly came over to their house minus wedding band where they would pretty much stay locked away like two teenagers and the walls are thin. He also adds, " Let’s just say that. I mean, no one wants to hear his sister having sex, let alone with a married dude who's, like, almost twice her age and who has eight kids and a maybe-crazy wife. Ick. Nast."

Then another eyewitness comes forward, a security guard for the motel that the adulterous couple frequented! He talks of them kissing in stairwells and witnessing Jon being seriously intoxicated on more than one occasion. For the record, both Jon and Deanna are still denying any sort of relationship.

"Paula straight up now tells us about her addiction"

Keifer Sutherland revealed his crazy side last night at a very formal event. The actor was so angry at designer Jack McCollough, he headbutted him during the afterparty for teh MET Costume Gala. Apparently the designer (who is one half of the duo Proenza Schouler) knocked over Brooke Sheilds and Keifer told him he needed to apologize. Instead, Jack shoved Keifer resulting in the violent outburst from him. This headbutt must have been pretty severe because the designer broke his nose and as of last night, he was still in the hospital. Multiple news outlets have confirmed this incident to be true. Guest like Mary-Kate Olsen and Kirsten Dunst were witnesses.  Unfortunately for Sutherland, he is still on probation from a previous DUI so this could be bad for his legal situation. Even more unfortunately for Keifer is the fact that Brooke's reps are saying that she wasn't involved whatsoever. Police are planning on interviewing her today to determine exactly what happened.

 

Paula Abdul is revealing her struggle with her painkiller addiction in this month's issue of Ladies' Home Journal. Abdul says she checked herself into the La Costa Resort and Spa, in Carlsbad, California last Thanksgiving to help beat her use of medication. Of the withdrawal she says, "I was freezing cold, then sweating hot, then chattering and in so much pain, it was excruciating, but at my very core, I did not like existing the way I had been." The Idol judge says she became addicted to painkillers after injuries from dancing as well as a neck injury sustained in a plane crash back in '93.  4 years ago Paula was diagnosed with reflex sympathetic dystrophy syndrome, a chronic condition that resulted in debilitating pain. As a result, she wore a pain patch and took nerve medication and, occasionally, a muscle relaxant. The combo made her "get weird," she says. Thanks to her 15th surgery, yoga and spiritual workshops, she says she feels 96 percent better.  On tonight's show, she is expected to perform her new single  "I'm Just (Here for the Music)"!


Some serious drama went down last night before American Idol started.  Stage manager Debbie Williams fell from the retractable staircase when it moved too quickly and then one of the large towers toppled over leaving shattered glass all over the stage. a crewmember tells PEOPLE, Williams suffered a “very deep gash down to the bone” in one leg that required stitches.

"Jenny McCarthy and Oprah are teaming up!"

It’s been a rough couple of years for Jessica Simpson where every move has been under the spotlight.  First it was two movie duds, a risky jump into country music and then constant tabloid headlines about her relationship and her weight. The latest issue of Vanity Fair reveals how Jessica copes and what’s in store for the star. Talking about all the obstacles in her life she says, "We all go through trials, but not one thing has ever made me question God. I have a great relationship with God. I can talk to him, get mad at him, frustrated with him. But, ultimately, my faith is what defines me." Tommy Mottola who is the head of Sony Music and signed Jessica years ago said the solution is for her to re-invent herself again.  Even Tony weighs in on his girl for the interview.  He talk what a supportive girlfriend she is and how she comes to just about every game. Singing or not Jessica says the most lucrative part of her career is the fashion line which her and her mom Tina directly oversee.  It is a 400 million dollar business and apparently the recession isn’t hurting it at all. Amidst all the criticism, Jessica seems to be fine with how things are going saying, "There will always be another opportunity, another door to walk through."

"Rihanna is already moving on..."

Rihanna might actually be moving on from Chris Brown.  Her many trips home to Barbados seem to be for a former flame.  Just last week she was photographed frolicking on the beach with Negus Sealy-an ex-boyfriend who she dated when they were teens.  A source says that Negus was a shoulder to cry on. He's clever, good looking, and very cool. He and Rihanna were seeing each other before she became famous. During her visits home Rihanna and Negus both realized there was still a strong attraction between them and became inseparable.  Whenever Rihanna went to the beach or out partying, Negus was always there. They were very careful not to be seen too closely together though as they're trying to keep their relationship a secret.

 

David Hasselhoff was rushed to the hospital Saturday after his distraught daughter Hayley, 16, found him unconscious on the floor of his  home in Encino, California. For Hasselhoff, it was yet another case of alcohol poisoning and an emergency rush to the hospital to save his life. Hayley called her mom, who lives 10 minutes away in the Hollywood Hills and she rushed to the rescue and drove him to the hospital.

"Beyonce Was Punked!"

As Idol is winding down to the end, more drama is surfacing! The legitimacy of one of the contestants is being questioned now.  It turns out, Allison Iraheta is no stranger to the world of televised singing competitions! Back in 2007, she was the winner of Telemundo's Quinceañera: Mama Quiero Ser Artista which means ‘Sweet Fifteen: Mom, I Want to be an Artist’. The judges on Quinceañera were reportedly head over heels for Allison's singing and she took down the $50,000 cash prize and a recording contract. Although Allison is not currently under a recording contract , it’s a little odd that Idol producers would keep her around!

Even more exciting for Idol, is the possibility of the first gay Idol winner.  Even though Adam Lambert has never publicly confirmed his sexuality, nor has he denied speculation about being gay – the public is pretty certain of his preference. When photos showing him kissing other men and dressed in drag circulated on the Internet last month, Lambert said simply: "I have nothing to hide. I am who I am." Whatever he prefers, he is rated as the favorite to win this season!

 

Maybe Beyonce isn’t as much of a diva as we previously thought! Yesterday we told you that she hired a look-alike replacement to take media attention away from her so she could shopping in Vienna.  Well as it turns out, Beyonce didn’t send her-a local radio station did!

"Beyonce uses a body double?"

Although they tried to work things out, another A-list Hollywood couple is calling it quits. Sean Penn has filed for legal separation from his wife of 13 years, Robin Wright Penn. Though the two have been seen together more in recent months, they actually began their original divorce proceedings back in December 2007.  This was when Sean was often seen out on the town and was rumored to have been dating Petra Nemcova. Doubt arose again when he neglected to thank Robin during his Oscar acceptance speech earlier this year-saying they knew there wouldn’t be enough time. 

The actor is seeking joint physical and legal custody of their two children and he is also requesting that the court not award any spousal support to Robin.

You might not look anything like David Beckham but now you’ll be able to dress like him! Looks like Posh can look forward to some fashion design competition with her hubby. Her footballer husband David is branching out from underwear modeling to launch his own fall-winter men’s line for Adidas Originals by Originals. Partnering with Undefeated sneaker boutique owner James Bond, David’s new line will feature updated American sportswear as well as reinterpretations of Adidas’s iconic styles. But if you’re hoping that David will give the line a little face-time by modeling his wares, you’re in for some serious disappointment. Although he does have an endorsement deal with Adidas, Becks won’t be the face of the new brand.

"American Idol has precedence over our President?!"

Looks like we have another Kanye West attitude on our hands. It’s Perez Hilton of all people. In a recent interview, the blogger is quoted saying, ‘I want to be like Oprah, only bigger’.  Perez isn’t just talking trash on his site each day.  Who knew he actually had a syndicated radio show that airs in 75 markets.  He hopes to have his own Oprah-like talk show one day. His goal in complete media domination and he think with 700,000 twitter followers, he is well on his way.  He claims to have the work ethic of Ryan Seacrest saying, “I work really really hard — I work harder than anyone I know. It could have been really easy for me to get lazy or coast.” Perez’s consultant said that he could live out his ambition “by being authentic, by not selling out, by being real — because people have amazing authenticity detectors in this world. Plus, I still don’t do it for the money.” Doesn’t he sell out everyday of his life?

  

This season of Dancing with the Stars wouldn't be complete without another injury. After coming in first last week with her Argentine tango, Melissa Rycroft had to sit out of last night's performance.

"Speidi got hitched! For REAL!"

Jamie Lynn Spears' baby daddy was in a serious car wreck over the weekend. Casey Aldridge was attending a bachelor party for his cousin, when he and some friends decided to go crabbing. He was driving his F-250 truck with 3 other passengers when it went off the shoulder of the road and flipped over early yesterday morning in Louisiana. Casey had to be airlifted for emergency treatment.  A family member said that he suffered a skull fracture around his hairline but did not have to have surgery.  They are keeping him at the Universoty of Mississippi Medical Center for 2-3 days for observation. Jamie Lynn is there with him.  Thankfully there were no fatalities in the crash though one passenger suffered a broken collarbone, one is getting X-rays on his hip and the third just suffered some bruising. Unfortunately for Casey, when he IS finally released he is going to have the law to face. As of right now, cops have charged him with with careless operation of a motor vehicle.  Who knew crabbing could be so dangerous?!

 

We told you last week that John Mayer had moved on from Jennifer and has been spending time with a new woman – cocktail waitress and actress Scheana Marie. Sources say the 2 met in 2008 at the Beverly Hills cigar club Grand Havana Room, where she currently works as a bartender and cocktail waitress. A source says that they've spent time together over the past few months and they're enjoying getting to know each other.

"John Mayer is on the market and still on the prowl!"

Jennfier Aniston and John Mayer were off and on quite a bit-but it’s looking like there will be no more ON anytime soon. That’s because John is already dating someone new! He’s certainly moved on pretty quickly! John is reportedly hooking up with Scheana Marie Jancan-a 24-year old model and aspiring actress.  Her biggest claim to fame so far? Finishing as the runner up in the Hawaiian Tropic Pageant.  The two met earlier this month at some Beverly Hills party where Scheana was a waitress-the job of every aspiring actress…

 “Scheana was shocked and thrilled when John asked her out. She has always thought he was hot, and she said yes right away, writing down her cell phone number on a napkin. They flirted the whole time, and he told her she was cute.”

Sources say she's been hanging out at his place often. She pretty excited about it and says that “there is always food and beer around, it’s like spring break!”

Now we all know Octomom is completely crazy but now she’s a liar on top of it! Nadya loves the media attention and was blabbing about doing one night of topless dancing at a gentleman’s club.  It turns out that she was a stripper for at least a year! The best part? Her stage name was none other than Angelina. Though she has always denied it, many people suggest that she has a creepy obsession with Angelina Jolie. “Sage”, another stripper confirmed that Octo-mom performed at several contests and bachelor parties with her.  Even the limo driver who escorted the two around came out saying that Nadya was always full of herself and said she wanted to be really famous.

"Battle of the Tweets!"

Jamie Foxx is has made someone else fuming mad and it’s not Miley Cyrus! He’s been sued by a guy who got severely injured on a Vodka display and claims his dream to become a brain surgeon has frozen over for good. It all goes back to a party that Foxx hosted in 2007 at Social in Hollywood. William Presler says he was hired to work the bar that was made completely of ice. In a lawsuit, filed yesterday, Presler claims drunk guests dropped their drinks around the bar and glass shattered everywhere. He claims he tried cleaning it up but was told to leave it be. Presler says the manager preferred kicking the glass along the side of the ice bar. Towards the end of the night Presler says he slipped, fell and landed on the shattered glass, severely injuring himself. He needed 170 stitches to repair the damage to the severed nerves in his left hand. Presler says he obtained a neuroscience degree and was forced to abandoned his dream of becoming a brain surgeon due to all the damage. Still don’t quite understand how this is all Jamie Foxx’s fault

"Lindsay's giving a Peepshow in Vegas"

Kim Kardashian had a little surprise when she opened the latest issue of Us Weekly and saw a big picture of herself as part of Forever 21’s new plus size line. Kim wasn’t aware that she was deemed the poster girl for the store-and a big girl at that! When mentioning the new line, Us Weekly claimed that Kim was a fan of the plus-sized clothes! Kim took to her official blog over the issue:

"I am a huge fan of Forever 21 and I'm very happy they have expanded their line to include a plus-size range, but I am not in that size category and this article makes it sound like I am! I am a curvy girl and I love my curves, but curvy and plus-sized are two very different things. I work really hard to maintain my curves while staying slim and healthy, so to be classed as a "fuller-figured woman" of extra large proportions is a little offensive. For the record, I am a size 2, not 2XL."

 

Not everyone likes Beyonce and she learned that one of her idols is in that group of haters! Apparently she was in tears when she heard that legendary singer Etta James was bashing her during a concert.  Beyonce claims they were tears of joy because she knew Etta was making a joke but that just sounds like damage control. Etta James told the crowd Obama has "big ears", adding, "He ain't my president.

"Happy Birthday Kate!"

Kate Hudson is no longer a twenty-something and she held a star-studded bash for the big 3-0 on Friday night in Pacific Palisades, California. Who was clearly not in attendance? Her supposedly very on-again boyfriend Owen Wilson. She seemed to have plenty of good company between Demi, Ashton, Gwyneth Paltrow, Chris Martin, Gwen Stefani and even Cher! Guests say that Hudson was elated and danced all night long-even giving a touching speech about the importance of her family.  Who was the center of attention other than the party girl? Mr. Sexyback. JT-minus girlfriend Jessica Biel-  was dancing, drinking tequila, and he had everyone doing the 'electric slide' on the dance floor.

 

Madonna was rushed to the hospital on Saturday after suffering a horse riding accident in Long Island. Thankfully she was treated only for scrapes and bruises and was released the same day. Her publicist is blaming the paparazzi saying that paparazzi startled the horse when he jumped from the bushes to photograph her. Well now the man behind the camera is stepping forward saying that Madonna and her reps are completely lying about what happened.  He claims that he took some pictures of her riding, left, and 30 minutes later got a tip about an ambulance being sent for a 50-year woman who had fallen off a horse nearby.

"CNN got Punk'd by Ashton...in a Twitter kinda way."

We mentioned yesterday that Twitteriffic star Ashton Kutcher challenged news network CNN to a popularity contest on Twitter. Well he came from behind to claim the landmark victory early this morning. CNN conceded defeat on already today validating Ashton’s claim that individuals could potentially have an equal voice to major networks. Kutcher's aplusk username went over the million mark early on Friday morning UK time. Kutcher posted a short tweet to his million-plus followers declaring: "You guys are amazing”. He promised to donate 10,000 mosquito nets to charity in time for World Malaria Day if he won the race. CNN said it would match the offer. While talking about the challenge, Ashton said, "I found it astonishing that one person can actually have as big of a voice online as what an entire media company can on Twitter," said Kutcher. Well congratulations to Ashton. In the last 2 years he has successfully made a video venting about neighborhood construction and annoy people with meaningless life updates of 140 words or less.

 

Hills fan listen up! We know Lauren’s departure is set and Whitney has already left for her own show.  Now, it’s Audrina Patridge that’s going to be out on her own. Mark Burnett-whom she has labeled as “the Spielberg of reality” is setting Audrina up with her own spinoff.

"If he's not climbing the charts, he's climbing mountains!"

High School Musical Star Vanessa Hudgens seems to pretty quirky. In a recent interview she discussed her aspirations to be in an action film. She says that she wants to so something where she can kick someone’s butt and shock everybody.  The best part is why she thinks she’d be a good action star. She claims that she has really strong legs saying, “I’ve got big calves that look good. When I wear heels it looks like I’ve worked out my legs a lot which is why I love them.” Then she randomly says, “I also have a big, big big toe. I call it my goat toe. I can climb anything." Didn’t she shock us all when those photos hit the net?

 

The recession doesn’t seem to be affecting MADONNA-no surprise. The material girl has just shelled out $40 million on a new home in New York's posh Upper East Side.  She has signed on to buy a four-story townhouse for $5 million less than the original asking price.  The mansion features 13 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, a two-car garage, a 3,000-square-foot garden, nine fireplaces, an elevator and a wine cellar with a grotto. Unfortunately for her the house is not quite ready to move into. She has to have extensive renovation completed in terms of security. Previously London-based, Madonna is rumored to be returning to NYC full time since she divorced Guy Ritchie.

"He puts the POT in Harry Potter!"

Pot is on the brain of a Harry Potter star. Jamie Waylett who played the bully Vincent in the movies was apprehended by drug squad officers after a tip off. Cops found a cannabis farm worth more than $2,900 in his bedroom. Police first stopped him in an Audi car and discovered eight bags of pot inside the vehicle. Cops then raided the home the actor shares with his mom Theresa, two brothers and a sister — and seized ten mature cannabis plants valued at about $2,900.The plants were growing under powerful hydroponic lights beside the actor’s DJ decks and a PlayStation.

 

For those of you that watch the Real Housewives of New York City you have probably seen that Countess LuAnn de Lesseps has announced the split from her husband, the count. Well the way she got the news wasn’t too nice and now she’s opening up about it. She had been separated for about 3 months from the Count and says she received an email saying that he had met someone and they were serious! After reading the email, she says she was devastated and after 16 years of marriage, she had really been hoping things were going to work out. She intended for the news to remain private, but the good old New York Post revealed to the world that her husband was openly involved with an Ethiopian woman in Geneva. The split is making her new book rather hard to promote. Especially the chapter entitled “How to Get a Man to Stay in Love”.

"LiLo turns to her tabloid friends for comfort"

Rihanna's father, Ronald Fenty is speaking out about Chris Brown’s ‘not guilty’ plea yesterday.  He is quoted saying he thinks that Chris Brown is in denial about what he did to Rihanna and if he’s NOT guilty then who could have possibly done it?  He spoke to reporters on Monday and said, "I think he's a talented guy, but everybody should have to pay… I don't want to see him locked up for a long time - I just want him to acknowledge and get some help, if you do the crime, you should pay the time.”

 

Meanwhile, Rihanna may not be staying as close to Chris as previously thought.  A friend of hers has said that she’s trying to put Chris on the back burner. They still have joint business assets so they are keeping in touch indirectly.  Chris on the other hand is a mess.  The friend goes on to say that he’s lost about 15 pounds, is seriously depressed and has been drinking heavily.  He should probably be trying to bulk up a bit and ready himself for his new jail buddies!

"Jail time for Chris Brown...?"

Farrah Fawcett has been hospitalized and is in bad shape. She has been battling cancer for three years and recently returned from Germany, where she had experimental stem-cell treatment. Sources say that she is critical but has been stable in a Los Angeles-area hospital for a few days. Though she has been unconscious, Long-time love Ryan O’Neal has been by her bedside. Also showing support, was troubled son Redmond, who bolted from rehab earlier this week. Unfortunately, while dropping friends off at a detention center for visitation hours yesterday, he was arrested. After letting his friends out, an officer stopped his car to perform a routine security check in the jail parking lot. Authorities say when the cop came over to the car, Redmond informed the officer that he was in possession of narcotics. Redmond was immediately searched and then arrested for possession of a controlled substance and bringing narcotics into a secured jail facility.

"Shawn Johnson has one....so does Jamie Foxx!"

A friends of Bridget Moynahan's has hit out at Gisele following her comments to the May issue of Vanity Fair about the son Bridget shares with Tom. If you missed what Gisele said, she discusses what a shock the announcement of John was to her and Tom since they had only been together for two months.  She then went on to say some questionable things such as, “He's my little angel -- the sweetest, most cuddly, loving baby. I feel blessed to have him in my life. I understand that he has a mom, and I respect that. But to me, it's not like because somebody else delivered him, that's not my child -- I feel it is, 100 percent." Well one of Bridget’s best friends has some words for the supermodel saying, "If Gisele loved Bridget's child like he was '100 percent her own,' then she would not talk about him in the press. Discretion and respect are not either of Gisele or Tom's virtues, as was evidenced even when the child was still unborn and they publicly flaunted their relationship without any discretion whatsoever.

Bridget’s friend's final slam was, "Hey Gisele -- real mothers don't call their kids 'it.' "

"From one dancer to the next..."

Weeks after splitting with Jennifer Aniston, John Mayer has a new tune, titled "Heartbreak Warfare” and it seems to be about Jennifer.  He took 3,000 fans on his cruise ship cleverly coined the Mayercraft Carrier 2 and debuted the song for them.  Before performing the song he said that it's miserable being around someone who's negative. He then began singing the song, which includes such lyrics as: "If you want more love, why don't you say so?" John also confessed to making out with celeb blogger Perez Hilton, who has bashed Aniston numerous times on his website.  He also ranted about how Aniston is obsessive-compulsive about her looks and she isn’t upset at all about the split.  All these details are in the new issue of US weekly!

 

Did Britney learn anything from K-FED? Apparently not, because it seems she has fallen for another one of her backup dancers! Tour sources say Britney loves southern boys with charm and that is exactly what 21- year old Chase Benz is all about.

"Russell Brand is in the mood for giving"

Oprah’s Leadership Academy for Girls in South Africa is facing ANOTHER scandal. Two years ago a dorm matron was charged with assault and soliciting a minor at the school and everyone was hoping that was a one time incident. Now a similar scandal is affecting the boarding school. Oprah’s publicist is confirming that two students have been suspended for interfering with the school’s code of conduct.  It gets more interesting because a local South African newspaper called Afrikaans on Sunday is reporting that seven students were suspended for sexually harassing their schoolmates.  A couple of them were caught fondling each other and pressuring others to engage in lesbian acts and then lying about it to authorities. A parent of the one of the girls received a letter from the school that read, “You have been found guilty of physical contact of a sexual nature with another pupil on campus, harassment, bullying other girls on campus, and of being dishonest by not telling investigators the whole truth.”

Oprah released a statement yesterday saying : "I'm disappointed that several of our students chose to disregard the school's rules. We insist on maintaining a campus environment that commands mutual respect, fosters academic excellence and encourages learners to fulfill their best potential. Indiscretions resulting in disciplinary action are common in schools all over the world. Unfortunately, because of my name these common infractions place the Academy in the media spotlight."

""Don't question my MANHOOD!""

Does Oprah really make everything better? Well RIHANNA has reportedly demanded her ex-boyfriend CHRIS BROWN publicly apologizes for attacking her in February on an upcoming OPRAH show. Sources tell Look Magazine that Oprah Winfrey has been secretly talking with the singer after she begged her not to reconcile with Brown. But Rihanna is standing by her man and wants him to sit beside her on Oprah's sofa and apologize to her and everyone else. The publication says that Rihanna has been talking to Oprah Winfrey on a regular basis since late February, when Oprah begged her not to take Chris back. Though Rihanna’s been having second thoughts about a reconciliation, she believes that agreeing to go on Oprah’s show and tell the world how sorry he is will help make up her mind. Oprah’s aides are denying the story at the moment but it could be an interesting appearance. 

This isn’t the only way she’s showing support for Chris either, apparently she’s not cooperating with prosecutors in the case.  Her lawyer is saying that she is a cooperating victim, however sources say she is angry that pictures of her bruises were leaked to the press.

"What's next for Dr. Izzie?"

It looks like Madonna is on the verge of adopting another baby! She arrived in the African Nation of Malawi yesterday but there’s already controversy. She is scheduled to appear before a high court judge this morning to process her second adoption. When a bystander asked, "Are you adopting another kid from Malawi?" she replied, "I don't know." However, courts records show she plans to adopt 3-year-old Mercy James, whose single teenage mother died at age 18. Madonna is taking a cue from Oprah and has purchased a large tract of land with plans of constructing a girl’s school similar to the Leadership Academy for Girls.  Though this sounds like a charitable act, many of the town’s residents are fearful of losing their ancestral grounds and crops.  A mother of four told a reporter that they have been told to leave their gardens after this year’s harvest and have been ordered to pull their houses down. But no one has mentioned anything to them about compensation. A senior government official said issues of compensation for the land are being handled by Raising Malawi, the charity established by Madonna. When a journalist asked Madonna whether she was worried about the land concerns, she shouted back, "No!"

"Rihanna gets inked...again!"

Maybe Britney really is off her medication.  First it’s yelling Merry Christmas at the fans during her concert and now it’s even worse. According to reports, Britney Spears is not over her ex yet, and it’s not Kevin Federline! She's apparently not over Adnan Ghalib.  In fact, she has been sending secret text messages to Adnan asking for his help. Adnan can't respond back directly to Britney due to that little restraining order prohibiting him from doing so for the next three years. A source reveals that Britney "keeps sneaking messages to Adnan begging him to help her win back her freedom. She says she is lonely and misses being able to date the men she chooses. She feels trapped. She has been begging him to meet her and help her come up with a plan to get out of her dad’s conservatorship. Some messages have got back to her via her hairdressers and style team - but Adnan cannot contact her otherwise he will face jail.”

 

Shawn Johnson’s alleged stalker has been in police custody since Monday afternoon when guns and various kidnapping materials were found in his car.  The LAPD had plenty of evidence to charge him with one felony count of stalking and two misdemeanor counts of carrying a loaded firearm in a vehicle.  Robert O’Ryan pled not guilty to the charges and a court date is set for April 27th. He has also been ordered to have no contact -- writing or electronic -- with Shawn.

"He's so hott...but he could use a shower!"

Maybe Robert Pattinson isn’t as dreamy as you think.  The talk on the set of the new Twilight movie is how terrible the star smells. On-set sources say he may look good BUT he never showers and it drives people crazy! A crewmember backed up this statement saying that he “completely reeks”.  I guess this shouldn’t come as any surprise considering his own stance on the hygiene issue.  He says, “I have so much residue crap in my hair from years and years and years of not washing it and not having any sense of personal hygiene whatsoever,” he said. “Even today, I go into these things where I’m supposed to be this sexy guy or whatever, and I’m literally asking the studio rep ‘if I get plumes of dandruff on me, can you just brush it off?’”

 


Kobe Bryan’s wife must still be mad about the cheating scandal from years ago and she’s taking it out on the maid! Kobe Bryant and his wife Vanessa are being sued by their former housekeeper, who claims Vanessa was incredibly abusive.

"Nicollette is Desperate for departing gifts!"


It may have actually been Jennifer Aniston that ended things with John Mayer due to an addiction-a twitter addiction.  There have been reports that John stopped calling Jennifer and when she would finally catch up with him, he used the “I’m so busy with work” excuse.  Well come to find out, he was just busy updating his twitter every hour and sometimes every few minutes!  Jen is sitting there thinking that he doesn’t have time to call or email me, but he has time to update his status?! Jen was of course fuming and when she called him to end things he reportedly just said OK and that he is sorry it didn’t work out.  Shortly after Jen broke it off, John of course updated his Twitter saying, “This heart didn’t come with instructions” 

 

It seems a desperate housewife is getting seriously desperate. Nicollette Sheridan was none too pleased about not receiving a farewell party from Desperate Housewives, so she decided to take a few parting gifts for herself from her trailer. A source says that Nicolette removed everything but the kitchen sink including a "flat-screen TV, mattress, silk sheets, pillows, dishes, pots - she even took the crystal chandeliers and the light fixtures off the wall." It sounds like more of an apartment than a trailer! Each Housewife received $30,000 to decorate her trailer as she pleased. And Nicolette wanted back every penny of that! Her rep said all the stuff was hers and an ABC spokesperson denied the rumors, but the insider added that the producers are furious. They will demand she return the items - or they're going to charge her for everything!

"The things celebs do for publicity these days..."

Yesterday we told you all about Leann Rhimes scandalous love affair with her co-star Eddie Cibrian-could it all be a publicity stunt? Well surprise, surprise, the duos’ Lifetime TV movie, Northern Lights, became the network's most watched movie so far this year! 4.5 million viewers tuned in to the premiere to see the on-screen affair of the real-life cheaters.  Was it also coincidence that Leann was spotted kissing not Eddie but her reportedly gay husband yesterday in LA?! 

 

Wedding bells must be in the air for celebrities these days.  Last night on his talk show, David Letterman told his audience that he married longtime girlfriend Regina Lasko before a justice of the peace March 19 in Choteau, Montana. Their 5-year-old son Harry was present at the ceremony. Letterman said he actually never thought he’d ever get married saying, “I had avoided getting married pretty good for, like, 23 years," "and I ... secretly felt that men who were married admired me, like I was the last of the real gunslingers." Even when he finally decided to go through with it, fate didn't seem to be with him. On the way to the courthouse, their truck got stuck in the mud. No worries though, they made it and he is officially a married man!

"Wedding Bells won't stop ringing!"

Lots of Hollywood couples decided to tie the knot over the weekend! British pop star and former guest on our show, Natasha Bedingfield married US businessman Matthew Robinson in a Vineyard in Malibu.  Then, Bruce Willis married his model girlfriend EMMA HEMING on Parrot Car in the Turks and Caicos Islands where Bruce owns a home.  In attendance were Demi and her hubby Ashton Kutcher as well as Madonna! And it seems that Harrison Ford and Calista Flockhart are finally going to walk down the aisle.  He proposed to her on vacation last month and rumor has it, they will be marrying sooner rather than later.  Not sure what the rush is with these 2, they have been dating for 7 ½ years.

"Lily Allen goes Chris Brown on a paparazzi!"

Just days ago we were gossiping about the 18-carat ring John Mayer was reportedly having designed for his girl Jenfier Aniston. Jennifer Aniston has been in Europe to promote Marley & Me and John Mayer stayed in L.A. to work on his music. And just days after Aniston returned, they were a couple no more, sources confirm to PEOPLE. And People is usually pretty legit!  A friend told the magazine that they had some disagreements and decided to not continue to see eachother, but Jen is moving on with her life and seems happy.  Yet another source says John did the breaking up after she returned home from Europe.In the last few weeks, Jen has been seen spending time with her close pal Courteney Cox Arquette and her yoga instructor-friend, while Mayer has been busy getting his new house ready and working in the studio.

 

More than two years since the fatal overdose of Anna Nicole Smith, the first criminal charges have been filed in the death of the former Playmate! And no surprise, her longtime lawyer/companion, Howard K. Stern, is one of three being charged.  He always seemed up to no good.  Though he’s always denied any kind of wrongdoing in the past, he was charged yesterday with conspiring to furnish drugs to Anna Nicole before her death.

So what if there’s a bad economy these days?! That is certainly not stopping Madonna from throwing down 38 million dollars on new digs! The material girl is apparently too good for her current Central Park West building, referring to the unit as “beneath her”. Ironically, best guy friend and rumored former lover Alex Rodriguez lives a short 2 blocks away!

The always classy Kardashian sisters!  All three stopped by to see Ryan Seacrest’s morning show and his co-host Ellen asked them about the rumored offer for the spread. Kim has already graced the cover of the men’s mag and Khloe, having recently shed 20 pounds off her figure, said she would love it.  Nudity isn’t anything new to Khloe, she took it all off for a recent PETA add campaign! The eldest sister Kourtney added, “We could be the new Girls Next Door, the brunette version”! What high aspirations they have!

"John Mayer is ready to make it official!"

On and off for over a year now, John Mayer and Jennifer Aniston may be ready to tie the knot! Supposedly, John has commissioned jeweler to the stars, Lorraine Schwartz to create a vintage-style ring for Jen.  And this isn’t vintage in an old, budget-friendly way.  He’s ready to throw down serious change on this 18-carat commitment symbol. 4 million dollars to be exact.  John’s only hesitations lie in Jennifer’s poor relationship track record, but he’s confident that a ring like this will do the trick! A friend close to the couple says that John is simply waiting on the most romantic setting to propose!

"Lil' Kim has a sixth sense??"

A new dancing with the stars castmember might be a little crazy. Lil' Kim is claiming that she sees dead people, in particular the Notorious B.I.G. Kim says, "I’m a very spiritual person and he’s come to me many of times in my dreams… at the end of the day, he knows who’s who and what’s what. Believe that. And let me tell you something, the way he’s feeling is going to come out. Like, trust me. Everything is going to come out later. Hayden Panattiere is a little egdy these days. The Heroes star snapped at photographers on the red carpet of a charity event when she first got there telling them to back up.  Then after posing for a few pictures a female tv reporter touched Hayden shoulder and asked if they could interview her.  Out of nowhere the actress jerked her head around and screamed “don’t you ever touch me!”  Then she told various media outlets, “You all make my life miserable”, and refused to answer any questions.

It’s splitsville again for two comedians.  Despite reconciling just months ago after their first break-up, late night host Jimmy Kimmel and his funny lady Sarah Silverman have decided to part ways again.  No reason was revealed for their second breakup and they had dated for five years before they called it quits last July. Maybe she really is hooking with Matt Damon? Or hopefully a good song will come of this…

 

Melissa’s heart may be broken but let’s hope her feet work! The Bachelor contestant had just been picked to replace an injured Nancy O’Dell on this season’s Dancing With the Stars! The Dallas native only has only had days to rehearse before the season premiere tonight! She was a former Dallas Cowboys cheerleader so hopefully that will give her an advantage!!

"Jerry, George, Elaine and Kramer reunite with Enthusiasm!"

Chris Brown arrived at court yesterday facing two felony charges but we won’t have an answer just yet. He didn’t enter a plea and his arraignment was delayed like we expected until April 6.  The court commissioner did issue a protective order against him saying, “Mr. Brown, you are not to annoy, harass, threaten or use force or violence against anyone.” Chris stood next to his attorney and answered only, "Yes" and "Yes, ma'am," to the procedural questions. Rihanna did not attend the session which only lasted for 5 minutes.  It seems that she’s not going to be cooperative with the prosecution which is surprising considering the worsening information that is coming out. When LAPD cops interviewed Rihanna after the attack and she told them Brown had been violent toward her in the past and that the attacks were getting "more violent" as time went on.  Detective notes from the night of the incident reveal that Rihanna called her assistant and left a message saying, "I am on my way home. Make sure the cops are there when I get there." Which prompted Brown to reply: "You just did the stupidest thing ever. Now I'm really going to kill you." The report also says that Brown bit Rihanna and put her in a headlock, and that she almost lost consciousness.

"I guess getting back with your EX is the cool thing to do these days..."

 It’s looking like MEGAN FOX is back on with ex-finance Brian Austin Green after only a week apart. She ended their engagement barely a week ago after 5 years together but they’ve already been photographed together out and about in LA. AND now she has signed up to co-produce a new movie with him. The movie called Fathom is based on a series of graphic novels about a girl named Aspen with water-based powers who is adopted by a military man after being found on an abandoned ship. Who will be starring in the movie? You guessed it, Megan will.

 

Fresh from a breakup with her co-star, Heroes star Hayden Panattiere has been spotted out with ex Stephen Colletti. Though the two dated for a year back in 2007- Hayden ended things because she needed to breathe.  Also Stephen didn’t sit around waiting for her these last couple of years.  He’s gotten around Hollywood dating other notable blonds including Kristin Cavalleri and Lauren Conrad. Well it seems the past is the past for Hayden, as a witness says the pair were very affectionate toward each other during dinner with kisses on the cheek and holding hands.

"Britney lip synchs...but she's good at it! "

Here's how it all went down: The Pussycat Dolls went on at 8:00 P.M. sharp and put on an energetic 40-minute set of hits. There was a pre-show featuring clowns, martial arts and acrobatics, and Britney went on at approximately 9:20 P.M, playing for about an hour and forty minutes. Perez said that, the show is a non-stop, exhilarating assault on the eyes, a visual extravaganza. She kicks of the show with her latest single Circus.The show being in the round was received well and apparently there is not a bad seat to be had! She danced like her old self. And, one of the best parts of the evening was that Spears seemed to be clear-headed. It being the very first show of the tour, you could tell she was wasn't 100% tight with the choreography yet, but she was more than just going through the motions. She was feeling it and into it! The biggest complaint was the lipsynching-but then again this is normal for Britney. She wasn’t very talkative either, her only words came at the end of the show after the Womanizer encore and he said, “"Thank you New Orleans, I love u guys. Did y'all have a good time? Thank you so much! I can’t wait to see it!!!

 

Maybe we should ask Madonna what it’s like?! Guy Richie created serious buzz when he let people know that he refers to his ex-wife as IT.  If you don’t know, IT is the scariest ugliest clown you’ve ever seen created by horror genius Stephen King.

"The Circus has finally come to town!!"

The always relevant and picture of sanity, Kanye West voiced his opinions about the Chris Brown and Rihanna's issues. If you remember, Kanye originally said that Rihanna was like his baby sis and he would do whatever it takes to help her out.  Well now it seems the autotune professional has changed his tune. On Saturday while recording Storyteller for VH1 West was vocal about how we should treat the situation.  He told the audience, "Can't we just give Chris a break? I know I make mistakes in my life".  Producers subsequently cut this out of the show. Kanye loves telling stories about himself so what could be more perfect that an excuse to do it all night long? He also went into a rant about Dr. Jan Adams, the plastic surgeon who performed Donda West's fatal surgery.  Kanye says, “Now that my mom has passed would she really want me to put myself in a situation where I go to jail for killin' him? Comforting huh? But what news story would be complete without Kanye's 2-cents?

"Three weeks, and already reunited!"

It’s only been 3 weeks and Rihanna and Chris Brown are ALREADY back together! The couple are currently spending time together at one of Diddy’s homes on Miami Beach's Star Island. A source says, "While Chris is reflective and saddened about what happened, he is really happy to be with the woman he loves." The latest issue of PEOPLE is reporting that Brown called Rihanna on her 21st birthday one week ago and they've mutually reached out to each other. The case still has to be turned over to the LA County DA’s office next week and they will determine whether to file criminal charges against him. People are saying it’s less likely the D.A. will file because of Rihanna's change of heart. If Rihanna testifies she never believed he meant it then case looks a little weak.


 

 

Even with promised "surprise personal appearances" by the JoBros at random screenings, their 3-D film "experience" tanked big time this weekend!!! The movie brought in nowhere near the projected $30-$40 million. In the end, it only earning Disney an estimated $12.

"K-Fed is making his own dancin pants now!"

The woman in the car with Morgan Freeman when it flipped over last summer in Mississippi is suing the actor for the incident. Yesterday, Demaris Meyer, came forward to both announce a federal lawsuit against the Oscar-winning actor seeking money to pay for injuries and to clarify her relationship with him. The media has referred to her as his mistress though she is denying it. Meyer says she went to dinner that night last July with Freeman, and others and afterward, she accepted Freeman's invitation to stay the night at his guesthouse. Freeman was apparently drinking heavily and veered off the road causing Ms. Meyer to suffer a broken wrist, cuts and memory loss which has left her unable to work.  
 
 
Get ready for lots of baggy jeans and wife beaters…for your children! Dad of the Year Kevin Federline is developing a clothing line for the kiddies! Recently K-Fed went to Vegas to check out the Project trade show. He was quoted saying, "It’s a really tough business, I’m trying to take it seriously and make a quality product for kids but not have parents pay like $500 or something ridiculous for a pair of jeans". Would anyone really pay for something KFED made?! 
 
 
Sasha and Malia Obama aren’t going to have any less responsibilty while living in the White House. Their mom, Michelle Obama, has asked the White House staff not to do too much, starting with the girls' chores. They're still making their own beds, cleaning their rooms and clearing their dishes. Michelle has said, "People want to make your life easy, and when you have small kids – I've explained this to the staff – they don't need their lives to be easy”.  Good news for the girls is that they have full roaming privileges all around the historic mansion and can pop into the Oval Office whenever they want. She wants it to feel like home to them.  Secret service everywhere and visits from the Jonas Brothers is definitely like home right?  
 
 
Holly Madison and Criss Angel are no more, after nearly four months of dating. The 29-year-old Madison and 41-year-old Angel had been living together at the magician's Las Vegas home since December, but Holly recently moved back in with family. "She was very much in love with him, and they're still very close friends," a source close to the former couple said, adding that the decision to split was mutual. Holly has said it was a conflict of schedules.

The day has finally arrived! Megan Fox is single! The Transformers star and her fiancée Brian Austin Green have quietly ended their engagement to be married, a source confirms to PEOPLE.  The two met in 2004 and were engaged two years later in November 2006. Former 90210 star, Brian told a magazine as recently as November that he and Fox were hopeful for a small wedding or even elopement. A source says that the decision was mutual and they're still friends.

Baby Time again!! It’s only been one year since the birth of daughter Harlow, and now Joel and Nicole are going to be parents again.  Joel posted a message on Good Charlotte’s website over the weekend entitled Better Than Winning an Oscar.  In it he states how happy he is to tell everyone that Harlow is going to be a big sister.  God has truly blessed them and he hopes we are feeling as good as he is right now.Nicole has credited Harlow with giving her life a whole new meaning.  Well now 2 of them should definitely keep her out of the party scene for a while!

"Sasha and Malia use their First Daughter powers to get Jonas Bros...now Miley?"

Miley Cyrus may not be popular with the Asian community, but she is certainly #1 for the First Daughters.  Sasha and Malia Obama have invited Miley to screen her upcoming movie cleverly titled, “Hannah Montana: The Movie”.  The girls made their request of their father last month during the Kids Inagural Concert which Miley headlined. The girls are such big fans of the show, there are even rumors they might guest star.  When asked about the invitation, Miley says that she is “stoked”.

Oscars are just days away and the suspense is building.  The most anticipated award is definitely the Best Supporting Male category.  Since the release of “Batman: The Dark Knight” last summer, people have been discussing the probability of Heath Ledger taking the Oscar. Now, academy tradition calls for a posthumous statuette to go to the spouse, or, if there is no living spouse, to the oldest child. Since Ledger wasn't married, what is little Matilda to do? Since she is only 3, she is legally unable to sign the winner's agreement - a contract required of all nominees that says the recipient will not resell his or her Oscar without first offering it back to the academy for $1. After speaking with Michelle and Ledger's family, the academy has opted to place the statue in a trust for Matilda held by her mother, until the child turns 18.  So many formalities and he hasn’t even won yet!!

"The fish survived the fire!!"

An apartment belonging to "30 Rock" star Tracy Morgan caught fire early yesterday morning ... and the source of the fire was a bunch of fish. Apparently a malfunctioning fish tank lamp burst and caught fire to his apartment which quickly spread. Luckily Tracy was able to get out as were all other tenants in the building. And ALL OF THE FISH SURVIVED! The fire did extensive damage even though the fire department responded three minutes after getting the call.The View's Sherri Shepard lives in the same building and though there’s serious water damage in her apartment, she was able to make light of the matter. She said, “I've got all my hair – all my wigs. I'm glad nobody got hurt. And if any clothes of mine got messed up, I'm sure Tracy will pay for them." Let’s hope 30 Rock pays him well!

 

Lily Allen not so nice to other celebrities? Well this isn’t the first time. A bystander at the Z100 morning show live from the Bahamas last Wednesday, heard some interesting info about the singer.

It may not be possible to get a bigger ego than Kanye West. The self proclaimed greatest rapper alive has once again outdone himself.  In the latest issue of Details magazine, he gets real about how he truly feels about himself and the music world. Ready for this? First he tells the reporter what to quote saying, "Put this in the magazine: There's nothing more to be said about music. I'm the f--king end-all, be-all of music.” Then in reference to great rappers he says, "Oh my God, I'm one of the greatest rappers in the world. I'll get on a track and completely annihilate that track, I'll eat it and rip it in half. I wouldn't have to think of it.” He then crosses into crazy territory saying ,"I have, like, nuclear power, like a superhero, like Cyclops when he puts his glasses on." I want nuclear power…

Over the weekend she married French businessman Francois-Henri Pinault. The two were married on Saturday – St. Valentine's Day – in City Hall in central Paris, a. The Mayor Jean-Pierre Lecoq subsequently confirmed the report to the French news agency Agence France-Presse. There had been recent reports that the couple – whose daughter, Valentina Paloma Pinault, was born in Los Angeles in September 2007 – had reunited after they had called off their marital engagement in July 2008. Good move Salma!!!!!

"Skinny ties, hats and beards...oh my!"

Over the weekend Chris Brown released his first statement since he has been accused of beating his girlfriend: it only took him a week…

It singled out JT for his impact on fashion, willingness to take risks and "knack for targeting trends" such as hats, three-piece suits, skinny ties and beards. Since when are beards trendy? What are some of this style icon’s fashion don’ts? When an entire outfit revolves around a hat, and he'd never wear an argyle sweater vest off the golf course. He prefers to keep it simple, clothes-wise. There must have been a mix up, because I definitely should have made the top 10.

Lindsay Lohan looks super skinny in recent photos, but her rep insists she's not heading back to her scary- skinny period. Responding to rumors that Lindsay is "surviving on candy and Red Bull" and "completely stressed out" by her rocky relationship with Samantha Ronson, her rep insists she's fine: "Lindsay is aware that she's lost some weight due to stress, but we recently did a photo shoot and she ate two full meals."

 

Donny Osmond has let slip that he is about to step into his sister Marie's shoes – her dancing shoes. Next season's stars have yet to be announced for Dancing with the Stars, but Donny let the cat out of the bag in a  taping of The Bonnie Hunt Show with Marie.  When asked if he would consider dancing, he said, “Well, I guess I am making an announcement. Who is responsible for inspiring Rihanna and Beyonce?  According to Paula Abdul, it’s her!  Paula says that her long running career and forward thinking music videos have paved the way for the music stars of today, like Rihanna and Beyonce.. She says her videos have stood the test of time and that you can see her influence in their videos.  She says it was her idea to create an animated character and you can see the influence of what she’s done.  HUH??

 

Amy Winehouse’s jailed husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, has vowed to avoid all contact with Amy and may use one of her love letters to back up demands for a share of her fortune during divorce proceedings. The letters say that Amy promises she will write new albums especially for Blake and that the songs on Back to Black are believed to be inspired by their early, rocky relationship. Blake doesn’t want a reconciliation with Amy now, but he will use the letter to argue that he is entitled to half of her estimated $15 million earnings.


  

Kanye West is upset because hackers are damaging his image. Kanye's latest blog entry claims, "Somebody has been hacking into my MySpace, and somebody's actually hacked into my personal G-mail account." Kanye’s mad because there is a rumor circulating that he is interested in starring in an adult film.

"K Fed is a dancer!!"


Kevin Federline is considering a return to his dancing roots after TV execs have asked him to appear on "Dancing With The Stars." Reports say that Kevin is in talks to appear on the dance show next season, which begins in March. Kevin has danced for Michael Jackson, Justin Timberlake and Gwen Stefani, but hasn’t worked as a dancer in years and has recently piled on the pounds.  Speculation is that he'll do the show to try and get his body back.  Plus, his career isn't exactly where he wants it to be so he’ll do pretty much anything that will help him.

 

In typical reality TV fashion, another relationship is ending.  Paris Hilton will be back for another season of "Paris Hilton's My New BFF," because she and her previous BFF, Brittany Flickinger, are calling it quits.  Paris told friends that she only hung with Brittany because she was obligated to and next season they’re going to have a fight that ends the ‘friendship.’  MTV is holding a casting call this week for new contestants.  And good luck to the winner – sources say Paris treats her BFF like an unpaid assistant.

"Paging Dr. Doug Ross"

George Clooney is coming back to E.R.  George played Dr. Doug Ross from 1994 to 1999 before leaving to pursue a movie career.  But with the show is coming to an end after 15 seasons, George has agreed to return for an unspecified number of episodes.  He will reportedly start filming his scenes this week.  Julianna Margulies, who played Nurse Carol Hathaway during the first six seasons, will also be returning for one final episode.  They are the last two of the original cast to make an appearance. It's part of an effort to wrap up all of the original characters' storylines. Eriq LaSalle, Noah Wylie and Anthony Edwards have already returned for episodes as E.R. prepares for its final shows. George and Julianna's episode is expected to air at the end of February.

 


On their first night in the White House, Malia and Sasha Obama discovered one of the many perks of being the first daughters. While their parents were making their rounds at the inaugural balls, the girls hosted some of their new friends from the Sidwell school and had a surprise visit from the Jonas Brothers. The White House staff put together a scavenger hunt to help Malia and Sasha familiarize themselves with the White House and hiding at the end in the East Room were Kevin, Joe, and Nick Jonas! The Jonas Brothers, who came with their parents, were snuck in through the East Portico and played three acoustic songs and posed for photos with the girls and their guests.

"Britney Tells All"

Britney Spears is planning a tell all book about her life and is set to sign a $14 million publishing deal. There have been several unofficial biographies about Britney, but this is the first time she’s agreed to participate in one.  Britney has been keeping diaries throughout her entire career and is expected to include every detail.  If the deal goes ahead she will write three to five books throughout the next decade -- it's one of the most lucrative book deals in showbiz history.

 

Marcia Cross' husband, Tom Mahoney, has been diagnosed with cancer.  They have refused to disclose any more details about his condition other than he is currently under treatment and is responding very well.  Marcia and Ton got married in 2006 and they are parents to 23-month-old twin daughters, Eden and Savannah.


 

Joaquin Phoenix isn't off to a great start with his new career. We told you yesterday how he bombed while at his performance at Lavo in Vegas on Friday.  Well maybe he can blame his performance on the fit he threw before he went on stage. He was waiting for Casey Affleck, who's directing a documentary about Joaquin’s new career, and when the film crew arrived late, Joaquin flipped out.  Joaquin yelled at the crew, "Thanks for being late and [bleep]ing everything up." He then threw a CD on the floor and stormed out. "He came back five minutes later and did the sound check.  Nobody can tell if he is for real or if this is all a big joke.

"Joaquin Phoenix - Rapper"

Joaquin Phoenix announced his retirement from acting and now he’s found a new career – rapping.  Joaquin showed up at Lavo in Las Vegas, sporting a scraggly beard and long hair, rapping while trying to get the crowd to dance. And then after his set, he tripped and fell into the crowd as he attempted to step off the stage.  But despite his performance, Joaquin says he is passionate about pursuing a hip-hop career. He says, "This is me saying this is who I am. This is my story. After all the years of reading scripts and reading lines, this is my chance to do something straight from the heart and put it out there. When I was young I liked punk rock music but then I discovered rap. I love the storytelling aspect of hip-hop. Are there people out there who think I'm a joke? I'm sure there will be. Are there people who think it's going to suck? Probably, but I can't worry about that." The performance was filmed by Joaquin's brother-in-law Casey Affleck for a documentary about Joaquin’s new career in music.

 

Lindsay Lohan has violated the terms of her probation - after failing to register a change of address since moving out of her shared home with Samantha Ronson. Lindsay appeared in Beverly Hills court on Thursday for a progress report regarding her second arrest for DUI and was ordered to pay fines and complete an alcohol education program as part of a three-year probationary sentence. Lindsay moved out of their home earlier this month and was required to change her address and re-enroll for the course using her new address.  But she missed the 2 January deadline by 10 days. Her lawyer has reportedly settled the issue with the presiding judge.

"Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are getting physical"

There are rumors everywhere about trouble in Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony paradise and now Star magazine is reporting details.  Sources close to Marc and Jennifer say that the fights have crossed the line from a war of words and have become physical.  The source says, “They love hard; they fight hard — and sometimes that has led to pushing and shoving. They throw things and scream and just go nuts”   And while Jennifer is known to let loose on him, another source says Marc "can be really mean. He's a macho guy with a horrible temper and can say awful things." What’s starting the fights?  Everything from various women calling their home to Marc’s comments about Jennifer's "chubby" post-baby body. And it's not all him, another source says Jennifer gets physical with Marc because it’s the only way she can get his attention.

 

It looks like Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis are finally going to make their relationship legal.  Johnny was spotted shopping for an engagement ring last month and the couple is reportedly set to marry in a secret ceremony in April.  They are planning an intimate ceremony in the grounds of their sprawling French estate.  Johnny had previously said the holdup was Vanessa changing her name because he thought the name Vanessa Paradis was perfect.  So we’ll have to wait and see if she becomes Vanessa Paradis-Depp.

"There's a New Housewife in Atlanta"

Big changes are in the works for the second season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. DeShawn Snow is out.  A source at Bravo says DeShawn, the wife of Cleveland Cavalier Eric Snow, was boring and that “the public wasn’t interested in her life.”  So who will be taking her place?  Tameka Foster – on-again, off-again wife of Usher!  Tameka has been approached by the network and is in final talks to make her role official.  All the other housewives (Lisa, Kim, NeNe and Sheree) are all scheduled to return.

 

John Mayer’s long-rumored variety show is finally on the way.  John is working on the pilot and is close to closing the deal with CBS.  John had a comedy special on VH1 in 2004 called “John Mayer Has A TV Show,” but this will be a music/variety/sketch sort of thing. CBS currently does not have an air date for the show but the network is planning to shoot it this season.

 

Jennifer Hudson is using sports’ grandest stage to make her return to the spotlight. An NFL spokesperson confirmed that Jennifer will sing the national anthem at the Super Bowl in Tampa, Fla., on Feb. 1. Jennifer has not made a public appearance since her mother, brother and nephew were killed in October. Jennifer is also scheduled to sing at the Grammys’ MusiCares event in Los Angeles a few days later. She is nominated for four awards at the Feb. 8 Grammy Awards. Bruce Springsteen is scheduled to sing during halftime at the Super Bowl.

"A Britney/Justin reunion - sort of ... "

Britney Spears ran into her ex, Justin Timberlake at Yatai Asian Tapas Bar in West Hollywood Monday night.  Justin was in the middle of a late-night dinner with his girlfriend Jessica Biel when Britney walked through the door with her mom Lynne around 10 p.m. Sources say that Jessica looked gorgeous but Britney was dressed down because she didn’t expect to see anyone.  Apparently the restaurant isn't usually a hot spot.  The place is small, almost the size of a living room and there was no way to avoid seeing each other.  Jessica and Justin looked to be slumping down in their chairs seats trying to avoid Britney and she left about 30 minutes later without speaking.  Shortly after that, Justin and Jessica got in their car and left. Um … awkward!!

  

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck have announced the name of their new baby girl … Seraphina Rose Elizabeth Affleck. Serraphina was born on January 6 in Los Angeles.  No explanation was offered for the name, or if she was named for anyone, but a baby name website says that Seraphina is "derived from the Biblical word 'seraphim,' which is Hebrew and means 'fiery ones.' “In other baby news, Backstreet Boy Howie D and his wife Leigh are expecting their first child in June.

"Online Britney is not really Britney!"

Here’s a newsflash - If you check in on Britney Spears through Twitter feed, Facebook or MySpace page, you might not really be communicating with Britney. You might, however, be communicating with a Harvard graduate.  Britney’s online manager posted a job listing for “Britney Spears 2.0 Media Manager” on a Harvard-only private job board.  Among the job requirements: “you are addicted to social networks such as MySpace and Facebook. … You are a popular culture addict and passionate about the intersection of Silicon Valley and Hollywood.” See what kind of job a $200,000 degree will get you!

 

Forget the Super Bowl party, it's time to plan a wedding. Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady are making wedding plans after getting engaged in Los Angeles over the weekend. Tom proposed to Gisele with a diamond solitaire on Friday. Family and friends were informed over the weekend and now Giseles and her friends are working on preliminary wedding details and an official announcement.  Among the options are a huge fashionista event in the spring or a more intimate and quicker ceremony in Costa Rica, where Gisele has a home. Gisele previously dated Leonardo DiCaprio and Tom Brady was dating Bridget Moynahan when he met Gisele.  Bridget gave brth to Tom’s som, John Edward Thomas in August of 2007.  This will be the first marriage for both.

"A little less love for Kanye"

Kanye West has never had any problem telling people that they should love him, and he still wants that love – just less of it.  Kanye says that he still wants to make music but wants less fans.  He says, “I want the freedom of having less fans. It's like the freedom of having less money. If you have less money, you have less responsibility." And by "less fans" he means having a core devotees of 20,000 who understand him, rather than a massive group of 100,000 followers who like him because he's the popular singer of the moment. Also, if you’ve ever wanted to Kanye naked, you might get your chance.  Kanye says, “I definitely feel like, in the next however many years, if I work out for two months, that I'll pose naked. I break every rule and mentality of hip-hop, of black culture, of American culture."

 

Patrick Swayze has suffered a cancer set-back and has checked himself into hospital after coming down with pneumonia. Just two days after his interview with Barbara Walters aired, Patrick was forced to skip an LA press conference on Friday to talk about his new show, "The Beast."  A&E cable network president Robert DeBitetto released a statement saying, "Anyone who has had chemotherapy will know the toll it takes on the immune system. Illnesses are unavoidable. Patrick is very sorry to be unable to attend and promises to promote the Beast when he is back on his feet.”  Patrick is hoping that the setback is only temporary and that he’ll be back on his feet soon.

"Are Brad and Angelina married? hmmmm ..."

Are Brad Pitt and Angelina already married?  Maybe.  Taraji Henson, Brad's co-star in The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, referred to Brad as Jolie's husband twice during an interview. Taraji referred to Brad as Angelina’s "husband" - not once, but twice. Taraji said that she'd offered her babysitting services to Angelina and had already informed her "husband". She quickly changed Brad's status to "life partner" before once again calling him her "husband". Realizing her mistake, Taraji quickly moved on to another subject.

 

One of the chicks from "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" is raising hell over her multi-million dollar divorce settlement -- claiming she needs more cash to compensate for her lack of intelligence.  Sheree Whitfield -- who was married to former NFL lineman Bob Whitfield -- just filed an appeal with the Georgia Supreme Court. According to a court spokesperson, Sheree's lawyers argued she was wrongly denied alimony -- and needs it because she lacks the education and skill set to make good money on her own. Under the original settlement agreement, she received a $775,000 lump sum, more than $1.1 million in marital property, a portion of Bob's NFL retirement plans and $2,142 a month in child support -- but no alimony. Bob's attorney claims the $113,422-a-year he's required to give her is enough -- and claims Sheree should be fined $2,500 by the court for wasting everyone's time. The case is scheduled to be heard on Monday.

"No more sex in the city for Sarah Jessica Parker"

Rumors that Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick's marriage is on the rocks are not going away and now Star magazine says that Sarah Jessica is preparing to move out of the family home.  Back in August, Star alleged that Matthew was having an affair with a younger woman. Matthew and Sarah Jessica didn’t comment but were immediately seen photographed around town together.  Now the magazine is saying that the two tried to save their marriage for their son, James Wilke, but are now preparing to go their separate ways.  A source says that they are basically living separate lives and although they still love and care about each other, they just aren’t in love with each other anymore. 

 

Though the decision was made in October, Jamie Spears has officially been named Britney’s permanent conservator. At the time of the ruling, everyone said the decision was so that Britney could have more visitation with her sons, but now some are saying it was all about her career. Britney originally planned to pursue custody of the boys when the original conservatorship expired, but upcoming tour plans got in the way. Allegedly the tour couldn’t be insured, given Britney’s past behavior, unless her father was still in charge. And now, not only does Britney’s dad have complete control over her career, he also has control over her life.  Court documents state that Jamie Spears will have full power, even over who visits and befriends Britney, saying that he has "the power to restrict and limit visitors by any means.

"New Payday for Paula?"

Paula Abdul might not be leaving American Idol after all and if she stays you’ll be seeing a lot more of her.  Paula is in negotiations for her own talk show and is also in the middle of salary negotiations for the ninth season of American Idol, and is looking for a $10 million dollar payday.  She reportedly already earns $5 to $7 million and is attempt to negotiate a clause that states she can have other projects, including a talk show.  Producers love Paula because even though she is unpredictable and not afraid to speak her mind, she also leads from the heart and really connects with people.  Studio execs feel those are the kind of personal attributes that would make her perfect for a daytime talk show.

 

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck have ad another baby girl. The baby was born Tuesday in Los Angeles. No other details were immediately available. Jennifer and Ben are also parents to daughter Violet, 3. In the weeks leading up to the birth, Garner, stayed close to home, picking up Violet from preschool and even treating herself to a mani-pedi. Just days before giving birth, Garner was spotted with Violet at the Farmer's Market in Pacific Palisades and grabbing a decaf coffee at Caffe Luxxe in Santa Monica with a girlfriend.

 

  

Kevin Federline has a new girlfriend and according to her landlord, she’s a deadbeat.

"Jessica is officially part of the family"

She's not engaged to Tony Romo (yet), but Jessica Simpson is officially a part of the Dallas Cowboys family. She appears in the 2008 Cowboys Family Cookbook, presented by "the wives of the Dallas Cowboys". On page 127, Jessica and Tony share their favorite family recipes for a "banana breakfast fruit smoothies" and "no-fat broccoli and cherry tomatoes". Jessica and Tony also show a little humor in the book's biographical section, with Jessica listing her occupation as "hairdresser" and Tony listing his as "fence builder."

 

A source close to the Travolta family is saying that the autopsy of 16-year-old son Jett Travolta revealed his death was caused by a "seizure disorder." On Monday, doctors in the Bahamas conducted an autopsy on Jett, though no official results have been disclosed. Because there was no foul play, the body was released immediately to the Travolta family and is expected to be cremated. Jett was pronounced dead by an emergency room doctor at 12:14 pm on Jan. 2.

Rebecca Romijn and Jerry O'Connell have welcomed healthy twin girls, Dolly Rebecca Rose and Charlie Tamara Tulip.  The girls were born Dec. 28 and everyone is doing well. They are the first children for the couple who were married at their Calabasas ranch in 2007.

"Travi and Katy call it quits"

Katy Perry and Travi from Gym Class Heroes are officially over. A source close to Katy says the two have split after a year of dating.  The source says that Katy and Travi have been fighting a lot because they never saw each other and now Katy is getting ready to go on tour.  Travi posted about the breakup on his blog by quoting the lyrics to Main Source’s song “Looking at the Front Door”: "We fight every night, now that's not kosher. I reminisce with bliss of when we was closer. And wake up to be greeted by an argument again, You act like you're 10...My friends always tell me how I'm lucky to possess the best looking girl in the whole U.S....it seems like just two years back when we were bonded and not pierced, but now I keep itchin' to jet," he wrote.

 

If you haven’t heard, John Travolta’s son, Jett died in the Bahamas over the weekend after suffering a seizure and hitting his head in the bathtub.  And now there is additional information on his death.  Although John and his wife are against medication due to their Scientologist beliefs, Jett did take Depakote for his seizures for some time.  Jett had been having seizures on an average of every four days, until he started taking Depakote. But after taking the drug for several years, it lost its effectiveness.  The Travoltas were concerned about possible physical damage and Jett went back to having around one seizure a week. So after consulting neurosurgeons, the Travoltas stopped administering the drug. No one is suggesting withdrawal of the medicine in any way caused the fatal episode.
