"Benji and Britney sitting in a tree"
Rumor has it that Benji Madden is now dating Britney Spears. Benji recently split from Paris Hilton and now InTouch magazine is reporting that he is with Britney. InTouch magazine reported that an insider spy told them that Britney’s manager worked with her dad, Jamie to create a list of potential boyfriends for Britney. In addition to Benji, the list also included Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford, actor Jesse Metcalf, and Olympian Michael Phelps. However, it looks like Benji took the bait first and is now dating Britney and supposedly her manager Larry Rudolph is supposed to make some big PR announcement about it.
Is Jeremy Piven faking an illness to get out of his Broadway show? There is some speculation but his doctor insists that a legitimate illness forced Jeremy to leave the Broadway show “Speed-the-Plow.” Jeremy’s doctor, Carlon Colker, says that Jeremy has extreme mercury toxicity, and with it, fatigue, dizziness, neuro-muscular dysfunction and problems lifting his arms and legs. The doctor blames the illness on Jeremy’s frequent sushi consumption and use of Chinese herbs. Colker said Jeremy has the highest mercury level he has ever seen. But playwright David Mamet might not be sold. He said, “I talked to Jeremy on the phone, and he told me that he discovered that he had a very high level of mercury. So my understanding is that he is leaving show business to pursue a career as a thermometer.

"Are they - or aren't they??"
Did Heidi and Spencer take viewers for a ride when they got married on The Hills? A preview clip of next week's finale shows the Heidi and Spencer making it official in a courthouse. And a court spokesman says MTV was recently granted permission to film at the Beverly Hill courthouse, but it was done after hours, and the judge in the scene is not one of the court's judges. When asked about the legality, Spencer told Ryan Seacrest, "We checked the confidentiality box, so good luck people [in finding out]." Civil ceremonies are sometimes performed at the Beverly Hills courthouse, but not the way it’s shown on The Hills. And when a judge does preside over the ceremony, it's typically in chambers during a break. Also, there is still no record of any marriage license for the couple in L.A. County, though any couple can request their license to remain private.

"Heidi and Spencer love the Liquid Courage"
What is the real reason Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt got married? Tequila! Heidi and Spencer apparently had some liquid motivation for their "elopement." Lauren “Lo” Bosworth says she was surprised to learn that Heidi and Spencer got married after a night of tequila and champagne. Lo says she always thought they would get married but thought it would be a big event in L.A. Lo says she learned about the wedding on the Internet just like everyone else and was surprised to hear about the wedding. Lo says she’s not sure if Heidi was drunk for the actual ceremony but thinks that the “Patron push” helped her make decision. But despite the fact that the two were drinking when they decided to tie the knot, Lo said she believes the marriage will last “forever and ever.”

"Dennis Quaid is getting PAID!!"
Dennis Quaid and his wife Kimberly have reached a settlement of $750,000 against Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for the accidental overdose of their newborn twins last year. Just two weeks after twins Thomas Boone and Zoe Grace were born in November 2007 through a surrogate, they were accidentally given a massive overdose of the blood thinner Heparin. After days battling for their lives, the babies recovered and are now in good health. Cedars-Sinai was also fined $25,000 by the California Department of Public Health and the Quaids filed a lawsuit against the maker of Heparin.

"Big changes for American Idol"
American Idol fans may be in for some changes in the coming season. According to the Idol fan site mjsbigblog.com, an internal FOX memo listed several network plans to update the show. Among the biggest changes: the show will air fewer audition weeks featuring “fewer bad singers and more ‘aspirational’ singers”; instead of a Top 24, the show will feature a Top 36 which will eventually be narrowed down to 12. Some familiar features will also change: The Wild Card round will make its return while the charity-based Idol Gives Back doesn’t look to be returning this season. The eighth season of American Idol will begin in January.

"Is Paula on her way out?"
Paula Abdul has spent the better part of the week telling anyone who will listen that she’s unhappy with Simon Cowell and the producers of American Idol. And it seems a little strange considering the new season starts in a few weeks. But Paula doesn’t seem to care what Simon and the producers think because she is seriously considering leaving “Idol”. A source says that Paula has a reality cheerleading show on MTV and her jewelry line to keep her busy and has no reason to put herself through the stress of American Idol if she doesn’t want to. An “Idol” insider says that the show is preparing for the possibility that Paula may leave as early as the pre-taped auditions. Since there are three other judges, they can edit Paula out if she leaves before the live shows start.

"Pete and Ashlee - no one cares ..."
Some celebrities just aren’t as important as they think they are. Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz are trying to make some extra cash by selling photos of their baby, Bronx Mowgli - but so far, no takers. A celebrity insider says, "Pete and Ashlee have approached every single celebrity magazine with offers to sell their first photos, but nobody wants them.” Apparently, covers of Pete and Ashlee tend not to sell very well. A rep for Ashlee is denying the story.
Taylor Hanson is a dad for the fourth time! Taylor, the middle brother of the band Hanson, and his wife, Natalie, welcomed a son named Viggo Moriah on Tuesday in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Taylor, 25, and Natalie, 24, announced the pregnancy in August and are already parents to Ezra, 6, River, 2, and Penelope, 3. Taylor and his brothers recently released their book, Take the Walk, to bring attention to the poverty and AIDS crisis in Africa.

"No bad influences for Britney"
If Britney Spears is going to be led astray by bad influences, they won’t come from her backup dancers. That’s because her management is insisting the performers be given drug tests. They all had to be drug-tested and, if they didn’t pass, they were fired. An insider says they are only doing it for Britney because she’s under strict watch. It’s not common practice to drug test dancers but each artist is different. And with Britney, everyone is just trying to safeguard against any foreseeable problems.
Rumors surrounding T.R. Knight's departure from Grey's Anatomy have resurfaced after insiders confirmed T.R. has asked show creator Shonda Rimes to be released from his contract. Earlier in the week, a Grey’s spokesperson denied an Internet report alleging T.R. stormed off the show’s set and quit. The rep said he "never walked off set in the middle of filming... and will be shooting this week." But T.R., who has three years left on his contract, is negotiating his release with Rimes and ABC. ABC isn’t commenting but a source says that T.R. is unhappy with his story line and thinks it’s time to move on. He also thinks he can make it in movies like Katherine Heigl.

"She wanted babies ..."
Mariah Carey's wish may finally be coming true. Spies in LA saw Mariah coming out of a well-known ob/gyn's office on North Crescent Boulevard, "clutching what looked like a sonogram and being greeted by her entourage with cheers. She was ebullient." It was the same type of paper that Minnie Driver was holding when she found out she was pregnant at the same doctor's office. Mariah, who wed Nick Cannon this year in a quickie Bahamas ceremony, has been very vocal about wanting a baby. A rep said, "As far as I'm told it's not true."
Leaked photos of Jessica Alba suggest she was airbrushed to look thinner in the 2009 Campari calendar. In the "before" picture -- Jessica has a stunning hourglass figure while posing in a white strapless short suit with a black belt. But in the "after" shot, her curves are gone, her chin looks narrower and her bust has more definition. Jessica hasn’t commented about the airbrushing but she commented on the calendar shoot saying, “I'm usually walking around in comfy clothes, with a baby on my arm, and it's nice to dress things up and feel sophisticated, sexy, and surrounded by so much beauty."
Sean 'Diddy' Combs has vowed to ditch his bling and tone down his fashion, out of respect for those affected by the struggling economy. The considerate multi-millionaire insists he feels for fans left out of pocket by the credit crunch, and will dress down until the recession is over.

After scrapping The Graysons, an origin story of Batman’s sidekick Robin, the CW is looking for a new hit show with Gossip Girl-like buzz and the rumored spin-off could be it.

"Britney's Ex is Back In Jail"
Jason Alexander - who was married to Britney Spears for 55 hours in 2004 - was arrested in L.A. Wednesday on a probation violation. As part of his parole stemming from a 2006 DUI arrest, Jason, was ordered to complete an alcohol education program. According to court papers, a judge sentenced him to 10 days in jail Wednesday after he blew off a second appointment visiting the county morgue. The judge also ordered him to readmit to a six-month alcohol program. He's currently being detained at the Pitchess Detention Center in Castaic, California. He's due back in court Feb. 2, 2009 to discuss the progress of his alcohol education program.
Pussycat Dolls lead singer Nicole Scherzinger caused chaos at a LA club by storming out of a performance after just one song. The groups had only sung "When I Grow Up," when Nicole complained about the poor sound quality at The Viper Room and left the stage. The band's fleeting appearance then apparently triggered fighting between angry concertgoers. An insider said, “It's the one thing that annoys her more than anything. The sound guy then got upset with a coordinator at the venue and a full fist fight later broke out."
Paris may be heartbroken over her break up with Benji Madden, but Nicole Richie isn’t. Sources say that Nicole is “thrilled that she's gone". Nicole never thought Paris was ever really into Benji and thinks he deserves better.

"i didn't really mean "sloppy seconds""
Dallas Stars’ player, Sean Avery is backtracking after his suspension and is trying to make up for the foul comments he made about his ex girlfriend, Elisha Cuthbert. He has now released this apology: "I would like to sincerely apologize for my off-color remarks to the press yesterday from Calgary. I should not have made those comments and I recognize that they were inappropriate. It was a bad attempt to build excitement for the game, but I am now acutely aware of how hurtful my actions were. I caused unnecessary embarrassment to my peers as well as people I have been close with in the past. I apologize for offending the great fans of the NHL, the commissioner, my teammates, my coaching staff and the Dallas Stars management and ownership. As many of you know, I like to mix it up on and off the ice from time to time, but understand that this time I took it too far." Sean was suspended indefinitely by the NHL for saying another hockey player was lapping up his "sloppy seconds".
Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are all smiles now, but Heidi’s mom is predicting tears. She says that Spencer has tried to cut everyone out of Heidi’s life and that it won’t last long. Heidi’s mom says she has been honest with Heidi and it's caused a rift in their relationship. She is more devastated about that than the marriage because she is confident that the marriage won't work out. When asked how long the union could last, Heidi’s mom predicted “the biggest mistake Heidi ever made” would be over in six months. She even went on to express doubt over her daughter’s state of mind when she agreed to wed Pratt. “He's manipulative and seems to have power over Heidi,” Heidi’s mom says. “I would like to see a blood test from Mexico. It wouldn’t surprise me if he had her drugged.

"Jessica Alba's Post Baby Body"
Jessica Alba is showing off her post-baby bod but not in the way that you think she is. Jessica is the new face of Club Campari liquor's 2009 calendar but don’t expect to see Jessica in Maxin style poses. Jessica is seen in sexy but modest bathing suits, evening gowns and short shorts. Jessica did the shoot as a chance to dress up and feel sophisticated which is a change from her usual uniform of comfy clothes and a baby on her arm. Eva Mendes was Club Campari’s 2007 cover girl, while Salma Hayek graced the 2006 edition.
Miley Cyrus is sticking around awhile longer. The Disney Channel has ordered additional episodes for the third season, which has currently aired four episodes. Hannah Montana is the No. 1 basic cable series among kids 6 to 11. Disney has also announced that The Suite Life on Deck, a spin-off of The Suite Life of Zack & Cody starring twins Dylan and Cole Sprouse, will get a second season.
A photographer is looking for a massive payday from Rihanna and Chris Brown, after he says he was beaten and robbed for snapping a photo of the couple in May.

"First her man, then her album"
Poor Paris, first she lost her man – now her album. Paris Hilton is having problems with her second album because she can't find a record label willing to release it. Paris founded Heiress Records, a sub-label of Warner Bros. Records, in 2004 and released her self-titled debut album, Paris, under that label in 2006. The LP reached number six on the U.S. Billboard chart, but sold only 180,000 copies in America so she ended up parting ways with Warner Bros. Paris has finished recording her second album, but currently has no record deal in place to release the follow-up. She says, "I'm figuring it out right now. I'm not sure which label I'm doing it with.
Jennifer Hudson's former brother-in-law has been arrested in connection with the murders of her mother, brother and nephew. William Balfour, who was married to Jennifer's sister, Julia, has maintained he had nothing to do with the slayings in October - even though Illinois police reportedly linked him to the gun which killed Hudson's family members. Monday, Chicago police served Balfour with an arrest warrant in connection with the triple murder. Balfour has been in custody in Stateville Correctional Center on a violation of parole since the killings. He was transferred to police custody on Monday, where he will be held pending approval of charges by the Cook County State's Attorney's Office. Jennifer has been in hiding since the tragedy and has cancelled a string of promotional duties related to her self-titled debut album, which was released just weeks before the tragedy.

"Heidi and Spencer - married ... or not"
First we heard that Heidi and Spencer are married, now we’re hearing that the whole thing may be fake. As it turns out, Heidi and Spencer never quite got around to actually getting the marriage license. It looks like Heidi and Spnecer may have thrown this whole thing together for the cameras. The Hills executive producer says that the couple's married life and honeymoon will play a prominent part on The Hills' upcoming fifth season. MTV is currently filming Heidi and Spencer in Mexico and fans will be able to see exclusive footage from the ceremony in an upcoming episode. Of course Spenver says the whole thing is real and that, “Like other elopements that happen outside the country, we'll take care of the legal details when we get home."
"Britney: For the Record" might have given us a glimpse into Britney’s life, but there might have been an ulterior motive to the documentary. A source close to Britney says that the documentary was also a pre-emptive strike about her dad’s conservatorship. Everyone agrees that Jamie has been good for Britney, but there's always the possibility that his best efforts won't work when it comes to letting her have the career she wants. Britney can't make any decisions. If she fails, she doesn't want it to look like it was her fault.
If you want to be the new James Bond, all you have to do is spend a ton of money on your audition tape.

"Britney Back on Tour?"
We now know why Britney was behind closed doors with the judge last week. Britney Spears and her conservators have formally asked the court commissioner handling her conservatorship to allow her to go on a U.S. tour next year, with the possibility of taking it worldwide. Britney told the judge she wants to tour, feels competent to do so and she wants her conservators to make the necessary deals with backup singers, roadies, venues, ticket brokers and the many others involved. The conservators, including Brit’s dad Jamie, are on board and have already laid out how the deals will be structured. They are even willing to submit all of the contracts for court review. The proposed order is on the judge’s desk and could be signed as early as today. If that happens, they’ll start work on the deals for the tour immediately. The reason this is so complicated is because Britney can't legally make any of the deals herself.
There was an explosion of anger a few days ago on the "Dancing with the Stars" set. Sources say it all went down when the dancers were rehearsing for the group dance. Warren Sapp showed up several hours late for rehearsal and when he finally arrived mid-rehearsal, Warren began complaining he was having a hard time following the routine. Several dancers complained back that it was Warren's own fault for getting there late. At that point, Warren snapped, throwing Derek Hough against the wall. And even though Derek is about a 1/3 of Warren’s size, he didn’t back down. Reportedly, there was a stand-off in the dance room until they both cooled off and went back to rehearsing. Of course everyone is downplaying it and Derek says the whole thing was blown out of proportion.

"Heidi and Spencer are hitched"
The good news is that Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt spared saved us the coverage of a bridal shower, bachelor party and rehearsal dinner. The bad news is they got married. Heidi and Spencer eloped last Thursday at the One & Only Palmilla resort just outside of Cabo San Lucas. The two first became engaged in 2007, when Spencer bought Heidi a ring at the mall (a diamond-encrusted platinum band with a purple stone) and then popped the question after just eight months of dating. According to US magazine, Heidi “couldn’t stop crying” the minute after she said her vows. Spencer’s vows included phrases such as, “You are the light in my life like the sun to the earth … Being with you, I feel complete.” Heidi also neglected to call her dad and tell him the news before the wedding. When contacted, Bill Montag said, “I would be upset if she got married and didn’t invite me!"
Her dad is in control and Britney Spears has had enough. Sources say that Britney has been fighting with her dad, Jamie, quite often and one of the sore subjects is the dreaded Adnan. Britney wants to see him, but Jamie absolutely refuses. She is still in touch with her ex, but they haven't spent any time together even though Britney has been asking to see Adnan for months. She's also been complaining because Jamie won't let her go out, especially when she wants to go clubbing at night. Britney also doesn't understand why Jamie won't let her take the kids out during the day. The bottom line is that she doesn't like her dad as her conservator, but as someone put it, "she likes others even less.

"A-Rod is already over Madonna"
It looks like things may be over between Madonna and A-Rod before they even got a chance to get started. The ink isn’t even dry on Madonna’s divorce decree and already, Alex Rodriguez is distancing from Madonna’s beloved Kabbalah. A source close to the Kabbalah Centre says that A-Rod backed out of attending private classes with spiritual leader Eitan Yardeni, canceling at the last minute. The source says that A-Rod hasn’t even finished Kabbalah 1 (the introduction to the study of Kabbalah) and the majority of the time he’s spent with Yardeni so far was for counseling, not study. Yardeni and Rodriguez were photographed together in New York City, when rumors of his involvement with Madonna first began. Of course, this is bad news for Madonna. She dragged Guy Ritchie into Kabbalah and now she’s trying to do the same thing with A-Rod. But he’s basically a
Kabbalah school dropout.
Julianne Hough is quitting "Dancing with the Stars," so she can concentrate on making music. Julianne shot to fame as a professional dancer on the show, and has used the show to launch her singing career. She just completed her seventh season with the show and was eliminated last week after partnering with Cody Linley. After their elimination, Julianna announced her decision not to return. She says, “I won't be on 'Dancing' this spring season.

"Enrique Iglesias ... Homeless??"
Move over Matt Damon and George Clooney – there’s another sexy man in town. Hugh Jackman has been named People magazine's Sexiest Man Alive for 2008. But you don’t have to worry about his ego getting too inflated. When Hugh told his wife about the award, she replied: 'I could have told them that two years ago, 'Then she said, 'Obviously Brad Pitt wasn't available this year.'" Honorable mentions for the title were Daniel Craig, Johnny Depp, Javier Bardem, Seal, Robert Downey Jr., Will Smith, Christian Bale and David Beckham. "Britney is back but it's bittersweet"
Britney Spears' comeback is bittersweet, because the star feels "no excitement, no passion" for singing after her infamous breakdown. Britney was hospitalized twice this year and lost custody of her sons, Sean Preston, 3, and 2-year-old Jayden James, after a series of public meltdowns, including a headline-grabbing incident when she shaved her head. In the new MTV documentary "Britney: For The Record," Britney says, "I have really good days, and then I have bad days. Even when you go to jail you know there's the time when you're gonna get out.” Britney is being kept under indefinite control by her father Jamie as part of a co-conservatorship agreement with the courts, but Spears is wary that those closest to her are stifling her creativity. She says, "I think it's too in control. If I wasn't under the restraints I'm under, I'd feel so liberated. When I tell them the way I feel, it's like they hear but they're really not listening." The documentary is set to air on November 30th and is said to be an honest explanation from Britney about her breakdown and all that she has experienced in the past year.
If you’ve been watching "The Real Housewives of Atlanta", you know that nothing about Kim Zolciak is "Real". Not her hair, her alleged age (she claims to be 30!) or her singing career! Record producer Dallas Austin is lashing out at Kim on his MySpace page after Kim announced he was helping her with an upcoming album. Austin's newest blog screams, "We are not doing a song, we are not doing an album ... that was only for television!" Austin made several appearances on the show including working with Kim in a record studio and was seen talking to Kim on the phone in last night’s season finale. But after the rant, it looks like the only thing Dallas will put on blast -- is Kim.

"Paris - Stay away from the Nacho!!"
Is it over for Paris Hilton and Benji Madden? While there’s no official breakup buzz from either party, Paris was spotted hanging out with her ex, Greek shipping heir Stavros Niarchos, over the weekend. A source says Paris and Stavros were cuddling and whispering together all night at a Miami nightclub and that Stavros was making Paris laugh. She couldn’t stop smiling when he was around and they were dancing together very closely. In pictures posted on the Internets, Stavros is seen stroking Paris’ hair while he whispers into her ear. According the source, the couple held hands as they entered the club and remained side-by-side even after they left. They looked like they were back to their old ways and you never would have thought she had a boyfriend. She was all about Stavros. They left together and went back to their hotel. Paris and Joel have been dating for the last 8 months.

"Paula - is this the end?"
Is Paula Abdul gearing up to abandon her judge’s chair on “American Idol”? According to OK! Magazine, Paula is planning to “transition” out of her involvement with the show to begin working on several new TV projects. A source says that Paula knows that every season could be her last but now that she has new coals on the fire, she’s really excited. She is currently filming “Paula Abdul’s RAH Cheerleading Bowl,” a cheer squad competition program that will air on New Year’s Day on MTV. Paula has been on American Idol since it started in 2002. This season, the judging panel welcomes a fourth member — Kara DioGuardi. The eighth season of “American Idol” premieres January 13.
It’s bad enough when your husband wants a divroce, but it’s really bad when you find out on the Internet. Debbie Matenopoulos, who started out on The View nad now hosts E’s The Daily 10, says she is hurt – and surprised – by her husband's divorce filing, which she learned about from Internet reports. Jay Faires, a music executive, filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences, in Los Angeles on Wednesday. Faires, who wed Matenopoulos, 33, in July 2003 and separated from her in March 2008, is requesting that the court not award Matenopoulos spousal support.

"It's Taylor vs. Joe"
Taylor Swift went on Ellen and fronted out Joe Jonas for dumping her and now he’s responding … through MySpace. Joe says that he has never cheated on a girlfriend and that sometimes issues lead to a change of heart. Joe also addresses the ’27 second call’ saying, "For those who have expressed concern over the '27 second' phone call, I called to discuss feelings with the other person," he writes. "Those feelings were obviously not well received. I did not end the conversation. Someone else did. Phone calls can only last as long as the person on the other end of the line is willing to talk." He doesn’t go into detail about why he and Taylor broke up and never actually mentions her by name. But he does hope fans don’t get the wrong impression of him.
Despite what you may have heard, Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson are NOT in London to get married. In fact, it looks as of Lindsay may be trying to keep a low profile. When asked about the rumors of a wedding, Lindsay’s rep Leslie Sloane said it “is not true.” But Sloane is yet to respond to repeated requests to clarify what was said by Lindsay about Barack Obama during an Acces Hollywood interview. "Miss Cheetah Girl - that's Bad Looking Out!"
Adrienne Bailon apparently wanted to transform herself into a sex symbol — but things went a little wrong. Sexy pictures started circulating the internet this week after Adrienne’s laptop was stolen from JFK airport and returned for a $1000 ransom — but it turns out, the talk of the pictures was all initially a PR stunt. Adreinne's (now ex) Hollywood publicist/pal Jonathon Jaxson (who only started working with her "as a friend" two weeks ago to help spice up her image) admitted that after the laptop was stolen he and Adrienne decided to "juice up" the story by saying that "nude pictures could have possibly been stolen." Adrienne's tour with Cheetah Girls will be over December 22nd, so she’d be free to pursue other projects and wanted to be seen as more adult and sexy. So after the laptop was stolen, they thought they’d use it as an opportunity to drum up some publicity. Now that there are actually pictures out there, everyone wants to know where they came from. The publicist is saying that the pictures were stolen from Adrienne’s Sidekick and thinks Adrienne and her boyfriend, Robert Kardashian may have leaked them. In the meantime, Adrienne has been crying non-stop and is worried that her career is in jeopardy. She’s currently on tour and has to explain the pictures to her fans.

"Miley Cyrus - i LOVE you!!"
Stephen Baldwin has branded himself with Hannah Montana's initials, and it’s all because Miley Cyrus dared him to. Stephen and Miley met last year at the White House, where Miley dared Stephen to get a tattoo of Hannah Montana's initials. In return, she would let him appear on the “Hannah Montana” TV show since his daughters are huge fans. Then this week, Miley's little sister, Brandi, heard on the radio that Stephen was in Nashville to promote his new book. So Miley, her mom, Brandi and Miley's boyfriend Justin Gaston decided to surprise Stephen at the book signing. When they arrived, Stephen showed off his "HM" tat and asked if he could cameo on her show, at which point Miley agreed.
Jennifer Aniston says that her split from Brad Pitt was amicable and that she feels "warm and respectful" of Brad. But that’s not how she feels about Angelina Jolie. After years of keeping quiet, Jennifer has told Vogue that she wasn’t happy about Angelina revealing details about the early days of her relationship with Brad Pitt. Jennifer says, “There was stuff printed there that was definitely from a time when I was unaware that it was happening. I felt those details were a little inappropriate to discuss. That stuff about how she couldn't wait to get to work every day? That was really uncool.” But Jennifer is doing fine now, she and John Mayer are back together and reportedly going strong.

"A Hospital Visit for Britney's Baby Boy "
Britney Spears' trip home with her sons this weekend took a scary turn when 2-year-old Jayden was rushed to the hospital Sunday afternoon. A statement posted on Britney’s website said: "Jayden James Federline was admitted to the Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center on Sunday, November 9th. Doctors concluded he had a reaction to something he ingested. He is expected to be discharged tomorrow." Early reports said that Jayden had a seizure but that was later changed to an allergic reaction. Just prior to the incident, Britney, Jamie Lynn, Bryan, Lynne and Jamie Spears were enjoying the afternoon at the family's Serenity mansion. It was the boys' first trip out of California with Britney since she lost custody. Britney and her mother, Lynne, spent the night at the hospital with Jayden. A rep for Britney's ex-husband Kevin Federline had no comment.
They've conquered reality TV and filmed music videos together. Now Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt will try their hands at comedy. Heidi and Spencer will guest star on an episode of the CBS sitcom How I Met York Mother that will air in January. Both will film their segments this week. The show’s executive producer Craig Thomas says he can't give away anything specific about the episode but hints that Heidi and Spencer play themselves, and one of them is The Mother. "Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon - True Love Waits"
William Balfour, brother-in-law of Jennifer Hudson and the main suspect in the murders of Jennifer’s mother, brother and nephew allegedly told his girlfriend he was involved in the killings. William Balfour has also reportedly admitted being in the family home the day the family was killed. Balfour was arrested last month, following the murders, and was held by police on a parole violation. He is scheduled to appear before the Illinois State Parole Review Board on today and will walk away a free man if there isn't enough evidence to charge him with a parole violation or murder. But the latest revelations could mean Balfour is charged with the killings. No other suspects have been named in connection with the deaths. Jennifer’s mother Darnell Donerson, and brother, Jason, were found shot dead at their home in Chicago on October 24th. The body of Jennifer’s seven-year-old nephew, Julian King, was found in an abandoned car three days later. "Hilary Duff - censored???"
Here are two things you thought you’d never hear in the same sentence – Hilary Duff and censored. Hilary Duff's new music video, has been censored because it’s been deemed too raunchy for TV. The promo film for Hilary's latest single, "Reach Out," shows her posing in a variety of racy outfits, including bondage gear and a blindfold. But officials have decided footage of Hilary licking a man's finger like a lollipop is too racy and Hilary has been forced to delete the clip from the video and insert less controversial footage into the final version.
This is the last season of ER and it’s returned with higher ratings. So does that mean George Clooney is rethinking his stance that he won’t return to the show. Maybe. George’s rep has shot down numerous rumors that Clooney will return to the television series going so far as to say he hasn’t even been asked to be in any episodes that walk up to the show’s finale. Now he isn’t quite confirming, but he’s getting a little closer, at least in rep speak. “I am aware of the story,” Stan Rosenfield says. “I know nothing about it.” So for now, it’s may be safe to call George’s return a firm maybe.
Comedian Katt Williams has gone missing and n oone seems to know wehre he is. Katt was scheduled to appear on Conan O’Brien’s show Wednesday night but Conan was forced to fill time when Katt didn’t show up for his appearance.

"Britney and Justin back together?"
Who’s going to be on stage with Madonna tonight in L.A.? Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears. According to Ryan Seacrest, Justin and Britney will be performing on stage with Madonna tonight at Dodger stadium. No word on what the performance will be but both Justin and Britney have recorded songs with Madonna. Britney with “Me Against The Music,” and Justin with “4 Minutes”. And don’t forget that Britney performed “Like A Virgin,” with Madonna at the MTV Music Awards where they kissed on stage. It’s unlikely that they will recreate that song since the footage is shown during Madonna’s current Sticky & Sweet tour.
A Los Angeles judge has signed off on the end to Danny Bonaduce's nearly 18-year marriage. Danny will pay $16,000 a month to his ex-wife, Gretchen, for spousal and child support. The couple will retain joint custody of their children, who are 14 and 7 years old. Danny and Gretchen appeared on the reality show, "Breaking Bonaduce," which also chronicled Danny's bout with addiction. Gretchen Bonaduce filed for divorce in April 2007. Danny Bonaduce now hosts a radio talk show in Los Angeles, as well as VH1's "I Know My Kid's a Star." Documents signed by a judge on Thursday indicate Bonaduce isn't giving up on marriage: he's keeping the rights to sell a show called "The Next Mrs. Bonaduce.

"She doesn't have Simon but she has his money!"
Both Simon Cowell and Terri Seymour have both referred to their recent split as amicable, and how could it not be (at least for Seymour) when a $9 million goodbye gift is involved? Simon reportedly gave Terri $5 million cash and another $4.6 to buy a Beverly Hills home just before calling their six year relationship quits. According to sources, Terri called Simon about six weeks ago to break things off for good when she finally realized that Simon did not want to get married and have a family. Of course, Simon is keeping quiet about the settlement with his rep commenting, “this isn’t the kind of thing he usually comments about.”
Beyonce is not a diva and she has no problem flying economy -- as long as she has some breathing space. Beyonce says that even though she is a multi-millionaire, she still flies coach if she has to. Like the time she was in Miami and there was a hurricane coming and she had to get on whatever flight she could to get out. "Another Bachelorette Bites the Dust"
Another reality show romance bites the dust. Bachelorette couple DeAnna Pappas and Jesse Csincsak have called off their engagement. Jesse made a video for their website stating that he feels like it’s his responsibility to tell everyone that he and DeAnna are no longer together. He tried everythin g in his power to make it work but they broke up two days ago. Jesse says that DeAnna is the one that wanted out of the relationship and gave him the standard line, “'I love you, but I'm not in love with you.'
Joaquin Phoenix is dismissing reports that he has suffered an alcohol relapse. Joaquin was treated at an alcohol rehab center three years ago and prompted concern when he showed up to a tribute to Paul Newman last week in San Francisco. While other actors were performing scenes and readings, Joaquin got up and walked out. Sources say that he stumbled back in a little later and was slurring his words and was unsteady on his feet. The episode came just before he announced his plans to retire from acting, prompting further concern for his well being. But a spokesperson for Joaquin has dismissed the reports saying that he is fine and just wants to focus on music.

"It's dangerous being friends with Jessica Simpson"
A Saturday night out turned ugly for Jessica Simpson and her BFF, hairstylist Ken Paves, when he was injured by photographers outside L.A. hotspot Madeo. As Jessica and Ken left the restaurant, photographers swarmed Jessica. Ken stepped in to protect Jessica when a photographer struck him in the face with a camera. A witness said that the injury was an accident and occurred while everyone was pushing each other trying to get a picture of Jessica. With blood running down Ken’s face, the two got into their car, and Ken was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. No police charges have been filed.
Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz had a Winnie the Pooh-themed baby shower at the Bel-Air Hotel on Saturday afternoon. Jessica and Tina, hosted the co-ed party, which was held at the hotel's Palm Room. Approximately 40 guests attended and were served crabcakes, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and jicama salad with grapefruit. The cake was made in the shape of a bumble bee. The room was decorated with yellow and orange roses, and guests were given jars of honey with custom-made labels that said 'Baby Wentz' and 'Thank You For Celebrating My Life' on them. The girls were also given bracelets that had a big bumble bee on them. The baby is due any day now.

"Madonna and A-Rod - you're busted!"
Thanks to Jerry Seinfeld, Madonna and Alex Rodriguez were able to sneak off for a quick and cozy rendezvous in the Hamptons. Instead of booking a motel room, the two headed straight to Jerry Seinfeld's waterfront mansion, where they relaxed in luxury for several hours. "The Seinfelds have been friends with Madonna for years. They're neighbors on the West Side, so it's really no surprise," said an insider. "And Jerry and [wife] Jessica go to her concerts whenever she's in town." A chopper carrying A-Rod was seen landing in East Hampton, where he was picked up in a white Porsche 911 matching the description of Jessica Seinfeld's car. Less than 40 minutes later, another helicopter that took off from Chelsea Piers with Madonna aboard landed at the same airstrip. A car picked up Madonna and they headed back to Jerry's place and Madoona could be seen poking her head out of the window. About four hours later, a dark SUV left the house and took them all back to the airport. Madonna and the Seinfelds could clearly be seen getting out and piling into the copter that had taken Madonna there in the first place. They left together. Several minutes later, the helicopter that carried A-Rod also left.
The McCain-Palin ticket just booked another trip to 30 Rock. Senator John McCain is said to be making an appearance on SNL this Saturday, the last live episode before voters hit the voting booths. Earlier, it was rumored that Senator Barack Obama, McCain's rival, would be making a Nov. 1 appearance on “SNL.

"Britney's back baby!!!"
Could Britney Spears be hosting "Saturday Night Live" again? Rumors have surfaced saying that Britney will return to SNL in late November. Of course right now, a rep for the show says that they’re just rumors and that there is “no truth” to the story. But Britney’s new album, “Circus” will be released on December 2nd (which is also her 27th birthday. An appearance on SNL would be great for her promotionally and she’ll already be in New York during that time to perform on “Good Morning America”.
It’s tough to know whether this is good news or bad, but a sitcom starring Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears is not in the works. A rumor that HBO was working on a sitcom that would star Paris, Lindsay and Britney has been circulating with the details that Lindsay’s character would be a lot like Joey from Friends. But when asked if there was any truth to it, Lindsay’s rep said, “none at all.” So if they aren’t working on a sitcom, what is everyone up to? Well, Paris is focusing on the release of her new film “Repo! The Genetic Opera,” Britney is putting the final touches on her new album “Circus,” and Lindsay’s got her line of leggings.
