Where to begin? I'm married to the most wonderful woman in the world. Katherine got pregnant two years into our relationship... Not long after having breast implants. We had baby number two in 2002 and our third in 2004. The third baby caused one of her implants to rupture. They were saline implants, so there was no health risk, but her appearance was changed dramatically. In January 2005, we saw a plastic surgeon who told us that there was an implant malfunction that means she would need surgery. The doctor knows that I'm in sales and that my income fluctuates, so he agreed to do the surgery for the cost of the implant only. About a month later her doctor was involved in a hit and run accident that was the result of his being drunk. He lost his license and we cannot afford to pay for the entire surgery.

Needless to say, my poor wife has lived with different sized boobs for four years now and is very self-conscience about her appearance. I feel like a complete let down since I haven't had the ability to get her "fixed" since this happened. To make the boobs worse, her stomach has not been the same since having our kids. She's even been asked a couple of times if she-s pregnant. To make matters even worse, she has Rosacea and gets tired of people telling her that her face is red.

Personally, I think she is beautiful, but I am tired of seeing my wife depressed. I just want her to be happy and to feel like she's as beautiful as she is in my eyes.
